If there was option to award zero stars, that is truly their value. Maybe I’m misinformed, but I was under the impression that DoorDash was in the business of delivering things. If that’s true, they need to find a new line work. What could be easier than picking up food from a fast food restaurant (Popeyes) and delivering it to a location 10 minutes away? Ordered the food through the Popeyes site at 9pm. As I saw 3 different drivers assigned and ending with a cancelled order at 10:45pm - wow, such incompetence. When I escalated through Popeye’s site, I did get a call telling me they didn’t understand the delay, but would contact DoorDash. The result - crickets. I won’t consider using either business again.

terrible customer service called 3 times was left on hold seemed like no one wanted to work to help people trouble every time i use door dash will not be using anymore

You get 5$ credit as an only resolution to this. Imagine you go to a pizzeria and pay upfront and you get the pizza crumpled and half utterly destroyed and when you protest, they tell you take the 5$ and shut up and that’s what we have. This is thuggery. I would be in shock if this is legal. I wanted to upload the pic below But couldn’t ( don’t know why it doesn’t upload the damn pic ) I also requested the communication details to share it with the public and make a petition to complain to consumer service affairs agencies to investigate this company that have no regard or respect for the American Consumer.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Not a single time have me and my fiancé ordered on doordash without getting double dashed, making our food horrible and cold. It is so annoying because it is so freaking expensive and then along with a really good tip it still does not matter because they will double dash anyway. I am done with this app forever, and yall have lost 5 VERY LOYAL customers. We order 2/3 times daily about 4 days a week due to our schedules. We will now be using the spark driver app.

Ordered $34 worth of Shake Shack from Door Dash. 1 1/2 hours later Jamal showed up with COLD burgers and fries. I called Jamal. He hung up on me. I called Door Dash. They hung up twice. Then corporate offered a $9 refund on $34 worth of food. Their website says the food will be fresh and hot. Not true. I want a FULL refund! Scammers

Poor customer service. Claim no number for corporate to file formal complaint, when they sent me an incorrect order, left outside when it was re- delivered even though directions said to hand off to me.

I pretty much have stopped ordering from door dash but over the past month I have ordered twice and it was a sick reminder of why I stopped. The prices are absolutely astronomical, and they never get it right. If the dasher driver would check the order before leaving the restaurant/location then this could be avoided. But they never do. I have actually had to text the driver in the past and pray they speak and read English, to tell them to check the order to make sure it’s correct before leaving the restaurant. That should be something they’re doing already. The customer shouldn’t have to tell the dashers to check the orders to make sure they’re correct before leaving. I ordered Chicken Broccoli Alfredo with Linguini. Along with Manicotti w/ Meatballs. The Alfredo didn’t come with linguini as I ordered. They made it with Rigitoni. The cost of this was $67. And when going on the door dash app you cannot contact customer service through their app. You need to call and be on hold forever. The lady that answered had roosters crowing in the background and everything. I was very taken aback. I will never order from door dash again. Because that dish was $25, it will not be eaten because my son has texture issues and will only eat certain pastas. And door dash thought it appropriate to refund $7.10 for the incorrect dish. It cost $25. How does nearly 1/4 of the price as a refund supposed to keep customers satisfied? This could’ve all been avoided had the driver checked the order before leaving the restaurant. Which I would’ve thought would be protocol, but who knows, maybe I’m an idiot and just have my expectations set too high. When your paying $67 for food I’d like to think expectations should be high for Door Dash as well!! Now I’m trying upload photos to back my claims up and for some reason it’s not working. I’ve tried uploading them individually as well as together and it’s not working.

I just received a Starbucks coffee from Door Dash. When I picked it up it was only half full. The cup and cuff were soaked.. It was not in a holder or bag so obviously had tipped over in the dashers car. On top of all that the cup and lid reeked of his after shave/cologne. The coffee was not drinkable. Filled out the form on Door Dash site and was told too bad. As we order from Door Dash at least 4 or more times a week I decided to call customer service. What a treat! The young lady was polite, efficient and a breeze to deal with. Got my refund and will not have to go back to Skip. Thank you Door Dash.

Worst service ever do not use DoorDash. My drink never arrived and I was only refunded $5. My drink cost more than that. Also my bag was opened and appeared to be tampered either. I will let door dash know and nothing! It’s a convenient service but if you can just drive to your destination then just go get the food yourself and save your money from the headache of all those fees and tip. I asked for money back but nothing happened. DoorDash you lost a customer!!

I order my kids Christmas and never received it…when I called to report that I never received my orders…as the instructions say please knock on door…which they didn’t they deny me my refund this is the second time but I can guarantee it won’t be a third time!…this business needs to be shut down immediately!!!…when people order stuff they expect to get their orders or get a refund back!!

Worst customer service service I had ever experienced, I’m calling ever other day each call had to go thru at least 5 different p to explain that I need to update my new phone number my old number not working any more This agony is still going and no end to this, what pathetic company policy who hire those knuckleheads

Poor customer service resolution I ordered and asked for no pico no jalapenos on my food and it arrived with both I reached out and got no resolution just a sorry my orders were wrong

Decent for getting food delivered. Absolutly terrible at fixing mistakes either on their end or mine. They used to have pretty good support, but now it's trash.

The software team of DoorDash knows very well how to get revenge on you! After an internet disruption my delivered order appears four hours late, and they give me a violation! I don’t agree with my violation to be removed after 100 deliveries and I give them bad reviews. The conclusion was my interdiction on schedule, now when all the others are allowed and it is a busy time.

Sitting here after I ordered door dash for breakfast. My food never arrived! I paid $16 dollars and I’m sitting and waiting to I’m assuming get my money back! Wait 1 hour until they make a decision I and hungry and not happy!

Restaurant only gave us half our order, $35 worth of food. I contacted doordash support which said they would make a decision within the hour. An hour later I got a notice that they credited me $5. I called and complained and they said that a refund was already given and they aren't able to do another one. She said she would escalate it and I should call back again tomorrow. Im not doing that, I am filing a fraud report with my credit card company.

Note to self, do not order Doordash on Thursday nights! The past two Thursday nights that I have ordered Doordash have been extremely disappointing. The first Thursday I got my order an hour and a half late and the food was cold. The second Thursday I also got the order late and the food was completely wrong. I guess I'll just stick to weekend mornings and afternoons. I'll have to pick up my own orders Thursday nights since I can't count on the doordash drivers or even the restaurants to get it right.

I placed an order for food to be delivered. It was ready to be picked up, yet Doordash did not pick up my order until over 2 1/2 hours haf elapsed since it was ready. Doordash brought it thinking it would still be okay to eat. Food no longer hot and would no longer be safe to eat. If Doordash drivers can't pick up orders when they are ready, maybe they shouldn't provide the service. Such a waste of food and loss to the restaurants who they also supposed to be providing a service to. Then the deliverer says in their message they handed the food off to me. That wasn't true either. I declined to take it since the food was no longer good.
