Scammed. Returned product to Best Buy the day after purchased (11/26/24) because I purchased the wrong one and it was credited to DoorDash. I had purchased the correct one later that day and returned the wrong product the next day DoorDash is refusing my refund. I have 3 cases and have multiple emails and phone calls logged. DoorDash pocketing my 39.99 for product returned to the store is theft. Now they are saying its been over 30 days and they cant refund me. I hope 39.99 was worth it.

So DOORDASH JUST ALLOWED SOME ONE NAME HAILY LAGARD HUNGRY ASS STEAL 9.99 OFF MY CARD AND JUST ORDERD FOOD! I HAVE NO IDEA WHOS THIS PERSON BUT IF I KNEW ID BE AT HER DOOR FOR MY 9.99 YOU GUYS NEED TO UP YOUR SECURITY MEASURES WHEN USING A CARD! I WANT MY MONEY AND I AINT STOPPIN TILL DOORDASH GIVE IT BACK! YOU GUYS SUCK I DONT EVEN USE DOORDASH AT ALL I DONT TRUST THEM PEOPLE I WANT MY MONEY

I placed an order on the 21st and the dasher stole my order! DoorDash refused to return my money!

This is a dumpster fire of a company. I will never use their service again! I ordered pizza on Christmas Eve. Received an email confirming my order. Get to the restaurant and it's closed. Figured it's just a mistake and I'll clearly get refunded so no big deal. NOPE. I called the restaurant the next day and they apologized and said they would figure it out with DoorDash. An hour later I get an email from DoorDash that they have reviewed my dispute and it's denied. They tell me the restaurant cannot open the dispute for me (though they clearly must have!) and that I don't have any proof that the restaurant was closed because I didn't take a picture of the closed restaurant (though the owner of the pizza shop called them and told them it was closed, no clue how this is not sufficient proof). They told me their decision is final. I called the pizza place back and they had the same dumbfounding conversation with DoorDash. They are going to give me a credit for pizza at their restaurant next time and life will go on. But seriously? What a joke! Also the customer service person was from oversees and wouldn't let me speak with anyone from the US or speak to a manager. Just a terrible company.

terrible. Never shop through them again. there are no orders, there is no barcode, they do not show the conditions for shopping through them in advance. You cannot return things you do not like. terrible and incorrect company.

Bought gift card $25.00 and I Still have receipt. Pin not working, zero credit. So basically they stole the with no consequences from target, the police or themselves $25.00 Called customers service 1 hour wait then they hung up on me.

Company is garbage! Wrong order delivered. I Contacted them 6+ times because a refund was denied No explanation and cannot talk to anybody who has control of refunding. Extended hold, multiple Disconnects. I was not being rude. Never again. Will let the credit card deal with dumbdash.

Terrible, I’ll never use DoorDash again. Do you guys even do back ground checks on these drivers? They are rude and mouthy, unbelievable. They always forget my soda and my orders have been all messed up. I requested my $26 (DoorDash is overpriced as heck!)and NEVER got it back. DoorDash is the absolute worst!!!!!

The absolute worst service imaginable. I ordered food through doordash. I got someone else's order and much less than mine. I contacted doordash, provided them a picture of the receipt and food. They immediately denied me a refund of $56. I took it to there horrible customer service and they claim I had to wait 24hrs for a review. Today I got the email the my refund had been denied. I'm out $56 and my food. Do yourself a favor use Uber eats or instacart. Or better yet puck it up yourself. Tomorrow I'll be calling my bank and filing a fraud report on doordash

Ordered an item online. The item received was damaged. Contacted DoorDash and was told a refund would be issued. Several days later contacted DoorDash to check the status of the refund. Was told that the refund was denied. I asked for a reason but was told they didn’t have a reason they could provide me with. That was my first and LAST time I will ever use DoorDash. Consider yourself warned!!!

I have been a DD customer for years. I have been telling them for months that there GPS on their app is wrong. Each time I place an order I have to do DDs job and direct their drivers. I'm tired of paying for a service that won't listen to me. I'm handicapped and order at least once a day 365 days a year. I now am a Uber customer. They have a GPS that works.

My girlfriend's account got hacked in doordash refused to take accountability they are claiming that the account was never hacked but with more than sufficient evidence that refuse to acknowledge that I will be calling my lawyer and I will be taking them to court if this is not fixed immediately

Christmas Eve 2024 11:58 am ordered a meal to be delivered to parents in another state. Paid 81.47 for ham, turkey, mac and cheese rolls from Honey Bake Ham on 65th Street. It was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 3:20 around 3 or so a delivery driver handed my mother in law a bag with only baked beans. We were charged 81.47 with no refund after Door Dash telling us it was Honey Baked Ham and Honey Baked saying it was Door Dash. Door Dash refused to issue a refund and didn't ask for receipts. It's is a scam business, so Honey Bake shouldnt contract to send customers to their site. "Freddy" delivered a bag with baked beans to my parents, which we never ordered. Sad and insulting. Again, we actually ordered a meal with ham, turkey, mac and cheese, and rolls. We paid 81.47, which included an 11.00 tip for the driver who stole from us and all the fees Door Scam charges. The meal was curated by Honey Bake, and their site directed you to the scam.They claimed it felt unusual when Freddy showed them a "reciept" for a delivery for baked beans. However, they didn't actually check it out. This meal was for my elderly parents on Christmas Eve. This is why the economy will tank soon because people, including large corporations, will play a shell game with people's limited resources and good faith. Buyer beware. Keep your money and only work with places that have integrity.

I didn't place an order, just started getting notifications for a delivery and the delivery driver contacted me asking if it was ok to leave it. I told her I didn't even order this and she still delivered it anyway. I don't even live in the same town this was place in. I contacted customer support and was advised to dispute any charges with my financial institution and could not tell me I've been hacked or anything. The chat also started with the name of whoever put the order in and not my name that's on my account. Terrible experience and I haven't even used them in years.

Door Dash requirement for alcohol delivery is to scan a driver’s license. No major carriers require more than delivery person check that the person receiving the package is 21 or older. In todays world of identity theft this policy is unreasonable over reach and ripe for abuse.

Driver picked up our order late and delivered it cold. Realized item was missing but Golden Coral referred us back to driver. Driver wouldn't answer the phone. Spent $55 to get the order for a party delivered, and it was an awful experience. Won't be using Golden Coral or Doordash again.

Terrible service. Dasher failed to deliver my order. Same has been informed to the DoorDash support. Unfortunately no action taken and no refund. Uber eats is significantly better.
