I got highly scammed, one of their drivers stole my food and they wouldn’t refund me not a single penny and I had even called about the situation and all this did was hang up on my mid sentence m. If I could give zero stars I would do so.

The only reason DoorDash does not have a -5 rating is because the scale doesn't go that low. They are a company that care absolutely nothing about their customers. Lying cheating and stealing appear to be the only thing This company puts any effort at all into. They have to be one of the most poorly managed companies in america.

The drivers don’t speak any English or the act dumb. It is very hate to communicate with them if there is a problem. If you have a driver license and the US most people speak English.The driver test is in English or you should test the English skills. The majority of the US speak English. Your call center people are rude. If I go to another country I speak their language. I speak other language but Spanish is not one of them.

If i could give ZERO stars for door dashs incompetence I would. The dasher was not only ride and inconsiderate but gave me the wrong order almost $90 less than what I ordered before she sped off. I called her and she said there was nothing she could do order was fulfilled. I talked to a customer rep he said no refund there's nothing he could do the order was delivered. I said no, my order wasn't delivered. So, I hang up and call headquarters. Nothing they could do for an hour... an hour? So now I'm almost 3 hours invested on the wrong order after I was scammed out of a tip and my food. These Jerkofz don't deserve your business. Go in to the restaurant or use Uber Eats. I canceled dash pass and Uninstalled the app. I recommend you save yourself the stress and do the same. They messed with my food and money and have thus far only been able to produce an infuriating level of incompetence.

they are a scam they send me an email 50% your order when I click on the email and order there is nowhere to put the code in so they dont give you any discount it is a scam

Overpricing food. McDonald's McDonald's doubles, buy 1 , 2nd 1 is $1. But through Doordash they are over $4. Each as many as you order. 2 mc doubles amd a coke at McDonald's is $6.24 but through Doordash over $24.00 New Years Resolution No More Doordash, was ordering 2 to 3 times a day in 2024

I filed a complaint after not receiving my food and being denied a refund. I was told that DoorDash DOES NOT have to issue refunds. I will never use this service again.

I'm a gay black trans person that was robbed of their meal on new years eve from doordash. They will refund me in 3 business days. I get no food tonight. To add insult to injury the support hung up on me after complaining. Doordash needs to be shut down

his is the second time I have complained to DoorDash and the generic email response adds insult to injury. I am highly allergic to capsicum and I become anaphylactic if near it. I made this note when ordering. Food arrived , full of capsicum. Thankfully I have an EpiPen. After emailing DoorDash of my complaint , inclusive of photos of food, they asked for evidence of having gone to hospital and without this, refund denied. I am absolutely shocked they are still in service when compared withthe excellence in service and support provided by Uber Eats. Disgusted!

You are sorry to hear all of us have had a bad experience with door dash?? Then CORRECT it! Order instructions. Please do NOT knock! No contact delivery! So they knock! Every time! There’s a reason it says do not knock in the instructions! Do they understand or read English? And they charge $10 tip? I don’t think so! I’ve been on the phone on hold literally for over an hour to get the $10 tip refunded and they still haven’t answered! Another time they delivered to the wrong address! Over an hour late! They went back to that address to pick up my order!! Really? After delivering to someone else??? Half of my order was missing! When I called, I chose option “9” to report a safety issue thinking I’d get through faster. Ha. It’s been over an HOUR on hold and still waiting! A good thing there was no safety issue! DoorDash is a disgrace. A lot of competitors out there and poor poor customer Service means they’ll be out of business very soon.

Door dash sucks several times I waited for my order and the dasher would not bring me my food now I got to starve today the little illegal aliens Will not bring a disabled person their food instead they text in their language so I don't know what they are saying

Not only do they bring your food open. These? Assholes brought my food in the rain only To give me back five dollars from a twenty five dollar mcdonald's order. Out. Of being hungry one night. I ordered fish expecting my $5 back. My order came to $19. Didn't they tip their driver $10? Which brought my order to $38. Keep my $5 told me they would send me a check to reimburse me. Because I did not tip the driver $10. There was a black lady that came to my house. I tipped her and ask them to put my $10 back on my card. This happened in November. They told me they would send the check by December 18th I call them today January 31st. And they act like they did not do a thing. But keep my money heads up. Open food taking money unauthorized. It will not return it, do not use doordash

Absolutely the last time I deal with DoorDash and its drivers or customer service. Janny my driver was not only running late but went to the wrong address and was texting me saying she was at the gym. Ok fine but I don’t manage a gym so you’re not at the right address! When Janny finally found my address which was next door to the wrong address but she still had trouble finding my big red street sign. Once in my parking lot she texts me to come get my food because she couldn’t get in. 🤣 I’m physically looking at you parked out front of my office and you can’t bring my order in like was clearly asked in the delivery instructions?? Ok whatever so I did her job and got my order that she handed my sideways through a half cracked window of her car. My food was not edible it was wet and soggy from the liquid spilling inside the bag and it was cold. She was the worst and rudest driver I’ve experienced so far and I’ve had some real losers I have to say. So with all that being said I will no longer suggest DoorDash or support DoorDash not use DoorDash for any of my needs. DoorDash doesn’t care about it’s customers as long as they make their money and obviously don’t have a very intelligent hiring process. DoorDash is a scam and taking our money and giving it to illiterate drivers who could care less as well. The whole thing is a rip off. DoorDash you have failed miserably and I will continue to let everyone know you don’t care and your customer service is less than mediocre

Sometimes you get what you ordered but seldom get what you paid for. APP is wonky and just a gatherer and storage of your data. Example: Get a gift card and you still can't order without giving them a credit card and the security it offers making you a target for thieves. It doesn't get any wonkier than that.

I ordered food through the Jack In the Box app. It was to be delivered by DoorDash within 25 minutes. It was delayed twice taking it to almost an hour. Then I get a message from DoirDash that Jack’s cancelled my order. I called Jack’s and was told my order was picked up by DoorDash, then 2 more Dashers showed up to pick it up. DoorDash cancelled my order, and my food was never delivered. My account was debited the entire $25 amount and a Dasher got their tip! I contacted DiirDash only to be told I’d have to wait for my refund but, that $9 was already refunded (it was not). I explained that I had just gotten out of rehab from a broken hip, and literally had no food in my house, and I wasn’t getting paid until the next day and needed to eat so I could take my medicine. Twice, by 2 different agents, I was told that I had to wait for a refund. I literally lost it on the second agent whom I was able to speak with (Marge). I told her I needed my food redelivered. She stated they can’t do that. I then asked why was that an option given on their recording. She put me on hold. After a very brief hold, I was told they sent a message to Jack In the Box instructing them to redeliver but, I had to call Jack’s to ensure it happens. So, I pay extra for DiorDash’s program but I have to be the one to do the legwork?!?! She had the gall to tell me yes!! So, I attempt to call Jack’s. Being that it’s dinner time, I’m now on call 39 and counting to them to see if they hit the order from DoorDash to redeliver to me or not. Looks like I’m out of my $25 paid to Jack’s, the tip I paid to DoorDasher’s driver, and…I have no food whatsoever until I get paid tomorrow morning. It’s going to be a long, painful night as the pain pills make me throw up if not taken with food. I’m so upset!!!!! I don’t even have bread in my home. I can’t drive due to my cast. And I have $3 to my name for the next 15 hours. But DoorDash doesn’t care. 😡
