Wow! Looks like door dash has gone down the tubes! I never got my order and they refused to give me a refund! $55 down the drain - and I gave the driver an extra tip beforehand. What a joke!! Ever hear of Uber Eats?

I am writing a bad review because I recently had a bad experience and 1. The review process is AWFUL. 1. When writing the review editing my review was difficult because I could only see one line of what I had written at a time. 2. It looks like if a customer selects the option for everyone to view they are forced to include what you ordered which some customers may not wish to include. This means customers may opt-out of sharing their experience because they don't want to include their order or entire order.

I got a dasher tonight Michael B was his name and let me tell you what I've never had a better dasher he kept me in contact every step of the way I hope he sees this cuz I genuinely appreciate him

I've ordered from them more than I care to admit (multiple times a week for years). But recently they have had terrible customer service. Tonight I got sent all the wrong items from the restaurant. I went to DoorDash support which used to be very helpful. But they denied any refund or admission of mistake. So ridiculous! Good to know how they treat their most loyal customers!

Bought 40 dollars worth of food today. Door dasher stole the order. Then DoorDash customer service denied my refund. Called my credit card company and requested it be fraudulent charges. Very unethical company

They charge me for products, i.e. food several times and did not bring the correct order. The customer service people just flat out, refused to help and hung up on me. I was being polite and I also waited till it was the third or fourth time they made a mistake

We ordered food to be delivered and we were charged for the same thing twice and doordash will not do anything about it!! You got over $100 out of us for the same order twice and at the same time!! Your company is trash!! I hope these new companies put your dumb asses out of business you dumb scamming ass idiots!!

The DoorDash service is deeply flawed, and so is the company itself. They take the majority of the profits, leaving drivers underpaid and making it hardly worth working for them or ordering through their platform. The blame doesn’t lie with the drivers or customers, but with DoorDash as a company. While it’s great for their bottom line, it’s a bad deal for both their customers and workers. If you try dashing, you’ll likely end up spending more on gas and car maintenance than you’ll earn in profit. As a customer, don’t be fooled—your tip doesn’t go entirely to the driver, which understandably leaves many people upset.

All should not give any estimations if there are no dashers working! Instead of just extending the delivery time ever 30 minutes. Horrible app horrible company!!!

IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM SHOULD DOORDASH BE IN BUSINESS. YALL ARE SCAMMERS AND HAVE THIEVES WORKING FOR YALL!!! TAKING PPLS HARD EARNED MONEY AND LETTING YOUR BROKE DUSTY ASS DRIVERS TAKE PPLS ORDERS BUT WONT REFUND US EVERY CENT WE PAID IS CRAZYY! YALL ARE THE PROBLEM 100% YALL AREN’T DOING ANYTHING TO FIX THIS NOR DO YOU CARE BECAUSE IF YOU DID SOMETHING WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE, AND THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED TO MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVERS ARE ACTUALLY DELIVERING PPLS ORDERS!!!! AND IF WE HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE A REFUND, YOUR DRIVERS SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO EVEN OPEN THEIR DRIVER APPS TO WORK THEY SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO MAKE MONEY. THEY REALLY SHOULDN’T EVEN BE ALLOWED TO WORK AT ALL BECAUSE THEY’RE STEALING!!!!! WHICH IS CLEARLY A CRIIMEE.

Doordash allow restaurants to steal and provide horrible disgusting food. KFC Orange NSW being the main culprit. Then refuse to refund even after photos were provided. Restaurant managers that are unprofessional and allow poor quality food and service from their stores while doordash refuse to refund. You take money and do not even provide half a service and then have the nerve to refuse refunds. Doordash allow these behaviours, companies that hire bad managers that cannot direct staff, leave out items or just too lazy to provide adequare service or cannot read orders. 1 star is too good, should be 0 to go along with the food and the service.

I just started as being a door dash driver yesterday and so far I mean the customers are fine. On the other hand their customer service is non existent. They are very rude and a few just transferred without any warning. One even yelled at me while I was speaking. These dummies do not even know when it is time to respond when I asked them a question , I personally think they are using a language translator. They talked over me when I was speaking and when I asked them something it was complete silence for seconds. My issue is I am waiting on my debit card to arrive so they gave me like a virtual card to add to google wallet until then. Well I tried 5 places to use the card for purchases and all times the clerk said the card was not scanning however these dummies or whatever cannot understand what I am saying and wants me to keep dashing and just wait until I get a physical card in the mail which will be days. These people clearly do not understand reality to good but I know this, they seem sketchy and also I will not be picking up one order until they get it figured out

I ordered and paid for personal pick up from Pappadeaux in Ft. Worth a salad and shrimp fondue. Also bread and butter. I recieved no butter. No utensils and both door dash and the resteraunt manager today 12/15/2025 at 6pm refused to refund or help in any way. Do not use Door Dash or Pappadeaux. Traveler from Austin TX

I ordered a $195 order from Sullivans in honor of my wife celebrating 65 years of life. The driver picked up order and the cancelled the order, I called DoorDash and talked with a manager, she responded like it was no big deal. After 18 days, I had to go through my bank to get my refund. My wife is in a rehabilitation facility in Charlotte NC, I have to commute from Stone Mountain Ga 4 hour drive, we’ve been married 36 years, and we’re both veterans (She’s Army, I’m Marine). My 1st experience and definitely my last, the service was deplorable. You definitely are that part of Americans that’s NOT worth fighting for.

This is the 2rd time i make an order on doordash and then gets canceled stating the items are out of stock when your in the store the items are there.Also when you have a promotion code of $10 they still cancel your order so that you lose the promotion its like they just use promotions codes to make us order then they cancel,refund you have to wait for more than a week better to keep with uberEats.

The delivery never came. $63 delivery and DoorDash only refunded $15. I used to use DoorDash all the time but now I’ll never use it again.

Do not become a driver for Door Dash. They will NOT follow thru with payment of monies promised in their offer. I responded to an offer that would pay me $ 900. and the individual I referred $ 600. if they completed 290 deliveries in a 60 day period. The deliveries were completed, Door Dash acknowledges this, but claims the program we signed up for was not the above offer. I have, and have provided to them, copies of the offer and copies of e-mail received from Door Dash that explicitly states the same terms I listed above. Copies of the offer and the Door Dash e-mail attached. We did a lot of work to complete this and would just like to be paid for the offer made by Door Dash under the terms dictated by Door Dash

My first experience with door dash and all I got was a rude customer service person, no food, and a note saying I will be reimbursed in 5 to 7 days!!!! I would not recommend this service to anyone
