Twice now my order has never shown up and I had to go through a chain of people to get it cancelled. I don’t want to cancel my order I want my order!

Why the hell would y'all try and charge my card when I should have got a refund I guess that's how y'all was going to get it how can y'all mishandle food to your door with a name like door dash. Word of advice shut the place down.

The last 3 orders have been the worst in a long live/hate relationship with DoorDash. This last one, driver came to my complex, not sure how he got through the gate, and NEVER came to my home. My husband waited several minutes even though no one ever came. Kelvin, the driver in Baton Rouge, put in the app that it was delivered, even though there was not even a picture taken. I text Kelvin, Where's my order? He told me to contact DoorDash and closed the conversation. I immediately report it and NOW I get to WAIT UP TO 24 HOURS for a review????? Absolutely despicable business practices. So once this situation is cleared up, I no longer will deal with DoorDash again. I'll tell EVERY PERSON who will listen how reprehensible this company is to is customers. Save yourself aggravation and use a different method of delivery.

I tried reporting moldy food customer service called me. Could communicate effectively and then hung up on me. I'm no longer ger using doordash. 1/5/25.

I placed an order with Door dash on 12/24/24 which arrived missing several items. I was assured a refund would be returned to my account in 5-7 business days. It has not, so I contacted customer service. They offer nothing but excuses that it had been refund and I needed to contact my bank. After doing so, I again contacted Door dash and received no proof thst it went to my account or help in fixing this issue. After reading reviews on this site I know my chances of ever getting a refund a nil. Dorr Das has lost me as a customer and I will be warning my friends and family about my experience. The one star is only because you have to give a star to comment.

It is sad that I purchased food for my grocery store and clearly it says refund if I don't if the store don't have what I'm looking for it does not clearly says purchase what you want me to have and purchase more than what I didn't ask for I clearly been going through this with doordash since yesterday reported this the same time that the driver dropped off the food and y'all going to tell me that I ordered something when I know what I ordered and clearly says on your refund all my money Do not set it to anything refund every dime I spent with this company I hate that this company is allowed to do all type of scamming s*** to people and then when you upload the pictures of everything that you order online and you don't get they basically tell you f*** you keep what you got I don't understand how this company is able to get away with BS it's sad people have to go through so much I don't think no company does this just door dash people need to stop shopping and going having doordash deliver food groceries especially because they buy you what you didn't order and order stuff on u and then when you contact them and let them know that you didn't order this your stuff just basically yours when this is not what you order so why do we need doordash doordash just a scammer and they screw people out their money when you order stuff if it's not done they don't give you your money back I would not be shopping with this scamming ass company in there

I’m extremely disappointed with DoorDash and its service. I will never use the app again and will actively advise my friends, family, and anyone I know to stop using it. My order included clear allergy instructions that were ignored, which could have resulted in a medical emergency. To make matters worse, DoorDash support offered no real help. This experience has been unacceptable, and I can no longer support or speak positively about this platform. So sad and truly disappointing.

I ordered food at 5:40. The app said it would be 22 minutes til delivery. I called the restaurant at 6:20 and they said the food had been ready and they were waiting on the driver. He showed up at 6:22. He could not find my place, and he went to the wrong house and I could hear the woman in the background telling him he had the wrong house. I cancelled my order at 7:15. I called customer service, and they refunded my money. For the whole inconvenience they gave me a meager $10 credit. Unbelievable!!! The drivers name was Jose. I am terribly disappointed with the door dash driver and customer services inability to properly settle this problem! Wow. I would definitely not recommend them.BTW- I live in Madison Wi, for anyone brave enough to use them. I had to give one star to start this review, but really it is a complete 0!! I’m hoping this review goes out to others. If not, word of mouth works too as I have many friends

I ordered something to eat from Popeyes and they send me a non English speaking gentleman that got lost I call their customer service three different times before I got somebody that actually cared!! The first one put in for me a refund I asked how about a red delivery they say they don't do redeliveries!! My first request for a refund was denied!! On the 3rd I talked to a young lady that reassured me I'd have a refund in one to three hours still didn't get my food here I would never ever do business with doordash ever again the company is a scam hiring Spanish speaking people in America to speak to English speaking people!! Unbelievable!!

I ordered food delivery using DoorDash app from Buffalo Wild Wings. My app told me the DoorDash driver had arrived. It was 10 minutes past so I called the driver. He was sitting in his car didn’t come inside to deliver the food to me. When I called him he finally came in and handed me my food. The wings were terrible and was cold, stale and hard. Plus there was a bone inside the box of wings what looked like it was tempered with or bitten off. So I used the app to communicate with customer support I said I wanted full refund of $30. He said he can only refund me $3. I said what’s $3 when my whole order is missed up I had ordered buffalo wings and traditional bone in chicken. He refused to issue me a full refund. So I called customer service number and customer service refused to issue me a refund. Saying they will escalate it to second support customer service and I was going to get a phone call. Well I never got a phone call. There it is few hours later and no phone call. This is by far the worst experience in my life ordering food from DoorDash. I’m so disappointed what a rip off.

They didn’t refund me for the order I never received and said that it was according to their policy. Apparently their policy it’s to unlawfully hold ppl money. Their customer service is just a joke. They confirmed that I didn’t receive my order but then the order department decided that not receiving my order is not a good reason to give my money back.

I just had the worst experience with DoorDash customer service. I had ordered a steak and cheese sandwich from a local shop to be delivered to my house. I received a notification that it had been delivered along with a photo of the sandwich in front of a door. The problem is it was not my house. I contacted the person that delivered it and explained to her that she delivered it to the wrong house and she told me to contact DoorDash directly instead of picking the sandwich up and bringing it back to me. after one hour I still hadn’t heard anything from anyone so I contacted customer service and they told me that they would try to get a response to me within the next three hours. Needless to say after my conversation I finally heard something back from them saying that they would credit the delivery, but that was it. If it was me, I would have replaced the sandwich and credited the transaction. This is an example of poor customer service and not caring for your customers I will be deleting the DoorDash app and will never order through them again and hopefully whoever reads this won’t either.
