Horrible company. Out of town and ordered over $50 worth of food. Dasher picked the order, walked out, then returned the food and refused to deliver. Door Dash refused to issue a refund and I've been on chat with them for 5 days and no resolution. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I completed multiple orders for DoorDash today and when it was time to cash out my earnings they did not allow me to cash out and even took more money out than I earned and said my earnings were negative. When I called for an explanation they kept hanging up on me. There is no logical reason why I did my work and they took my money. I’m thinking it’s because I received a large tip CASH. Which has nothing to do with my other deliveries. Customers can tip what they choose. Where is my money DoorDash I don’t work for free!

DoorDash was refund only $5 dollars to and order that I wasn’t unable to even eat , almost 2 weeks later still didn’t receive $5 called and they claim they processed and there was nothing more they would do even tho I never received refund !!!

I don't even write reviews, but DoorDash was AWFUL. Absolutely awful. Wouldn't let me pay. Made me change cards. Then to Venmo. Then to my Paypal. Nothing could get through and there's plenty of funds on all. Just kept telling me to change payment method. I googled it and I'm not alone. Screw this app. I spent so much time and needed it to come through tonight. I'm done.

Their driver went home instead of getting our meal. They called in another driver an hour later but didn't call the order in again so our food had sat for an hour and a half before we got it. The would only comp. $30.00 out of $100.00 when they screwed up the order. Horrible customer service. Soggy nachos are nasty.

This is not ok!!!! I was compensated $7 for $30 worth of food I did NOT receive. I received no burgers and no cookies over half my order. My order was over $50!! And I have 3 sick kids and myself, all with COVID and it took 24 hrs before I was told they were stealing my money. I have deleted all my accounts, the apps, I will NEVER use this company again, Uber Eats takes care of their loyal customers.

If I’m given the option to add to my order and I'm doing it within minutes after placing and before my dasher even arrives why am I having a completely separate order placed? If I knew this ahead of time I wouldn’t have done it twice now. It’s another trip for someone as well as an additional fee and tip I have to pay assuming it’s part of the same order.

Roberto Roberto Roberto what is your problem the app said it would take 22 min. to be delivered we looked 15 min. and it was sitting on the ground cold as F*** after we specified to knock and be hand delivered W T. F. is wrong with you ? ARE YOU A COWARD OR JUST AN IDIOT ? This is not the first time this happens every time you leave our order, at least have the decency and a slight bit of intelligence and think to your self would I like my food slapped on the cold cement ? KNOCK ON THE F*****DOOR YOU F***** P**** !

I love the convenience of DoorDash whether it takes a while or not it comes in handy however I hate that I pay for dash pass and sometimes seems irrelevant. advanced processing (DoorDash Custome'r SErvi'ce PHon'e Number' +1 8O5 41O 56OO ) and you need high processing power to keep up, but anyway, I've had a fantastic experience. I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review, but for the money, this does everything I want, in a more affordable and way more user friendly way than the final cuts, or adobe premiers out there. Worth the money!

Door dash, I will never used them again the driver couldn’t even speak English, never got my food because he didn’t type the address in correctly. I called the driver he was at a different address, he kept saying I’m here, I’m standing in my garage he was not. He couldn’t understand me or my roommate when we recited the address multiple times.

Never using Doordash again! Order was not delivered to correct address (building). No effort was made to correct the mistake and receiver to the correct address.

The driver told me he was in the back so went there he wasn't he never came stole my order and door dash refused to refund my money never again

I'm not satisfied with the delivery driver for one he didn't call me or text me when he was here. He left my food on a back of a pickup truck. Then I called door dash customer service and they said that the driver left it on a truck in the I didn't say leave my food on a truck. He lied he took my food.and customer service said that they can't refund my delivery money. So I have no food and no out of delivery fee.His name is Sergio the driver.

If I could, I'd give no star. I would never use Doordash by choice, but businesses that only do their deliveries through them have never delivered. Whomever would say they were arriving to pick up my order then next thing you know, it says a different person is going to pick up my order. At that point, I call the business and it is confirmed that it was picked up but stolen. I've had doordash support literally hang up on me in mid conversation when I provide proof of the situation and they refused to refund me and told me to go through the business, then the business has said that it is doordash responsibility to refund me which got me nowhere. I had to dispute the transaction and provide proof through my bank to get my money back on an order I never received. How ridiculous! After a few times of this nonsense I refuse to deal with doordash, if I find that the businesses use them i immediately cancel my order.
