“I have ordered a food from a restaurant that shows open on DoorDash and had to wait for an hour then my order gets cancelled as they say that the restaurant is closed. Worst service and experience”

“Horrible experience. Ordered through a store website, doordash picked up the item and cancelled the order. They never delivered the item nor returned it. Contacted doordash and was basically told too bad, they can't do anything. Customer rep was rude, and disconnected without giving me a chance to reply. Will never use this service again.”

“The driver left my order at the wrong house. My house is very easy to get to. You just have to look at the number on the end of my house. I don't understand why it's so hard for them. The funny thing is, the female drivers get it just fine. The males however never do.”

“Trash, I canceled and deleted the app. I ordered a $70 meal a few days before Christmas, the delivery lady delivered my order at a wrong address, called doordash for a refund and they declined it. Lost that money with no food on the table 🙄 Was so upset, and to Kimberly, the delivery lady, she was so rude, and oh I wish I could cancel the tip, karma will get you!”

“If i could give 0 stars I would. Why the hell would they cancel my order when the dasher confirmed they picked it up, and THEN the F***ING dasher THREW AWAY the food I ordered!!! Called them and they said it's DD's fault, and DD said it's the restaurant's fault.... I AM LIVID. Filing a dispute with my bank. What's the f***ing point of it being "convenient" no one coordinates with the customer??? Could've AT LEAST left it at the store for me to pick up. I'm never using them again.”

“DoorDash in Austin, TX is horrible. Most of the drivers cannot read or speak English and therefore deliver to the wrong address or deliver the wrong orders to the wrong address.”

“doordash is a terrible and unethical company. they made an unauthorized charge on my credit card and refused to reimburse me. they have lost a customer for life. I had previously been a dashpass member for the last 5 years.”

“I ordered pizza yesterday at 620 app said would be delivered in 30-35 min. Per app a few minutes later dasher was on way to pickup order. Their location showed an apartment. I check again on order 35 minutes later and the order delivery time changed. The dasher is still at their apartment. The order then changed to delivery 815. Dasher never left to get my order but kept changing time. No number on app to call for support. Only able to ask question with stupid generic answer directing me to text dasher via app. Finally able to text live agent to get refund. This is second time this happens will not be using them again.”

“DoorDash lied and made up emails claiming they sent to me on my picking up a food order Background, I had to use the DD app to place a food order on Nov 28, 2024 around 1130am. When I went to said restaurant to pick up my order, it was actually closed due to power outage. But DD charged my credit card anyway. I submitted a dispute with visa. Just now I received info provided by DD to Visa stating I picked up my order at 724pm. I did not DD also made up emails showing they sent to me to confirm my order was pick up. I did not receive such email. Total scam DO NOT use door dash, they actual take your $ and dash off”

“Door dash has a new tier program that forces dashers to accept all orders, including extreme low pay orders, or they will not be able to dash. Each time you decline an order, your rating goes down 1%, but when you accept an order, the rating does NOT go up 1%. They are cheating dashers. I see more bans in cities in the future.”

“BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS, BUT THEY KEEP LEAVING MY FOOD OUT IN THE COLD. TODAY IT'S ZERO DEGREE OUT AND THEY STILL LEFT IT OUT AND DID NOT RING THE DOOR BELL. IT'S LIST IN THE INSTRUCTION FOR THE DRIVERS: MUST HAND OFF AND RING DOOR BELL SEVERAL TIMES. GOT SICK OF IT AND CANCEL THEM TODAY.”

“DO NOT USE! have ordered Door Dash many times with very few complaints; however, 2 days ago half of my order was missing. My driver didn’t speak English and could not understand what I was trying to tell him. I called the restaurant and the manager told me he also tried telling the driver but because of the language barrier the driver didn’t understand that he left without half of the order. I called Door Dash and was told I would be getting a refund and a re-delivery. About 40 minutes later I got the re-delivery and I thought that was the end of it. BUT when I checked my bank account the credit was gone and the full price charged in its place. I called Door Dash again and was told because of the re-delivery they were willing to apply a $10 credit ON MY ACCOUNT! After going back and forth I advised the rep that I had ordered over $60 worth of food and refused the $10 credit as I would NEVER be ordering from them again!”
