The absolute worst customer service ever!! I never use them now- I use any other delivery service available but never again Door Dash

Worst customer service ever! The representatives are not trained well to fix any issues or problems, I received the wrong food order yesterday and they kept telling me to wait for up to 24 hours to resolve my problem!!! Like seriously! You take my money and you don’t even get me my right order nor fix the issue and compensate me for my troubles. After calling 3 times and holding forever they gave me back my money as a DoorDash credit which at this point I was sick of their nonsense, and asked for credit to be refunded to my card! I had to reorder from them again obviously just to use my MONEY!!! I told them that I was not going through DoorDash again and they said ok it’s your decision! Zero customer service support

I ordered coffee and my order was stolen, yes credits were given which cool fine, but the place I had ordered from was closed following this interaction so I could not even reorder, then DoorDash punishes me, I am required to give a pin to the driver when the delivery is there, only problem is I frequently order ahead so that my order is there when I arrive home from dialysis treatments. This is absolutely ridiculous! They hire thieves and liars and punish the customer!

Door dash gave me a credit I order again using my credit the scam me for the credit by upping the delivery fee which I paid o.oo dollars deliver fee under 2 miles my delivery fee was a little under the price of the food so I end up paying the full price of the original price then when I received my food an item wasn't there they refuse to refund my money or give me my credit back dont use doordash use ubereats

Wish I had read the ratings & reviews before using this service. On 1/14/25, I ordered 5 chocolate frosty's & 6 nuggets from Wendys in Conway AR. This delivery person is totally disrespectful of both customer and their company. Who leaves the customers order on the side of the road beside a street sign @ night (yes, they sent a picture)? AND they have my contact number for calling or texting me!! As well, I added a tip on the order for additional incentive, but that didn't help either b/c they took part of my order also. Is this normal? THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

I dislike door dash services they allow ppl to cancel your order without giving u an option to replace food or receive credits to acc now they automatically refund u back but here’s the catch take your money in less than a minute but take days just to refund your money bk these ppl are str8 crooks now taking ppl money and holding it for days still do absolutely nothing for the inconvenience!!! They suck !!!

Jan 8, 2025 order for $33 never received. Address was pinged at Apt office. My addtress was in directions building # and apt #. Driver wouldnt respond to call or text message - driving I cant respond. Lied and said he delivered food. Refunded $8 and unable to cancel membership.

It was good till I realized that during Canada legislated tax break in "restaurants and takeouts or deliveries of prepared foods to satisfy hunger" was not honored. They refused to honour's the Canadian ferally imposed law.

Door Dash is simply inept and incompetent. Their customer service is all off shore in foreign countries where the individuals do not speak fluent English. That’s pathetic. They will allow drivers to not deliver the merchandise purchased, and make you call back to back to fight for the money they stole from you. Do NOT use this service, it’s a scam.

DoorDash is an absolute nightmare to work with!! I placed an order and when the delivery driver (Lindsey) arrived she didn’t have anything with her that I had ordered. She shrugged and said “I gave it to the last customer, you can either take this stuff or request a refund.” What she had in her hands wasn’t even close to my order. When I reported to DoorDash that I didn’t receive anything in my order they gave me not even half of my money back. After several requests through the chat feature and two very very long phone calls, I was told I would get an update on my refund request within 24 hours. Of course that time has long past and DoorDash has not responded. They stole my money. I got NOTHING from the driver and they just kept my money. Of course I will file a dispute with my credit card company but I am sure they just hope most people give up and they get to keep the money. It’s a scam!!

I got the wrong order door dash told me it’s against the policy to replace my phone after I spent 30 dollars on it. They sent me corn which I’m allergic to. They said it’s nothin they can do they didn’t give me my money back or replaced the food after I waited an hour to get it

The dasher ran off with my food they picked it up and never delivered the food to Mr after waiting 3 hours for my food this app needs a nteer way of securing people food or screening its dashers

Order a few items that cost me $40. Door dash I feel keeps just adding more and more fees. Take and take. Service fee, dasher fee, dasher tip. It’s horrible. When I recently ordered my last order. I got the milk I ordered but the bag of items had someone else’s items. Contacted support, and provided pictures and proof. They advised me that the refund request was denied on their end and had to be sent to special team to review which would take 3 hours. They told me they would also request for a reorder. Once I waited 3 hours for my refund and reorder email. They only refunded me which I now have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. They advised there is no reorder because they refunded me. Okay… so, I don’t get my food and have to wait until the end of next week for my money back? Door dash really needs to do more evaluation of their employees because this happens way too often. Additionally, why not just hold the funds until you know the order was successful so you can just give it back if there are any issues? The fees are rediculous. Are grocery stores going to start also charging service fees and tips?

How is the company still around messing up people’s deliveries ? Only used the company once for a little Caesar’s delivery and food never came due to issues with their driver not being able to be contacted due to his phone being out of service lol. What a waste of time and money.
