At least 6 times I have waited for over an hour and a half just to have it cancelled. Another 3 times I never got my food and they refused to give me - refund so I’ve lost $80. Absolutely awful service!! I refuse to use DoorDash and I will now cancel any online order that uses DoorDash. So sick of wasting time and money

doordash couldn't bring me a firehouse subs french dip because doordash didn't have it on their menu even though firehouse subs has it on theirs. I'm very disappointed in them for not updating their menu

I have used Doordash for many years and have spent a lot of money ordering food through Doordash. Last night I placed and order through Doordash from Halal Wokwok. I ordered brussel sprouts that were supposed to be roasted brussel sprouts with sesame seeds and spices. It looked really good on the Halal website. I never received them. Instead I received four square breaded things that were tasteless and I have no idea what they were because nothing like is on the Halal website resembling what I received. I threw them away. I paid $7.00 for this item. Doordash only gave me a credit of $5.48 even after I escalated my complaint. Also I ordered jalapeno poppers because the Halal website showed a basket of about 14 jalapeno poppers with white cream cheese inside. There was an ad next to this item on Doordash saying how this item is 70 percent less than other restaurants for jalapeno poppers. I received 6 tiny jalapeno poppers with yellow cheese inside. Doordash has not even responded about this complaint. This is false advertising. I regret that I am going to cancel my Doordash membership as I refuse to be treated this way after spending tons of money there for many years. Plus Doordash does not have a very good delivery system. They often put hot food in with cold food. They do not have their drivers use thermal bags or any way to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. We often get food that is the wrong temperature. We have to heat up hot food that is not hot. They do not offer very good deals for discounts in general. They do not offer anything to regular, loyal, long term customers who spend a lot of money ordering through Doordash. I saved a copy of what the Halal menu shows for the Brussel Sprouts and they call it Edamame Falafel (6) Roasted Brussels sprouts, seasoned with sesame seeds and spices. I just noticed that the (6) is there and just like the jalapenos it shows a lot of brussel sprouts, more than 6. I forgot to take a photo of the jalapeno poppers before I at two of the six.

This happened on 1/17/2025. We work from home and ordered DoorDash, it was a bundle of boba pub and angry chickz. I was on a work call when the Dasher attempted to call, I gave my phone to my roommate and she went outside and called the Dasher back. When she came back inside she said that he gave the food to someone else. I was off my work call and went to some of the usual apartments that share our apartment number in an attempt to find our order. After failing we went through the app in an attempt to get our money back and they gave us the money back for the boba and not for what we spent on Angry Chickz. We called and explained the situation and even told them that I reordered the same delivery, they said they can submit a rebuttal and that's the best they can offer. After 10 min received an email stating it was rejected again. We called back DoorDash's customer service and we offered camera footage that shows we never received our order and instead shows my roommate standing outside on the phone with the dasher in which he tells her he already "gave it to her", which the order wasn't marked as delivered till 5 min after the call. They refused to help and said after their "investigation"( which we assume was only asking their Dasher) they decided not to refund us for our undelivered order. The service Rep offered to report the Dasher and may "suspend or even fire" Dasher, in which I said how would that make any sense that you would punish someone for not delivering an order but not so anything for the customer affected. They reiterated that their was nothing left for them to do. So They left me out 50+ dollars and tip for an order I never received and said that there's no way for them to help me and won't put in another rebuttal request.

This guy JamesRobinson from DoorDash I don’t known if he’s on drugs or not. He deliver my item at the wrong door apartment. I confront it to him and he just lie and end the chat fast and said he delivered it at the right address when he didn’t not. Mine was 1038. And he did not left it there

This app should discontinue. The greed & quality are diabolical for everyday people i hate it here. The dashers are getting lazy because they get paid penny's, they lie & cancel your order say they were in a accident or store closed during business hours & just take your food or whatever & you have to wait a week for your money back.

DO NOT USE DOORDASH!! Recently ordered $60+..... waited over an hour, for NO DELIVERY, I canceled the order at this point. They will not refund me. PEOPLE USE- SKIP THE DISHES!!! Instead

Was a loyal customer until recently. They allow anything to happen to the customer, take the $ and run. I've had enough. I've had their dashers enter my house TWICE, deliver food to the wrong address and it gets taken and then I lose. They have become worse than Uber Eats. Adios DD

Ordered 100 dollars worth of food, none of it was edible asked for a full refund and threw it away the dog turned his nose up to it,tried to get resolution but was given the run around,when the finally tried to call they let it ring once and hung up trying to say they tried to call I will never use this service again

Why does Door Dash hire drivers who cannot read or follow directions??? I give step by step directions to find my apartment. I ALWAYS get these barely speaking English delivery drivers who call me because they can't find my apartment. I ask if they read the delivery instructions and most of them don't. This last delivery driver, a Mr Hazeem from Fresno CA called me to start lecturing me about why it was my fault that he couldn't find my apartment. Why doesn't Door Dash have a vetting process to (AT LEAST) Check if the driver knows left from right and can read English??? This is the 2nd time I have left a message with Door Dash and still nothing. As a service company, you guys are absolutely a joke.

2 nights in a row my door dash people screwed us over by leaving items off the order. They say in their foreign voices that it not their problem, it's the WaWa or the Friendly's that left the item out!! BS!! Door Dasher Lucienei 715-333-3610 said it's not his problem. And Door Dasher Xhorxhia 201-462-3980 said the same thing. Don't do business with Door Dash. They also said I can't get a refund for 7 to 10 days!! BS SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE & PICK IT UP YOURSELVES!!! I WANT MY TIPS BACK!! LOSERS!!

The bar seems to be pretty low for drivers. Most can't follow simple delivery directions - and I'm quite specific. I had one who emptied all the trash out of his car in front of my building. It's not their fault when items from orders are missing, but their concessions are pitiful. I've made DoorDash aware, but ..eh.. they're not really in the fix-it business.

I ordered on Tuesday and I never got my food I called customer service I told them that I never received my food and I paid too much for my food for it not to be at my doorstep and they said because the door dasher took a picture of it that it was enough proof and they won’t refund me my money horrible customer service they keep your money even when your food is stolen which is crazy and the amount you pay just for food and the delivery fee is crazier and this isn’t the first time it has happened it’s happened more than 7 times and I’m frankly tired of it they keep taking your money it’s crazy I don’t recommend this app if you don’t want to pay too much just for a delivery fee or get your food stolen and not get your refund back I’ll recommend just to order out of the restaurants own apps or go in person it’s your best bet honestly if I can give it a zero star for review i would

Terrible customer support. They use a call center that just lies to you and tells you they will call you back. Then never do. They take their money and dont care about anything else. Drivers are terrible they are rude.

Door Dash is a company everyone should stay aware from. The service is horrible and they do not take responsibility for their drivers. We have had many times when the food does not arrive on time or not at all. In addition the food is being handled or removed from our orders by the drivers or any of the other service providers who has to handled the order. Restaurants should be aware that their products are being degraded by the poor services that Door Dash provides. Without our knowledge tonight, our order was sent out by Door Dash tonight 1/17/2025 and the restaurants product has not delivered. We called the restaurant and they had no idea why our food had not been picked up yet we are still charged a delivery fee. We went to the restaurant to pick up the order ourselves which was cold by the time we picked it up. Door Dash should be put out of business for stealing the fees they charge consumer's.

A parcel was dropped off at my house that I did not order. They left someone else's parcel at my home. I called doordash, gave them the tracking number, and asked them to have the driver come back and pick it up and take it to the correct address. They said they were not able to contact the driver, and there is nothing they can do. So basically, if doordash drops off your package at the wrong address, you're screwed. FYI, this was not a food delivery - this is a package from an online purchase from a department store.

Wow! Looks like door dash has gone down the tubes! I never got my order and they refused to give me a refund! $55 down the drain - and I gave the driver an extra tip beforehand. What a joke!! Ever hear of Uber Eats?

I am writing a bad review because I recently had a bad experience and 1. The review process is AWFUL. 1. When writing the review editing my review was difficult because I could only see one line of what I had written at a time. 2. It looks like if a customer selects the option for everyone to view they are forced to include what you ordered which some customers may not wish to include. This means customers may opt-out of sharing their experience because they don't want to include their order or entire order.
