Door dash accepted my order despite there being no dashers in the area. This was the last of my money til payday my fridge had broken and I needed to feed my kids so we ordered it took me 2 hours of a run around, speaking with 3 different agents, trying to find out why my food wasn't delivered at which point everything else was closed and the refund wasn't available for 3 days. I asked to speak to someone about their website accepting my order because they have refused orders in the past when they aren't able to deliver and I was rushed off the phone without being given anyone yo escalate the situation.

Dont use doordash anymore. I ordered 7 lb. They delivered 1 lb. And they did not refund to me

stop hiring dashers who don't speak English and do not have Google maps!! Customer service sucks!! takes forever to get a live agent on the phone.

I was charged by a driver that couldn't find my place. Must of scribbled my name and kept my beer. Hour later a driver after ordering again had no problem. This wasn't first time got charged and no delivery.

My daughter ordered food for 4 people. The delivery driver apparently picked up two bags of food per the picture. He delivered only one bag. When my daughter reached out to him he kept handing up. I fault door dash for the unethical behavior of their delivery drivers. Not only should door dash provide a refund they should not give the driver the tip as it should be given back to the consumer. Door dash should in these cases penalize the driver but making them cover the cost of the food/refund. To reward bad behavior with pay and tips sends the wrong message.

I trusted this platform with my investment, but soon after, I lost access to my funds, and their support team stopped responding. DoorDash is terrible my order got cancelled 3 times and they would not give me a refund to my card the screwed me over on $18.05 cents Iโ€™m very unhappy and I lost my money because they will not deliver anything else to me

They are adding a significant amount of extra $ to the subtotal that is unaccounted for. Simply doesn't add up at all. Customer service is a complete joke and totally useless. Have not idea how I'll get my money back that they stole and now am wondering how many times previously they've done this.

They did not deliver my order and had to fight dozen of rude employees, they are unhelpful. I finally had to call my bank to stop payment. I told them dam them and they thought dam was a bad word. I wrote the restaurant complaint department and finally send an email to their corporate office. Donโ€™t use them.

How is this useless business in existence? Misleading delivery times: the express delivery option adds more to the fees and does not reduce delivery time. The call center lies about where the driver is when I can see on my screen that the delivery will take around 2 hours.

DoorDash you are wrong! Shame on you. I had money billed to my debit card and I had to hunt down how to dispute it because there is NO option on the app. No order showed but I had a charge that said it was in a completely different city 8 hours away from me!! Nothing was ordered but you charged me. That makes me think it was on DoorDash and not someone using my info.. I told the associate on the phone when I finally got through after having to call again after being on hold for an hour!! I asked if I could be compensated with a gift card because I am disabled on fixed income and when they took that money from my bank account it overdraft my account because I barely get by. I haven't ordered from DoorDash in months because I can't afford it. They told me they don't do anything like that and to contact my bank. It's on YOU DOORDASH!

3 times now i have been grossly overcharged after it processed with my bank, i reached out to support and was basically told tough luck, thankfully my bank is awesome and helped me but be careful. i had an $18 they charge $38 for, a $16 one that was $40, and a canceled order they charged $59 instead of cancelling it. watch your totals!

My debit card information was stolen twice by Dashers in Lincoln Nebraska and Doordash has done nothing to resolve the problem. I received no refunds for fraudulent charges, the customer service email is deactivated and the call center does nothing but repeatedly say that the charges are yours, even if you are in another city entirely. I have had to get two new debit cards because of this and Doordash refuses to do anything about it.

If your driver steals, doesn't follow directions, and we give money and tips away to do so. Expect more canceled dash passes and less consumers. My home and office! Refuse to allow you to speak to management. No corporate nunber or email. Customer service in another country. No thank you!

Poor service from doordash. the store delivered the incorrect item - a regular salad rather than a kale salad. Doordash refused to reimburse me immediately and stated that they would review the matter and get back to me with an hour. The never got back to me and when I called today, they said that they denied the refund. Today, I ordered from the same store - Busboys and poets - and did not get the Hot Chocolate that I ordered and paid for. Doordash claims that it can't process the refund, but will review the matter and get back to me within an hour. Will it deny to refund me? Is this legal? I paid for certain items and in one case, got the wrong item, and in another case, did not get the item at all, and doordash refuses to reimburse me.

This is the worst. I understand people do this side hustle but to not speak English how do u really want us to communicate with the delivery person. That is not fair to us. The need to speak English. They call us asking where we live and don't speak English is that my fault being the customer. I will not be using door dash anymore. Every person I got so far don't speak English and I tip very well.
