If I could, I'd give no star. I would never use Doordash by choice, but businesses that only do their deliveries through them have never delivered. Whomever would say they were arriving to pick up my order then next thing you know, it says a different person is going to pick up my order. At that point, I call the business and it is confirmed that it was picked up but stolen. I've had doordash support literally hang up on me in mid conversation when I provide proof of the situation and they refused to refund me and told me to go through the business, then the business has said that it is doordash responsibility to refund me which got me nowhere. I had to dispute the transaction and provide proof through my bank to get my money back on an order I never received. How ridiculous! After a few times of this nonsense I refuse to deal with doordash, if I find that the businesses use them i immediately cancel my order.

Ordered 4 items. 2 were delivered, verified by picture taken by driver. Could not get rest of delivery, and was denied refund for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I called them; I tried everything. They kept $60 of my money.

I put a one because it wouldn't let me do a zero I've never had a 7 to 9 year old ever deliver me food to a hotel room at 9:30 at night not to mention it's only 34° outside right now what the hell are people thinking not to mention my food was 20 minutes late I'm allergic to onions and it was onions and everything and my husband had no strength in his chicken and shrimp plate imagine that

I wish I could give 0 stars, I give them a F-. My mother has Parkinson's and lives in assisted living. Last night I ordered her Wendy's. She loves their baked potatoes but they brought fries instead. Tonight she asked me to order it again and this time they didn't bring her anything. I do appreciate Doordash replacing her orders in the past but that doesn't help when you leave an 88 year old woman with Parkinson's to go to bed hungry. And because they replaced her meals before now they won't reimburse her. I'm going to cancel her monthly fee because Doordash doesn't care that she has no way to fix herself some food and doesn't get a meal for the night.

I was deceived by an online scammer which took my hard-earned money through falsehoods. I lost cash that I had worked tirelessly for. They wouldn’t let me withdraw a single cent and kept insisting that I pay taxes. Fortunately, A friend of my introduced me to 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥𝟒𝟒𝟗@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 —- +𝟏 (𝟓𝟎𝟓) 𝟒𝟎𝟐-𝟎𝟕𝟏𝟒 and I was able to recover all my investment back.

Order 2 sandwich, which one is a hot sandwich about 6pm from Wawa which is only about 9 miles from my home. It's nearly 2 hours later and the delivery still hasn't arrived. Apparently first dash decided to cancel so we need to wait for another to pick up who also picked up another stop on the way here. Won't be using door dash anymore.

Ordered Panera for my family and YOUR doordasher Stayed in the same place for over an hour telling me she was stuck in an accident an hour after that she stayed in a round about telling me the same story she sucks don’t like liars! I’m not paying someone that doesn’t tell the truth! Never ordering from DoorDash again you guys hire idiots

DoorDash sucks. The app itself works mostly aside from the messaging features and account settings if either of those matter to you. The support agents are rude and unhelpful. I'm not saying I have issues on every order but lately it seems to be more and more frequent and again, the support is awful. They make a bad situation worse.

I didn’t get my order my driver tried to cancel. He couldn’t cancel. I get a hold some guy from India who speaks no English tells me it’s on the way when it’s not! Now I gotta wait 5 to 7 days for my money back. Uber eats next.

Door dash is terrible . We think also they do not know some towns because they lie on mileage for drivers and use to take advantage in drivers deliveries . The customer service is suck and liar . They do not resolve any concern for drivers . Some times they ask drivers to drive 11 or 12 miles for 3, 4 or 5 dollars cents for some deliveries . Do not forget also they try to keep Indians drivers from India in west side of Springfield , nice neighborhood and send black African Americans in dangerous neighborhoods. Indians drivers gets most of the good batches . This is a shame .

Their drivers are terrible. Artem, the driver assigned to my order, lied and said the order was undeliverable when I was standing outside waiting for 10 minutes for him to arrive. I tracked his vehicle and he was on the WRONG street. He did not bother calling or texting; instead he just left and said it was undeliverable. DoorDash proceeded to charge me the FULL amount anyway. I tried to get help via text and no one assisted me. I had to call and wait for half an hour on the phone.

My recent delivery was from Cub Foods. There was a picture showing that it delivered to my home, so I went out the front door to grab it and nothing was there. I called the driver to see if he knew what happened and the driver told me that after completing the delivery the app gave him a new address for my order, so he took it there. I have called support 5 times now and they denied my refund twice and now can't do anything. I never got this order and am now out OVER $100. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! They robbed me of my hard earned money and refuse to help! I would give them zero stars, but that is not an option. I am now waiting for a Supervisor from DoorDash to call me and hopefully resolve this, but I doubt it. It seems to me that all they care about is money and NOT helping the customers at all.

The driver assigned to my order tampered with my food—breaking the seal, stealing food, and attempting to reseal the bag with the ripped pieces. This is a major trust issue, as it’s clear someone interfered with my meal. The space where the ice cream should have been was wet and torn, making it obvious the restaurant included the item but it was removed. To make matters worse, the driver left a photo of the delivery at my door, showing the poorly re-taped seals, further proving the tampering. This is incredibly concerning, as it suggests they could have also tampered with the food itself. When I contacted the driver, they deflected and told me to reach out to support. I pointed out the evidence, but they didn’t respond. I then reached out to DoorDash (DD) support, but the initial response was dismissive, offering only a partial refund. After pushing for a resolution, I managed to get on a call with their support team. However, this team appeared to be contracted virtual assistants (likely overseas), with limited authority to resolve serious issues. Their English was difficult to understand, and it felt like a struggle to communicate effectively. While I have no issue with contracted work, if DoorDash is offering phone support to U.S. customers, it needs to be clear and effective. The lack of understanding and authority made the situation even more frustrating. Ultimately, the support team removed the tip but couldn’t reassure me that the same driver wouldn’t deliver to me again. This is deeply troubling, as I live in a small town, and now the driver—who broke into my food and knows I reported them—might still deliver future orders. What’s stopping them from retaliating or doing something worse next time? The compensation offered was minimal, especially considering the severity of the issue. I couldn’t even eat my meal that night, knowing the driver might have tampered with it further. This is about more than just stolen food—it’s about safety, trust, and the integrity of the service. Drivers who steal are likely the same ones who would tamper with food, and this should be treated as a serious concern. When I asked to speak with a W-2 DoorDash representative rather than a third-party contractor, I was denied. The contracted reps and even the supervisors seemed uninterested in truly resolving the issue or protecting the brand’s reputation. It was clear they were following scripts and didn’t care about my experience. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars on DoorDash annually—both personally and for my team as part of my role as a department director—I expected better. I’ve overlooked small issues like late deliveries, missing items, or incorrect drop-offs because I understand the challenges, having been a delivery driver myself. But when it’s clear that someone stole from me and tampered with my food, that’s a line that can’t be crossed. DoorDash needs a robust escalation protocol for cases like this. It’s alarming that a service built entirely on trust takes such incidents so lightly. As of today, I’m done with DoorDash, and I urge others to reconsider using their platform. They’ve shown they don’t prioritize customer safety or satisfaction. Hopefully, this feedback reaches someone within DoorDash who actually cares about their brand and customer trust, instead of being buried in a system run by third-party contractors who are disconnected from their customers.

DoorDash is an absolutely scam! They charge you for dash pass after you’ve cancelled it and they charged me 96 I would never paid anything of that amount at once to them. They also don’t fix any issues with your food after you let them know twice you’ve had a issue mind you they is a lot of issues with these restaurants things are missing or sometimes your food doesn’t get delivered. Their customer service is somewhere in India sucks

It’s been over a year since I’ve gotten a correct order. DoorDash doesn’t hold their delivery people to any standard and they take no responsibility. Any company where you can’t talk to a real person easily is obviously a horrible company. At least uber eats has standards
