Highway robbery shorted me two bottles of wine and no way to reach them will not recommend to others.

They need to figure out something to hold the drivers more accountable for their actions. I’m wheelchair bound and ask that they hand the food to me because I can’t go outside to get it. So many of them just leave it and go. Had to wait an hour one day for someone to bring my now cold food in for me. I tip well but they should have an option to tip only after delivery. DoorDash is not going to last long at this rate.

Horrible experience tonight- driver went to the wrong house, hung up on me wouldn’t respond to my texts. He literally went to a parking lot and sat (probably eating my order) for almost an hour. Kept extending the delivery time to keep him working. Online chat is worthless and wouldn’t even help. Had to call to get refund 5-10 days! Will never use this service again.

This service has seriously gone downhill. Three years ago it saved my and my husband's life when I got seriously ill and was hospitalized and then had to basically be home bound for 3 more months. We upgraded to the yearly fee and it was worth it. You got perks. That is not the case anymore. The food is never right. You cant have a reorder as an option and when they refund you dont get back the fees and taxes. So if I want my food I have to pay all that again. And if you get credits and order food PAY ATTENTION because they increase the taxes and credits you owe I'm assuming because they know you're paying with credits. I literally unchecked the use credits option to put it on my card and all of a sudden my order was like 15$ cheaper. And don't get me started on ordering groceries. I ordered them a lot because of health reasons but not anymore. I watched my driver the other day deliver THREE OTHER STOPS before mine and my stuff was melted or warm. It took an hour for him to get to my house. The grocery store is 15 minutes max. Door dash. Stop being so greedy. Stop taking advantage. Just stop.

Unacceptable Customer Service & Policy – Final Order with DoorDash Dear DoorDash, I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience that made it clear I can no longer use your platform. On January 22, 2025, I placed an order from Topey’s Kitchen, assuming my food would be ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I found a sign stating the restaurant was closed from January 3 to January 24. Since the restaurant was closed, I expected the charge to be automatically refunded. When I called customer service on January 24, I was assured that my claim would be escalated and resolved. However, when I followed up a few days later, my claim was rejected. I then reached out to your claims team, only to be told that I should have disputed the charge immediately—even though I had no way of knowing the store’s status at the time of placing the order. At that point, I was informed that nothing could be done because a ruling had already been made. After spending nearly an hour on the phone between hold times and back-and-forth explanations, I was left with no resolution. DoorDash essentially took my money for a service that was never provided. Fortunately, I used my credit card and was able to recover my $77.33 through Chase within hours. This experience made it clear that DoorDash prioritizes policy over fairness, and I refuse to support a company that treats its customers this way. I will not be using DoorDash again, and I will be sure to share my experience with others who rely on delivery services. Sincerely, Mark Patterson

They tried to tell me that I cancelled my order after 8 minutes when I cancelled it 1 minute after I saw it would be delivered after 2 hours. When I cancelled it I got no money back and no food and customer service was no help and told me I would get nothing back. Completely unfair. Bye bye doordash.

Received alert order was delivered, with a photo, got to door order missing...... looking at photo, the driver didn't even walk up to door to place order, it's in hallway near my neighbors wall.....bag looked like it was tampered with too..... called door dash and saying they can't help to call subway, since we order directly on their site, subway says it's on door dash.....no refund .... and no information on who the driver was

Ordered using Door Dash and 3 different drivers were sent. The first driver picked up my order but never delivered. The 2nd driver never picked it up and the 3rd driver is waiting for a new order. All told a 2 1/2 hour wait for ab order that would have taken 30 minutes. I will not be using doordash anymore.

Called to speak with their health and safety dept just to report that my order had dairy and was causing an allergic reaction. Wasn't seeking anything more than the coffee being credited, but was breaking out in hives and had to use my rescue inhaler. Didn't respond to the chat agent in under one moment, was disconnected multiple times. Asked them to please give me time to describe my issue. Called, and was rushed on the phone by the health and safety representative who was irritated waiting for a photo of my coffee. The credit or the process wasn't even the issue, but the way they chatted and spoke to me was unprofessional and extremely poor customer experience. Too many other issues, would recommend not bothering with them.

My day was literally ruined when I didn't get my lunch yesterday because the Dasher delivered it to the wrong door, far away, and left it outside where someone must have grabbed it. He says he tried texting me for 27 minutes, and he did. But those messages didn't hit my phone until it was too late because signals inside the building where I work are extremely weak. If he had followed my instructions for getting to the front door, the right door, and ringing the call bell, he would have handed me my order as I requested, and I wouldn't be writing this review. Door Dash customer service didn't care enough to give a refund or another lunch. Needless to say, I will not use it again.

Ordered cold medicine through Walgreens. Get the bag but no cold meds. The driver took them. So I called Door dash- they won’t help, I ordered through Walgreens. Called Walgreens- they won’t help. Sent it through Door Dash. The driver removed the sticker telling me who he was. He’s a mess thief. Won’t order this way again. Or use either company!!!

after expressing my private concern over a chat with your company.. at 10:45 pm, (close the chat sessions well).. DoorDash representivie calls my HOMELINE! Wakes up my children! Unbelievably desperate! I don't call the DoorDash staff at home at this time of night, to wake up they're family! Keep it appropriate! this is absolutely NOT only disgusting but Vulgoar! Who does that!?
