I became a dasher had no complaints from customers always Communicated with the customers on the orders always delivered early. Then They did my background check. And due to a speeding ticket, I no longer can - I was just was informed to me before I had started. So I wait down one star for the unprofessionalism I would not recommend doordash.

Im disgusted by some of your delivery personnel. How could anyone consider leaving food on the floor it's acceptable?! Especially when there are 3 more options within reach. This happens very frequently.

Missing items on my order. I ordered steak nachos that was supposed to have beans,sour cream and pico de gallo. It just came with meat and cheese and the chips , which wouldn't be that bad but I paid $12.50 for it. Now for me that's too much for meat and cheese and chips. If I wanted that would of made it myself and saved me the money.

I ordered from McAlister's and the Door dash person delivered someone else's order. I called Door dash to get a refund and they denied the refund. So, you order at your own risk when using Door dash. I will not use them anymore!!!

Doordash has been charging me a monthly fee for their delivery program even though it has been cancelled in May 2022. I have called them and they say that it doesn't show that a fee is being charged anywhere. However, every month I'm being charged and have to dispute the charge. This has become annoying and my next step will be to close my card account.

When you cancel an order because the store doesnt have the items door dash do not put all of your money back on your card and they will give you partial payment only if you called them to complain about your order. 1 star.

I doordashed the first time in a year and a half the second night. I did it. My account was hacked and the $175 I had for two nights of work was taken from my account on doordash. I called them numerous times and got passed on numerous times. Different people and no one wants to give me my money that I earned verl poor customer service

DoorDash is very unreliable. I typically stay at work during lunch and order food. I had a driver mark my order complete, nothing was delivered and now I have to wait for a refund! This is not the first problem that I’ve had with DoorDash….this is my first review for them after over 30 orders

Absolutely shocking. Had 3 DoorDash orders over the weekend and ALL were wrong/inedible/unsafe to eat. First I order something from a Thai restaurant I order from all the time, it comes and it's not what I ordered. At first I thought maybe it was someone else's (there was no name on the docket), so I let them know and they credit me. I reorder the same thing again, adding a note to the driver to please confirm that they collect the right order. He confirms. It arrives and it's wrong again. Seems either DoorDash's menu is wrong OR there's a miscommunication at the restaurant. I again reach out to chat explaining that there's an issue with their menu - they credit my account. The next day, I order a pizza from a place just a short 5 min drive from my house. It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to me, they continuously send me notifications apologising for it being so late. 3 drivers cancelled before finally one heads my way. It arrives and of course to no one's surprise - it's stone cold, curled up into a ball because the driver has aggressively put it in the bag. I can also see on the docket that it was ready at 6.30pm, it didn't arrive to me until almost 8pm. Should be no surprise to anyone that the pizza is inedible and unsafe to eat after sitting on a bench for that long on a very hot day. DoorDash refused to give me a refund claiming it's not their problem. Who's responsibility is it then? The restaurant held up their end of the bargain. DoorDash collects all the profits and yet doesn't take responsibility for when their business doesn't deliver on the promise. Unbelievable.

Horrible company! I was working for them and they refuse to pay you when you can't deliver orders because the orde can't be made. Called customer support was lied to 2 times about being paid last time they told me I wasn't getting paid because I refused order. I can't deliver an order that wasn't made by the store.

Dasher brought the wrong order, we gave it back to the driver and reached out to DoorDash, they declined a refund because we didn’t have a picture of the receipt from the wrong order. They refused to transfer our call to a supervisor and said it was a first come first service process and we would get a call back from the supervisor; it has been over 24 hours and no call!

We did not know Lou Malnati's in Palatine was using DoorDash as a delivery service. The delivery driver was supposed to call us when he or she arrived, drive did not call and instead the DoorDash driver just left the food at the door in 32 degree weather and left with no notice. The food was very cold. DoorDash is a perfect name for their service, because they just leave your food and then dash. We will always check for now on if the restaurant we are ordering from uses their own drivers or a horrible delivery service like door dash. NEVER AGAIN!

It’s too dangerous when drivers have the ability to waste my money buying things I don’t need and Door Dash won’t refund the full amount because they didn’t submit the receipt. I hate how their refund system is one-direction and one-choice. Their customer service app strings you along telling you a rep will be with you in 2 minutes and you end up waiting 30; and their customer service reps are slow and inefficient.

The Customer Service is the worst and such a long wait to get a real person when you call in for assistance. . They are rude, talk over you, unhelpful and majority of them aren’t properly trained . They don’t care about the Dashers and also will lie to you.

Food was sitting at restaurant for over an hr before being picked up,almost 2 hrs since order was placed to delivery and everything was cold on arrival.They gave a $3 refund on a $200 order never again door dash is a rip off

Everything, we waited over an hour for the worst food I have ever seen or smelled. My daughter was in the hospital and by the time we received our order it was too late to order anything. If course now I've been given the run around about a refund I never received. Stick with uber eats. Door dash is no longer worth the headache

Although I mentioned clearly to "Hand In My Food,Please" the driver put my food on the ground and left without even knocking on the door. Why they added " Delivery Instructions" if nobody cares about them? And why nobody from DoirDash looks into this matter? This is absolutely terrible.
