“This is for the customers that wanted food delivered to their front porch. I find this ignorant, when the customer does not shovel the walking path to get to the front door, with possible ice underneath the snow. What a joke!”

“We ordered pizza and it took our driver 40 mins to drive a 15 min drive so our pizza was cold. I’m guessing they stopped off for a drink or dinner instead of bringing our food to us. Door Dash customer service is a total joke. Spoke to 4 different people and not a single one of them knew what they are doing.”

“I will never order using doordash again. The drivers didn't get the whole order and were rude to me when I called them back. Doordash wouldn't even request a re-deliver and could only do a refund. Didn't get my food. Never again!!”

“I will never order from this delivery service or restaurant again. I ordered a Cobb salad from Farmers Boy and got was lettuce with cheese. Neither wanted to take responsibility for the mistake so they can both take a hike. Honestly who in their right mind would order a Cobb salad minus the bacon, egg, tomato and avocado. Unbelievable how bad their customer service and attitude was. No wonder so many of the businesses out here go out business. Tried to upload a picture, but wasn’t able to.”

“DoorDash is the absolute worst!! They don’t refund your money when their drivers don’t show . Then when you contact the driver they don’t speak English and hang up on you. They hire drivers that lied about saying they delivered the food when they don’t. Mind you they can see the messages between you and the driver showing you didn’t receive your food and still no refund!! Never again!!”

“Door dash is the most ridiculous app they allow people that cannot set up there own account use one under someone else's name. When they claim your order has been delivered but it hasn't and even them seeing the pictures the driver sends with incorrect information where your stuff was delivered too they deny you a refund and keep your money I deleted the door dash app they suck!!!!!”

“Dasher left my food on the ground with bag wide open. Doordash has done this several times with my food, leaving it on the ground refuse to give me a refund refuse to take my payment method off of their app. I messaged the Dasher and ask her why she left my food on the ground when the instruction specifically said leaving a chair she said because she had a hard time finding my house so she left it on the ground.”

“Terrible experience with door Dash tonight and I plan to shift back to Uber Eats after tonight. I complained about an order from a local pizzeria, asking for a refund for an inedible salad. Instead, they took away the tip I had given the blameless driver! After waiting nearly 15 minutes to talk to a live agent, they were unable to restore the tip and the program won’t allow me to. So the poor guy out delivering my pizza in the snow got stiffed against my will.”

“Absolutely horrible they have an amazon promotion that they didn't honor. Said it's not in my area. Got charged a 100 for a membership that I am college and I rarely use. Nothing they can do the bank said they can issue a refund they refuse to do so. What a terrible company I don't recommend this company. Go with Uber at least they honor there pass.”

“DD, a 4 Star review, bc my order was correct on my Taco Bell digital receipt, but they wrapped each steak dipper separately. They come in a 2 set, so there should hv been 4 individual steaks, but there were only 3 individual steaks. My food was hot and arrived on time. The driver did follow my door instructions. However, next time, I will check my order b4 giving an extra cash tip. I will try your service a few more times DD, bc I so want to like your service. I like the concept. I like it bc there are times we the customers can’t get out to pick up our own food. I just hope you employ trust worthy drivers who won’t eat the customers order….lol…Until next time….”

“I had my Food delivered via Door Dash & specifically asked that my Food be "Put-in-my-hand" & it was left sitting on my Front Porch from 5:43 - 5:55. If it wasn't for me Tracking it, I would not have known my Food was out there & then would have called NYPD. Delivery Person, Tam, did not even Ring my Door Bell. My Bag was Wet from the Sweat of the Heat & my Food was barely Warm from sitting outside in 35 degree weather. I spent a total of $49.42 w/NYPD & with Door Dash. This was my 1st time using Door Dash & the Experience was horrible!”

“Food was good. Dasher was nice. DoorDash was horrible!! sent the Dasher to a pickup before delivering my order. Dasher waited 30 mins for this order. my order was delivered 1.5 hours after placing the order. Food was cold. Food was not fresh tasting. not the problem of the restaurant, but an issue with DoorDash routing. DoorDash offered a $6 coupon. Not cool!!! Then they canceled the chat before resolution.”

“Never will they ensure the drivers delivering your food have at least a small grasp of the English language. In over a year I’ve never had one single driver to understand where to go and where to leave my food despite me clearly stating it in the instructions. And on several occasions they just stop the food in the streets or at a random doorstep and take a picture and say it’s delivered. Crazy thing is door dash will not refund you. Choose wisely before you use them.”

“My order was never delivered to me and refund denied twice. I noticed on the map driver was not heading my direction. I tried to reach the driver on chat. It would not connect. I reached out to Customer service chat and was connected. I informed them the driver was heading in the wrong direction and the chat would not connect. The drivers phone number was also not showing up. I informed them this was a business and the driver was in an apartment complex according to the map. I also requested they or the driver contact me via text as I was with a client. I received a picture by text of the order delivered to an apartment. In the instructions it specifically stated that this was a delivery to a business as we have had issues in the past. I responded immediately and included a picture of my office door. My refund was denied. I immediately drove to the restaurant and reordered food for my client and myself. I then emailed customer service and included screen shots of the texts I received as well as my response. My refund was denied again. I will no longer use Door Dash. I have attached all pertinent information.”

“Buyer beware, doordash doesn't offer full refund through the automated app. It's a meaningless $3.08 for a 2 litre diet pepsi. But through the automated app they offer me $1.02 and no other option but to accept it. So I had to call customer service to get the other money. Regardless of the fact that I only got 1 pizza out of 3. I wonder how many other times they have done that. I can't even drink the darn thing because I'm diabetic.”

“I ordered food from Burgerville throuigh DoorDash. It never arrived so I contacted Door Dash and got a credit, when I then used to re-order from Burgerville. I received a photo showing delivery but I didn't receive the food and it wasn't my front door! I requested a refund from DoorDash but it was denied twice. I don't understand! I send a picture showing that my front door wasn't the door to which the food was delivered!”
