60 percent of the time they drop it at the wrong address, I don't know what GPS software they are using, but it sucks, I had to drive to the restaurant I ordered from and they were gracious enough to remake my order. One star rating is one star too many!!!

The driver cancelled and I had to go pick up my order myself. When I called to ask to reimburse for the driver, I was told that they don't reimburse for tips and fees which is bs. I will not be using them again.

It seems each update gives them more control over the drivers. Now they've implemented this rating system which negates your platinum status, if you don't dash full time hours and accept every almost dash. We get no employee benefits, but they're treating us like employees instead of independent contractors. Just my opinion as someone who's dashed on and off, for more than 5 years.

Negligent borderline absent customer service with over-exhaustive verification. Merchants only have access to service through one designated account representative who may or may not be available to give you access to your account in time to make changes for your business to open. After well over 40 minutes on a call, not a single human in all of Doordash is trained or authorized to help me with my account access. I have been told to expect a call back and am currently waiting on the phone. Update: they refused to remain on the line, hung up the phone which directed me to a survey about whether resolution was reached. Time stolen by Doordash from my company: 50 minutes so far. I will continue to update.

My son ordered door dash put in our location which is camp hill mcdonals and instead they had the wrong adress put in and also put our order in for mcdonals the whole way in enola so now our meals won't be hot and will be cold very unpleased

I ordered from Door dash and after 1&1/2 hours, no dasher was ever assigned. I went to cancel the delivery and they tried keeping my tip to a driver that was never assigned and the taxes/fees. Upon calling customer service, I have been hung up on 3 times trying to get the rest of my money back as they only partially refunded me.

This was the worst experience ever the dasher delivered my food to someone else refused to answer the phone....Door dash denied my request three time so I'm just out the money. I'm not cheap or desperate so 22.00 I hope it makes your life better....but you lost this customer for sure...

They never deliver to the correct address and most of them don't care and I have to run around the neighborhood to find the order. It happens on numerous occasions.

Called and placed an order for delivery. They called me 40 minutes later and canceled my order because their driver didn’t want to do the drive. And now won’t refund me!! Horrible business

I take my words back that they have bad customer service. I had a digital gift card and the pic was messed up so It wont work. I called them thry tried to help me but I was not satisfied; they just hang up the call before giving me a solution. Now, after 2-3 days they have fixed the problem and gave me my reward back.

Food never arrived even though instructions were to hand it to me and obtain a PIN number. Doordash would not refund order. Dasher got a great tip and free dinner for two. I got a dismissive attitude from Doordash. Deleting the app and canceled Dashpass.

I ordered a $117.00 from a local restaurant for Valentines Day 2025. Steak dinner for my wife and a Salmon for myself with sides and a salad. 45 minutes later I received a salad and a bag of condiments. No main courses. Drive made off with a tip though. DoorDash refused to refund (Anything). I will Never use this service again. Cancel my subscription after five years. Terrible customer experience.

Beware, Door Dash will sign you up for a 9.99 reoccurring subscription without your knowledge. I did did not notice it for 5 months, my fault i know. Ive only used DoorDash 3 time in my life and will NEVER use them again and would never have signed up for a subscription.

Just got my order delivered to the wrong house and call customer service and they denied a refund even though their driver screwed up I am not getting anything back. Im closing my account with them and never ever use then again.

While I'm waiting for my order the driver had another delivery before mine. The driver was at that same location for at least 15 to 20 minutes, with no text or call to say why. When I sent a message to door dash about this got a response saying the issue was resolved, ?. Good deal for the drivers when they get tipped before performing the service, not on my dime anymore

They first sent one order to the incorrect address then dropped off another order that was cold and disgusting. I would give no stars but that was not an option. Save your money make your own food or drive your self over priced I was charged for two orders even though I only received one. Never again and I will call my bank in the morning!!

At this point, they don’t care when your food shows up. It can be over an hour late and it be cold and they’re gonna do nothing to help you! And if they did help you every once in a while they throw you like maybe a few dollars like that really helps! Customer service is also absolutely awful It’s like talking to robots!! I’m definitely done using the service for a while!!!!
