Dasher opened my sealed bag , broke seal and ate my food.Door Dash will not refund my money, keeps giving me the run around about my refund and still no money back in my account from them!!! I will never give them my business ever again!!!

I ordered Food and I received a text it had. Been Delivered, The Driver sent a picture , that it was Delivered But not to my address , I called the customer service number , and explained what happened and told them I wanted a full refund , they Refused the refund and didn’t care , I will never ever order from them again , highly recommend you don’t either 😡 was Refused a Refund .

They inflate the menu prices and claim to have no deliver fee. Total cost is higher than if you paid the fee and logged into the restaurant website to place your order. Ripoff.

This is ridiculous at this point. You have drivers that don’t bring food and take a picture of no food. Total waste of 14.00 and you guys offer 3.51 refund. Look into my account and see that I literally order through you guy everyday. This is not the first time with this issue, but tonight I am speaking out. Fix it

Watched as driver drove up, took picture of the house from her car, then drove off, stealing my food. Went through arduous routine of contacting customer support only to have my refund denied. We have spent thousands of dollars over many years on doordash. Not anymore.

I've never had a problem getting my orders, and they are always complete with what I ordered. I also drive for door dash and other apps as well. Door dash by far has the most scammers ordering from them, door dash is aware of this . So they changed the way drop off is handled. But as a dasher I take extra precautions by screen shot the order and address. And I also take a separate picture. So when the customer texts me or calls me saying they didn't get their order I send them a picture of the screen shot and the drop off picture, and that usually ends the problem. But there are instances of dashers stealing the order as well . And I think door dashes biggest problem is constantly hiring new drivers and pushing out the old ones. If I owned door dash I would prioritize the more experienced drivers. That would 100% fix that issue of theft or being late. The other issue is low tips. Drivers are not going to waste their time on no tip or low tip orders. What door dash could do about that is rasing base pay to a reasonable amount for milage . And doing away with the whole tipping system. So charge a delivery fee .

I don’t recommend nobody to use DoorDash. I did a in store refund on an item I purchased through them. I have still not received my refund which is$324. They tell me something different everytime I call them

They never want to refund you, and customer service is terrible. They’re lazy and rude. I was missing 3 things from my order and I called just for them to not give me a refund. I’m so sick of DoorDash.

Doordash employs incompetents as drivers. They cannot figure out how their GPS works, and they routinely fail to deliver to the correct address. Doordash then refuses to refund monies spent on food that never arrives.

Too many of the delivery people don't speak English. It does no good to post delivery instructions since they can't or won't read them. I am unable to communicate with them, they show up BEHIND my residence instead of at the front, and my food is left by the doorstep for who knows how long, instead of the driver ringing my doorbell as I requested in the instructions. For me, it isn't worth paying $10+ for this. Recently, this has been happening quite frequently, and I'm just about done.

I ordered groceries and the deliverer never gave me my groceries. I submitted a complaint and it was rejected. So I wasted a whole grocery budget and delivering fee and tip and had to make my own food with almost no ingredients.

I made a complaint and requested a refund because Janis left my order on the trashcan in the lobby of the apartment instead of following the directions to take the elevator to the correct floor with apt number and door code provided. By the time I got to the lobby the food was gone. DoorDash refused my refund as their “policy” wouldn’t allow them to give me my money back. If you can’t fulfill the service as intended you can’t take the money for that service. But they’d rather rip people off

We ordered dinner through Door Dash and delivery was wretched. This was my first and last experience with DD. I ordered dinner through DD's site, specifying our hotel and room number. More, I requested the food be handed to me personally. Of course, my cell number was included. When the order did not arrive during the specified time slot, I contacted the hotel's desk and was told nothing was delivered to them. I notified DD, which said they'd look into it. In the mean time, I went down to the lobby and found our order sitting on a random side table. So, I brought it up to the room and was going to contact DD to let them know, when I found their email message saying I was out of luck based on their 'analysis.' No doubt that was simply asking the driver if he or she dropped the order at the hotel, as opposed to asking if the driver followed the instructions. The email message actually seemed to suggest I was making a bogus claim, at which I take umbridge. I think these buffoons really ought to rebrand to Dump and Drive.
