DoorDash has gone downhill. Food is always cold! Or you will be missing items. I called tonight because we were missing items and they did not even offer credits. I will no longer be using this service.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for a restaurant one mile away. Wingstop. Watched as the driver drove here and there, sat in the parking lot of HEB then finally went to the restaurant to wait for the food. Got tired of waiting and cancelled my order. 40 minutes waiting for food and all door dash said was they would refund my money and have a good night. Of course you're going to refund my money but it's going to take 3-5 days to get my money back. No other compensation, no apologies let's make this right, nothing!! It's now too late to go anywhere else. The customer service is deplorable and they should be embarrassed.

Didn't get our food. We used the app to advise, they declined our request! My husband went out and got food after we ordered at 5:30 pm and they say it was delivered at 6:58 pm, we live in a building in the front of the complex, downstairs, apartments clearly numbered. Never again. What a ripoff. They stole our money!!!!

Door dash is charging me a $25 restocking fee when they tried to deliver to WRONG address. Order was only $26

Tried once , created account enter my address and apt number and paid for food. Item was picked up and delivered to wrong street and it was a house not apartment. Left food on snow bank and left . I called driver a told him he was on wrong street and address , he responded I go by gps so nothing I can do . Canceled my app and will never deal with door dash again ps was refunded after 2 hours still waiting for credit to hit my bank . Awful service all around . No ring doorbell with food 😢 makes no sense

After hearing what Door Dash tried to pull on its drivers, I will NEVER use the service again. Disgusting practices will never be rewarded by me regardless of some settlement (which I am sure is unjust).

I will never order from any company that has door dash as the only delivery option. I order a pizza and wings from Marco's and it arrived 30 minutes late. The food was cold and was not even in a insulated bag. I tracked the driver and he was at one place for ten minutes after picking up my order. When I called Doordash they said the driver delivered it on time and there was nothing they could do. YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!!!!

I ordered food for my daughter in college since she was sick. She never received her noodle soup. Then we checked the map on doordash and found it was delivered to an address which is half campus away. It is not clear which dorm the noodle soup was delivered. I tried to connect with the person who delivered the soup and find out what was the exact location. After clicking the connect button on doordash, the page kept spinning. I asked for refund and was rejected. I talked to AI chatbot and told I would get an email in 1 hour regarding to the issue. After 3 hours, I didn't get any update. I contacted the agent on doordash. First they said they can not refund due to their policy. I said I don't understand if I didn't get my order why I can't get refund. Then the agent said they can not refund because the system can't process the refund. And they apologize They said they will help next time if I use their system again. I believe I won't use their system. And I think people should be aware doordash does not guarantee the delivery and they don't refund if anything happened.

I canceled my order and DoorDash put $10.43 of my money on a DoorDash credit. Instead of given all of my money back to me! I don’t think that’s right!

I placed an order on Wingstop website in Temple Terrace Florida. A Door Dash driver picked up my order and I received notification that my food was delivered. Well, I was standing at my front door when the notification came in. GUESS WHAT!! MY FOOD WAS NOT THERE. I tried calling the number where the notification came from... NOTHING!! I reached out to door dash giving them the phone number and dashers name. The drivers name is Carmensky....I ended up going into wingstop and they replaced my order. The customer service rep at Door Dash was unable to locate the driver, but she did reach out to wingstop to explain my situation, which is why I was able to get my order replaced.. My question is, how do you work for Door Dash and they can't find you. SMH!! SO if you are in the Temple Terrace area and order from wingstop, I would tell them if CARMENSKY is the driver not to give them your order. YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT!!

2 DoorDash orders in 1 week and both were messed up. The first, the order was completely wrong. Now, today, I didn’t get the order at all. Both were supposed to have refunded my card but that hasn’t happened and I’m sure it won’t because no one cares that I’m out $80. I “Christian” my delivery person over and over but he won’t respond to calls or chat. He took a pic of a door where he dropped off but that’s not my door! I will never use you again. Enjoy my money!!

I’ve been using DoorDash since 2021, and it has gone completely downhill. The prices have skyrocketed, the service has gotten worse, and the food quality has dropped significantly. Lately, they’ve been bringing the WRONG orders, and when they do get it right, the food arrives cold. For the amount of money they charge in fees, you’d think they could at least deliver the correct order on time and at the right temperature. It’s beyond frustrating to pay so much and still end up disappointed. Definitely not worth it anymore!

DoorDash never picked up order at restaurant and when I contacted them they simply called restaurant and canceled- problem is food had been ready over 45 mins, so huge waste for restaurant and for me, part of my order was a gift card that now I lost. Restaurant said can’t reissue or refund once code is used. Horrible service from door dash!!!! They charge for their service and I had added $15 tip. Was that not enough????
