“Really poor service. I ordered food and never received it, and refuse to refund my money back. They don’t care about customer, I waited for my food for so long, and then I checked the app, it was showing food delivered, but I never received it, when I try to contact help, no solution. Really bad experience”

“TERRIBLE service. I received an error message when processing payment for an order and was prompted back to the payment page. I re-entered the information and as soon as the order was placed I saw that it was duplicated and I was charged for both orders. I tried to cancel the order immediately, before it was prepared and was told that I couldn't receive a refund if I canceled. I reached out to the support team and they said because of the status of the order, while it was being prepared, they couldn't help me. I asked to be connected to a live agent and they refused to correct their mistake or give me a refund. I couldn't be more disappointed with doordash and will never do business with them again.”

“Door dash drivers don't seem to know how to read. When a receipt says meal, it comes with a drink. They either don't know or don't care. They should try reading the detailed receipt. And the company doesn't care either. They tell you they will refund you but you don't get the refund. They just want you off the phone. So this last time the Dasher got a tip, I got an incomplete order and had to go get the rest of my order myself. My bad experience has left me very upset with Door dash. From now on if I need something delivered, their tip will depend on if I get my complete order. If I get an incomplete order and have to go pick it up, they get no tip. If they are willing to go back and get the rest of my order, they will get their tip after my order is complete. But don't tell me I didn't order something when I know I did.”

“I order myself a drink because I wanted something sweet and I didn't have a car, so I used doordash. Apparently a doordaher name Allan picked up my drink and canceled my order and I have to FREAKING 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND. This is my last time using this app. You guys need better dashers to deliver other ppls orders.”

“I stopped using Doordash . I left instructions in the app to NOT LEAVE FOOD AT MY DOOR. people take the food if they see it. I told them to HAND IT TO ME they handed it to me for a while then started leaving it at my door. One day when it was left at my door the food was gone. Either it was put at wrong door or it was taken. I told doordash customer service and the reply I got was sorry, out investigation showed the food was delivered to you. I told them the food was suppose to be handed to me but was left at my door or wrong door. They still said it was delivered. I lost my money and that was last time I ordered from them.”

“I always had actually pretty good delivery service from them. The problem is with their membership. They are blatantly deceptive on their app about offering a free membership when you have their credit card. You agree to the card and they offer you a free renewal after the first year and charge you anyway. I have screen shots to prove everything and they won't reverse the charge unless they cancel the membership. They don't value you as a customer, they will intentially deceive you to renew your membership and they'll do nothing to rectify the situation. My delivery drivers were FABULOUS. My problem with with the company. They do nothing but intentionally try to rip you off. DONE. Say bye bye to my great tips. Sorry drivers.”

“Terrible company to deal with. Made a Mcdonalds order and tried to cancel within 1 minute due to a communications issue. Called the number provided and they refused to cancel my order with a refund. Was told a manager would call back within 1-2hours. Attempted to call the driver several times and no answer. Order arrived and was dropped off without notice. Manager finally calls and still no action can be taken. Refused to do anything about the situation.”

“Do not do business with them a child accidentally placed a order I turned around and quickly cancelled the order was never picked up they refuse to credit my PayPal despite me showing then my text showing Whataburger cancellation and it being cancelled on their app. I have never had this much problems getting a refund for no service.”

“I ordered Chinese food to be delivered to my home address. At checkout, I paid a delivery fee of over $ 6.00 and tipped the driver 20%. As the delivery driver is picking up the food from the restaurant, DoorDash send me a text stating my address might be hard to find so I should call the driver to arrange a handoff point. I did not.”

“DoorDash is THE WORST delivery service out there!! Their customer service is anything but that!! Those people don't even know what that means. You can't get anything but excuses and lies!! The drivers are even worse! Deliveries are always late and you can't reach them on the phone number that is provided. You provide easy to understand delivery instructions and they STILL can't "find" you. I have had so many refunds that I've lost count for deliveries that are over an hour late or never arrive!! It's deplorable that almost every restaurant uses their service!! Today was the VERY LAST STRAW!! If a restaurant uses them for delivery, I will NOT be ordering online!! Restaurants should go back to hiring their own delivery people!!”

“I placed an order that normally costs $23 in the store with taxes included. DoorDash charges me $28.46 and adds taxes to that price. Basically, I'm paying taxes twice and to that amount they add a charge of $4.99 plus another charge of $0.99 plus the driver's tip. So if you're thinking of using this app, it's better to download another one since I don't recommend it. They are scammers and their customer service is terrible.”

“I placed an order with five guys and fries and dasher stated they delivered my food to a safe location. I never received my meal. The food was not at my door not in the picture. Doordash refused to offer me a credit or resend my order.”
