Continuously Charging me for dash pass. I did not sign up. I always tap " no thanks" when asked. My chats with agents are filled with screenshots of the charges. Will have to resolve with my bank. Using any other third party app. So annoyed. They owe me months and months of unauthorized charges.

After being recently introduced to doordash. I'm not pleased at all with it. Every time I've ordered through door dash (4 times and around $60 worth of food each time) I've had my food stolen by the delivery drivers. I've also learned that pizza hut is going through door dash, which took us over an hour to recieve our food. when it usually takes only 10-15 minutes for a regular pizza hut delivery driver to deliver the one pizza we order every time since it is at the end of our road.

The first delivery was great, the 2nd one was a nightmare...The customer service reps were terrible...so bad that I honestly didn't even know if they were human; They refused to answer my questions & did not care when I said that the 2nd order would be my last... This service was a complete waste of time & money...It also took 10 minutes just to add substitutions because of how slow the app was. Barf.

DoorDash needs to be eliminated! They need to have a better check on their drivers. Placed an order and ask for it to be handed to me. When I saw that it was marked delivered I tried to call the person and they ignored my calls. I stay in an apartment complex so they may have had a hard time finding it, but they could have called me ( they did not) customer service was no help and said they were not going to refund me my money. The driver Tonya should have called cause she left my food in front of someone else door and my son had to walk around the apartment complex and find where our food was left. Food was cold and had to be warmed up and just wasn’t the same. I won’t be using DoorDash again.

Our DoorDash driver gave our address to his friend without telling us. The friend began showing up at our home. We kept telling him not to return, and he did not listen. We involved DoorDash who recommended we involve the police. We stayed at a hotel for the night after getting the authorities involved because we were nervous and felt scared in our home. Doordash’s solution to all of this was to refund our meal the dasher had delivered. I had to call, email, and use the BBB to try and get some support. They all said they had addressed it with the driver and they could refund the meal. That is not enough. I asked that they refund the hotel fee since it was only needed because of the actions of their driver (whom we KNOW has our address, as does his friend). They still insisted they would only refund the meal, but the dinner was not the issue. They do not respect or protect your privacy and security. We used to be faithful users, but after this, we warn everyone away from them.

Placed my order. 45 minutes later app said delivered with a picture of my front door closed. My front door had been open all day. So not only did they not deliver my order they also falsified a picture to make it look like they made the delivery. Then I call to let DoorDash know and they make me wait up to 7 days to get the money back that was stolen from me. Too many other options. I’ll never trust or use DoorDash again. Buyer beware.

This company allowed charges to go through my account that were clearly fraudulent. 11 charges some 100$ of dollars all with in two hours. Not even in my city. DoorDash was notified right away and still allowed to go through my account. Now as I’m trying to resolve it they refuse to help. I’ve spent hours trying to talk to someone and each time if I’m not disconnected first it’s a different excuse. I’m so upset! I can believe they allowed this to happen

Doordash needs to stop blaming wrong orders and items missing on the drivers. The drivers aren't even allowed to open and check the orders. It's like they are looking for a way to punish drivers. Time to make restaurants accountable.

I have had them charge me for the pass I refused when first starting my order. The first time was over a year ago and I quit using, forgot and did an order again and once again they pulled the same stunt. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

DoorDash admitted they were at fault for an error with delivery, offered a small refund and multiple credits but refused to refund the order. Why should I have to pay for a meal that was inedible?

DoorDash consistently overcharges and undervalues the food world. The costs are ridiculous, the service is typically terrible. So sad.

I ordered from Burger King and they canceled my order then burger King refused to make it. I'm STILL waiting on a refund. All they do is rip people off!

One of my orders with DoorDash was cancelled after I placed an additional order with more items from the same provider. I was billed over $21 for the first (cancelled, not delivered order), refunded ONLY $3.21 out of the $24+ order, and they will not under any circumstances refund my money or give me a credit for the additional $21. I called several times and asked to file a grievance and be escalated but I haven’t had a response yet. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company in hopes I can get my money back. This is the end of the road for me with DoorDash.

I have a son in the hospital for 8 months now and he gets sick of hospital food so when I can't be with him I am happy to have door dash deliver to him
