Talking to doordash customer service is like talking to a Brick Wall....i had my account deactivated because id prefer to go get the items myself

6 attempts to get reimbursed for substituted products charged in wrong quantity. I ordered 1 qty of 2 products. They billed me for 7 of one and 8 of another, raising my bill by $80 on top of the original price. This was 4 days ago. Their chat support just closed my chat without resolving my issue. These people are criminals. I strongly suggest you do not use their services.

I had ordered from wingstop and my door dash driver speaks very little English and supposedly said he delivered my wings.

The app is very buggy.The delivery times are unrealistic and a lot of times there is no option to take a photo but,were blamed anyway.Also,sometimes we're not even notified about second or third orders.Navigation needs and upgrade and has a habit of sending you to the wrong location but,it's our fault right??

My item was delivered to the wrong address. Door dash refuses to either 1. Refund me my $85.00 or re-deliver the items to my clients. I even attached the photo of the wrong location and a picture of where it SHOULD have been delivered. So far the customer service has been very disappointing and NO one seems to be able to help me. I don't even want a refund. I just want the flowers that I ordered to be delivered to the right address. $80+ is pretty steep to not have this rectify quickly. I have spoken to countless people staying that I'm out the money and they won't resend my flowers. Despicable customer service. I will NOT use doordash again. Such crummy customer service!

Why can't they ever leave my food at MY house. It has my address on it and it's very clear. Food is always left on ny neighbors doorstep. Frustrating that dashes can't read the address on the houses.

I DO NOT recommend this app. We just ordered and had items missing and DoorDash refused to refund us OUR money for the missing items!!!

Went thought the process to become a Dasher, when I went to use the account for the first time I found out it had been deactivated. Tried to check on why and was told it was due to a violation! I've never did an order, only used their app twice to order food myself. I filed an appeal only to be told the unactivation would stand. Called the company and got a total run around AND was still not told what my "violation" was!! If your thinking of working for Door Dash I'd highly recommend looking into something else. Never been so unhappy with a company! Horrible just horrible.

Being lied to as a client is wild. Driver told me he made a mistake, customer service said it was glitch. All of a sudden driver calls me and it was a glitch. Refunded $6 on my $26 order.

Extremely disappointed with DoorDash’s service. My grocery order was delivered to the wrong address despite the correct address being provided in the app. The delivery driver was irresponsible, stating that he followed the location shown on his map for another order and could not do anything to resolve the issue. Instead of consulting me, the customer support team issued a refund only for the items, altering the delivery and handling charges, and claimed that this was the maximum amount they could provide. As a result, I had to wait extra hours to prepare lunch for my child. This is not the level of customer service one expects from DoorDash.

Doordash charges me for the canceled order. I had to call customer service and after several transfers finally talked to the right person. Even though I requested the charge to be refunded to original payment method, they gave Doordash credit at first until I asked again. Still not sure whether I will get the refund. Doordash seems to be a scam, will not use it again.

DoorDash drivers rarely deliver the food. Sometimes they send you a picture of the food on the side of the road. And then just drive away. When that happens, DoorDash does nothing to help you. Don’t waste your time or your money. It’s a scam. I’ve included a picture of my order that was $94. That never came to me and DoorDash did nothing.

Ordered food from wendys they canceled my order and took the money than I ordered burger king for it to get delivered to a different address and again took my money...called said they can't refund me I asked why I was told the system won't let them.. I have had nothing but problems with door dash. My whole family (4) have had problems with drivers and customer service. Looks like we're back to using skip the dishes...less problems and better service for sure. Thanks for nothing doordash

My dasher brought the wrong order. Left & said she’ll go back to the store to get my order, she never came back. I tried reaching out to her & she closed my order stating she brought it. I tried to dispute the order & they denied me getting my money back.

I ordered my food. Some of the ordered I got were not the right one. I called door dash customer service and explained the situation. I wanted a refund. The lady told me that she couldn’t give me a refund cuz it’s not the expectation. Instead the can only give me door dash credit. Literally spent almost $20 on an order and they can only give me $10 for door dash credit.
