Door dash is absolutely horrible.. I continously recieve incorrect orders and 9 of 10 fo to my neighbors. I finally quit and cancled the service. I was paying for convenience but with incorrect orders and arguing with my neighbors it was more trouble than it's worth. I was continously told too bad just fight your neighbors for your order. I really wasn't trying for a refund just door dash to fix the issues. See photo of delivered message vs my house.

Every time I get a delivery from door dash. There is always troubles. Food arrived cold and was left on a bench outside to get even colder

The dasher that delivered to me, stole my change and did not return with the rest of my order. I had to go to the restaraunt i ordered from and wait for the rest of my order to be remade. This is poor customer service. Doordash is becoming more and more unreliable. Some of these dashers think that they are owed something. It is just pathetic. I wish doordash would just close up, and restaraunts go back to using their own hired drivers again.

The dasher spoke 0 english, we ordered our food at 6 (set to be delivered at 6:54), at 7:45, no food or text had been received. We reached out to the driver personally but never heard anything back. This was outrageous, my family already paid 170 dollars just to wait for nearly 2 hours and never receive the order.

DoorDash is absolutely horrible. I’ve had a dash pass for 4 years and spent money on convenience and despite my loyalty to them they refused to give my money back for an order that one of their dashers tampered with. I went as far as going to the store and taking pictures of how the product looked when it was picked up and how it looked when it got to me and still they refused to give me my money back but suspended the dashers account.

They refuse to help customers, have repeat problems, do not actually solve or try to compensate for theft they make.

The items I asked for not delivered and I was told not available,-one was substituted and the other one was just left off for the same reason-I knew that the store had these products because I called to make sure-you may have to ask an store associate to get them .This has happened two times with Door Dash and I think they need to ask if they can’t find it /it’s very expensive to use D Dash .This was in a a pet store and medicine I use for my cat.

I was told by one of the customer support staff members that I would receive a full refund and when I called they said I would only get twelve dollars in refund even though the food was unedible.

I ordered Taco Bell late, but well before they closed. Everything went as planned until my dasher messaged me that it was taking too long (in Spanish). I responded (in Spanish) that it wasn’t a problem, hoping to alleviate some of the barrier between us. Then, it seems he stopped caring about my food altogether. He drove far away (which i can provide screenshots for) and stopped responding to my messages. I kept messaging him with no success and eventually resorted to cursing at him. I said “fuck you bro”, which was admittedly not the smartest move, but shouldn’t be a reason to not get my food. He then canceled the entire order. And keep in mind, i ordered well before Taco Bell closed, but at this point, it was after they closed, so I was not able to re order my food. I then called DoorDash customer support and they were very unhelpful as i “used profanity” so therefore my prefer SHOULD HAVE been canceled. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat a long time dash pass member. I just wanted my Taco Bell, there should be no reason I’m cancelling my dash pass membership tonight. Shaking my head as i type.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with my order from this store through DoorDash, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts in the hope that it helps others (and possibly alerts the management to their issues). I ordered a banana split, which is something I was really looking forward to enjoying. However, to my utter disbelief, I was informed that they could not make a banana split before 4 PM. How is it possible that a store specializing in ice cream desserts cannot prepare such a basic item during regular hours? Instead of addressing my request, I was offered a pint of ice cream as a substitute. Let me be clear: it is not what I ordered! I had specifically chosen the banana split because it is a treat my wife loves and a special indulgence for us. The pint of ice cream simply does not compare, and it felt like a lack of effort on their part to provide a satisfactory resolution. To be honest, for $17, I expected more than just a run-of-the-mill alternative that didn't meet my needs. This experience was not only disappointing, but it also felt like a disrespect to the customers who are trying to enjoy a special treat. I take pride in ensuring that my wife gets what she wants, especially when it comes to something as small as dessert, and this visit left both of us frustrated. Overall, I would rate my experience as a one-star, and I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s a shame, because I had high hopes for this order, but they absolutely fell short of providing even basic customer service. If you can’t fulfill a straightforward request like a banana split, perhaps it’s time for some serious re-evaluation of operations. I want to encourage anyone considering this place to think twice — and I know I will be searching for alternatives in the future. When I called customer service, I got hung up on when speaking to a supervisor!!!!!

DoorDash driver picked up my food, canceled my order, and kept my food and the tip. DoorDash has set up a system that protects their drivers and gives them zero consequences for STEALING from customers and businesses. There is no way to contact DoorDash and report the driver. Instead they make the restaurant make the food again and lose money. So unprofessional and disgusting.

I wanted to report that I was given the wrong order and I tried to contact the driver by text and phone call which I left a message after I contacted Wendy's to make sure they gave my correct order to the driver. I was told they were given two orders. The driver never contacted me back. I paid a lot more money than the order I received. I would like for someone to contact me about my issue that occurred.

Ordered $35 worth of food, and my driver delivered ONE drink on our doorstep. I tried to chat with the driver, as the prompt recommended, and that failed 5 times. So I submitted a complaint with my receipt and received an email 5 minutes later claiming that my "complaint had been escalated to management, thoroughly researched and reviewed, and it was determined that I was NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND." So, after fees and tip I have paid $60.11 for A DRINK. So doordash is in the business of.....what......stealing money?? There is no other recourse available!

My door dasher in Olive Branch, MS took my baskin ribbons order, then took an additional order. He sat for over 15 minutes on the second order he was picking up at Panera while my ice cream melted. I ended up having to meet my door dasher to get my melted ice cream. I do not recommend door dashing anything that requires to stay frozen. Unless you like paying 18.00 dollars for ice cream soup. Then DoorDash wouldn’t issue a refund, so I was just out 18.00.

Order came well over an hour late. Customer service were like ‘oh well’. First the driver had mutile stops, then it was waiting on merchant problems then it was maybe they can’t find me (driver still at store - so not likely) and then it was traffic - 4 excuses and no offer of any credit, or anything. But the chat agent did disconnect the a ‘sorry not sorry’
