We ordered dinner through Door Dash and delivery was wretched. This was my first and last experience with DD. I ordered dinner through DD's site, specifying our hotel and room number. More, I requested the food be handed to me personally. Of course, my cell number was included. When the order did not arrive during the specified time slot, I contacted the hotel's desk and was told nothing was delivered to them. I notified DD, which said they'd look into it. In the mean time, I went down to the lobby and found our order sitting on a random side table. So, I brought it up to the room and was going to contact DD to let them know, when I found their email message saying I was out of luck based on their 'analysis.' No doubt that was simply asking the driver if he or she dropped the order at the hotel, as opposed to asking if the driver followed the instructions. The email message actually seemed to suggest I was making a bogus claim, at which I take umbridge. I think these buffoons really ought to rebrand to Dump and Drive.

Door Dash customer service is uncaring and useless. I have now been charged 96.00 for a subscription I did not authorize for Max Dash. I was told that I possibly hit an ad by accident while placing an order. I immediately called and requested that the error by corrected fir which I was told could nit be done. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps and nothing has been done I have canceled my account with Door Dash and contacted my bank and PayPal to reverse this inaccurate subscription just sad and pitiful to treat customers this way. I'm done with Door Dash!!

Their corporate representatives will not stop billing my credit card $9.99 per month and deny having my credit card in their database even though I have received this charge every month for over one year. I have to continue to dispute it monthly.

Their customer support is horrible. They are lazy and uncaring of customers. I never received my groceries and they denied my refund request. When I kept calling them they finally said they would look into it but it will take more than an hour to process. They denied me a refund because it would take too long to actually be thorough and look into it. I would not recommend this app if u don't want to lose money.

Drivers also get lost, when try to give them directions they don't speak English. When they do arrive, food is cold.

Can't go lower than one star right? They told me they were cancelling and refunding my order. They didn't and they still changed me. Customer support are absolutely useless and terrible. All up an absolute waste of your time and money.

This is a review on refund policy not drivers. Drivers have been good. I admit I charged wrong card and cancelled order and which was around 20 dollars. And placed the order again using correct card. I got refunded under 4 dollars. I called asking why I didn't get refunded the full amount and they claimed that since I cancelled in 4 minutes instead of 3 minutes( which took me that long to find where to cancel since it was buried) and they weren't refunding the full amount it was confirmed and prepping already. By the way, did not show confirmed on my end. Also stating due to my history which I had one cancel a few years before due to food not delivered. So basically they scammed me out of 16 dollars. So I ended up paying for the food twice.

I ordered Taco Bell through Door dash delivery. I ordered two BOWLS. Got ONE BURRITO. They said they couldn't re-deliver correct order. Then they DOUBLE CHARGED ME..tried to get charges reversed and they disputed it!! So I paid double for food I never received. Never using Door dash again. Not a reputable company!!!

The shopper picked up the wrong items and on top of that said the items were udeliverable (I needed to sign) he didn't contact me, and they charged me $25.00. I will no longer use Doordash. There are other choices.

The Doordash driver never brought my order, customer service said I would get my refund and it's been 2 weeks and nothing yet, Doordash has not responded in no way. Never again will I use Doordash!!

It took over a hour to receive my order. And customer support don't help when u report it to them about any situation u have. I had problems all month from them. Items missing,food cold cause it takes almost 2 hours for them to bring it. They substitute items with what they want. Dashers look dirty,not a good way to look handling people food

If I could give them a ZERO I would. The dasher cancelled my order from Wendy’s because was told it was already picked up. Never received the order. Called them multiple times and was told a refund was issued. It would take 10-12 days. After the 12th I still haven’t received it. The supervisor was rude and didn’t not help at all. I haven’t gotten it yet and I gave up on it. Use Uber eats or another service.

Second time in two weeks driver picked up my food and cancelled after pickup - both times after I had already added a very generous tip. To get your refund you have to waste time calling them and talking to CS reps for 15-20 min. I was ordering for convenience, not to have my time wasted. Also this is theft - but DoorDash doesn't keep track of offending dashers or fire drivers who steal customers' food (even once is one time too many). I would press charges if I were the restaurant losing money to these people on a regular basis.

I ordered food and it took them an hr to deliver it I called doordash and they only wanted to refund me my 3.00 tip and I said no because it was their drivers fault my food was cold not the restaurants so they refunded me 13.00 and my order was 25.00 I will never use doordash again... This was not the first time I have had issues with doordash I ordered before and I always gave a cash tip and the driver gives me my food and I was about to hand him his tip and he says well next time don't forget the tip with an attitude well needless to say he didn't get a tip

Simply terrible! My purchase from Bw3 went from $23.00 to $44.00. I asked the door dasher, how could that be? I told her Bw3 had told me the total price but was almost doubled. She said not a clue. I called door dash customer service and said I should read the fine print. But that's ok. Never again will I use door dash.

Ordered Wingstop for a friend back in February and the food was terrible. Was missing dipping sauce, dasher even took the drink back with him. Would only receive a partial refund for the damage. My friend contacted DoorDash about what happened and was told that I would be fully refunded the next day. But I call my credit card company and turns out I did not receive my full refund. Shame on you DoorDash. Can’t refund right ever.

I ordered food and went to door to retrieve food once I received the delivery notification. Upon opening my door, I found nothing there. The dasher took a picture of the red dasher delivery bag at my door but not a picture of the food. I contacted doordash via the app and they refused to refund me. I then telephoned doordash while simultaneously sending the dasher a message that I was filing a police report. The dasher apologized and said that he delivered to wrong address. It was not until this occurred that doordash agreed to give me a credit. I find it deplorable that a dasher can merely take a picture as evidence of a delivery and not actually deliver anything. And in my case, there was not a picture taken of the food. Yet the company refused to do anything. They didn't even contact the dasher. I had to do it. I am dropping doordash.
