Terrible customer service!! A delivery driver for Door Dash hit and tore up our mailbox; including cracking the mailbox post in two. We sent photos and proof and Door Dash refuses to do anything about it. We had to go spend over $100 to repair our mailbox and buy a new mailbox post and house numbers for the mailbox; despite this being no fault of our own. All Door Dash has done is give us the run around about it. Door Dash is the worst of the worst!!

Delivered my 43.00 order to the wrong address and no one wants to be held accountable? I tipped a delivery person and they either ate my order or where the hell did they take it? No one one wants to own up? It's nor the restaurants fault, it's your fault DOORDASH! YOUR DRIVER STOLE MY ORDER!

I placed a #$60.00 order through DoorDash in Florida and the dasher or the delivery never arrived. I attempted to contact the dasher through phone calls and texts and there was no response. I also told customer service about the situation they were not willing to assist me at all. My advice is not to use DoorDash. It’s better to go get your food yourself.

Even though it says 0 dollar delivery fee, there's still a delivery fee. Same with Uber eats. Everything is way too expensive. Same with every other app. Grubhub is the only app where they don't bs you.

If I could give zero starts I would. First and last time ever using. I was charged $40 for an order I never received. Was denied a refund. I will be reporting fraud to my bank.

As a driver I will say that this company does not care about those who drive for them. The delivery side of this experience is so inconsistent. There are days when I am out delivering for 10 plus hours and even with a high rating, still don’t make as much as I should for the time spent driving around. I am quick and efficient, but there are those who do not tip, and the driver will always know when people don’t tip, because after awhile, you can gauge wether someone has tipped or not. There is a bunch of wear and tear on your vehicle, and no kickbacks. If you sign up to be paid through there system, you may earn a little back on gas, but even then it’s not much. If you have not reached 100 deliveries in a months time, you have to schedule your time to make deliveries, which is a pain, especially if you’re only dashing as a side thing. There are dead periods when in an hour you may only receive a $6 dollar order, while you wait for anymore to come through. Now, what I will say is that when the pay by the hour is “activated” and “available,” there is a more consistent flow of orders and pay. But that option is not always available and there is no telling when it is. And WHEN it is, it’s always for a limited time. The consistency of pay is so cringe, it makes one wonder why they keep driving for door dash. There are times when it pays well, but lately it seems less and less.

Worse plateform ever. Customer service on multiple attempts did not refund me my money for a meal gone bad. Just sad and so frustrating.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would because that's what they deserve. It took almost an hour and a half for door dash to realize that my order was "mistakenly taken by another dasher", even though I reached out multiple times during that almost hour and a half to try to figure out where my order was. It's ridiculous that 6 separate dashers failed to inquire as to where the order was and why they weren't able to pick it up when it absolutely should have been ready. And their customer service reps are absolutely useless. The fact that I had to suggest to them that maybe someone should look into where the order was to try to find answers is unacceptable. I've used door dash for years, but I've had it.

Very bad experience, order delayed 1 hr and the driver can't speak English so wasn't able to communicate well, he got lost however, my place is 5 min away from the store! And when I called the customer service she was so rude and hanged up on me!

First time I used DoorDash - Tonisha supposedly delivered my order, but I never received it. Customer Service said they can't refund my money due to my past history. What History? It's my first order AND MY LAST!!!!!

Door dash does not deserve even 1 star. I have been a faithful customer and I have never experienced the quality of service i have today. My order was cancelled and even though they received payment right away they tell me it will take 5-7 days for a refund through my cash app. After asking to speak to a manager they rep asked why I then told him that I am not satisfied with his response. I then asked another 4x and the report hung up on me. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOOR DASH AGAIN. YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. BYE BYE.

I am extremely dissatisfied with a recent DoorDash order. The driver failed to deliver my pizza to the correct address, leaving it somewhere far from my location. Furthermore, the driver was unreachable, as they did not answer my four phone calls. Despite reporting that I never received my order, DoorDash refused to issue a refund. This lack of resolution and accountability is unacceptable and suggests a disregard for customer service and retention."

My account got locked out for no reason. I tried calling them and they won’t tell me anything. I’ve tried every troubleshooting and nothing works.

I was a dasher with stellar ratings. My account was deactivated for a legal matter while it was in progress, meaning it was in court. The outcome was dismissal, I submitted my dasher account for review and nothing was done on Door Dash’s end. My account is still deactivated. I tried yet again to see what was going on. Their support team is all outsourced to other countries which makes communication difficult. In the end the CSR hung up on me. Now I am questioning whether I even want to bother with them if this is how they are.

I just had a conversation with a door dash driver and I asked if they received the tips that we would add to the order and he said no they don't so I handed him money for his tip because if they don't receive tips then door dash is sad for that. That's wear and tear on their vehicle and let's not forget about the gas that's needed. Step up and take care of these employees that are making YOU money

The people you hire cannot read English. I left specific instructions and they cannot read English. Hire more people that can read English! This is the 10th time people cannot read my instructions!

First time using door dash and will never use again! Only part of my order was delivered and door dash would not rectify or compensate for their mistake. I'll stick with Uber eats!

I've been a Doordash customer since 2019. Recently we ordered thru a local area business thru Doordash. The order was so late (over 35 minutes from original promised time) and the order had not even been picked up after the last updated time. At the earliest, the delivery would have been over an hour late. Our friends had to leave so we cancelled the order due to how late it was. Now Doordash is refusing to refund the charges. Doordash account has been cancelled and will no longer use their services. Be careful when working with them, they are not customer friendly.
