“We ordered food yesterday and they gave me everything including the tax and the price for the meal which we added our card to the app and paid. The next day I checked my bank account they took money out before even letting me know. I will not be ordering from DoorDash again. I’m only giving one star because the guy delivered it on time. Thank you. Have a good day.”

“Made a $65 order which never showed up. The place we are staying has a concierge that accepts the food orders, so it's not like it was supposed to be left randomly somewhere. Doordash refused our refund, so I guess this is a money maker for them. Who cares if they actually follow through on the service they advertise and that you pay for? We're out $65 with no dinner after a long day of travel. Noted to never use door dash again, thanks.”

“I use at least once a month and I've run into problems with orders from time to time, mostly Subway and Taco Bell. The app does not offer enough options to contact customer service or to cancel an order. You should not have to Google to get a customer service phone number. Live chat isn't provided either. Sometimes "customer service" is an oxymoron. Door Fash needs to make some improvements.”

“I made online order and then I realized something wrong so I wanted to edit it, but doorDash said the restaurant owner blocked them, so I called to the restaurant. They said they never blocked them and they have no choice to fix it. DoorDash just refused to fix it and then I have to solve the problem with the restaurant owners not DoorDash DoorDash just get the money and do nothing. Never order through DoorDash.”

“Do not bother being a Door Dasher. You’d be better off working fast food or something stable. The Doordash system is shady, to say the least, and the company exploits their workers with tricks and low pay. Sometimes, you’ll have to wait in your car for 30 minutes to get an offer. Their “hot spot” will take 20 minutes to “refresh” and then you might wait for another ten minutes to get an offer. The app pressures you (counts down) to accept the offer. There is only a vague map that shows the general area of where you have to drive, but only when you accept the offer do they releases the actual address. You WILL been taken way out of your “zone.” A lot! Today, I waited 20 minutes for my second offer. The pickup spot was right down the street, but once I had the food, the App direct me to drive 35 minutes to a different town for only $6.50! This wouldn’t even pay for the gas, and I would be out of my hot zone for an hour and missing other offers. Enraged, I immediately cancelled and quit forever. Shame on you, DoorDash! People are out there trying to pay bills, feed children, and they use their own cars, gas, and insurance. At least you could do is send fair offers. I hope your unethical company fails soon. And, finally, I cannot help but wonder how much profit DoorDash, Inc. (NYSE: DASH), Tony Xu, Andy Fang, Stanley Tang, and Evan Moore have made? Right.”

“I ordered a dish from Hot Tomato on the door dash website. The description was wrong. It stated it came with a lemon cream sauce and I got a heavy tomato based sauce i don't like. When I called Door Dash, they blamed it on the restaurant and tried not to give me any money back. When I insisted I was given only a partial refund and the rep was unnecessarily smart mouthed. I called the restaurant and they blamed door dash. To be fair the restaurants website does list both sauces but they could have been more helpful. My experience with your rep has left me angry and not ever wanting to use your service again. That will mean i lose nearly$40 including tip and everything. Just a few days ago I placed an order that got canceled 30 min after I paid and placed it. The same time it was scheduled to be delivered. Not good experiences! Come on Door dash, you can do better!😡”

“I ordered dinner and 2 hours later no communication.so I looked up my account and there was no status report so I ordered it again. After an hour more and no food I cancelled,only it wouldn't let me do that. So I called one more time and spoke with man who said another dept is working on it. So an hour later the status on these orders was refund not allowed. I want the money returned pls. I won't order with you again”

“This is the second time I’ve had an issue with DoorDash. And the first they were 12 hours late and I never got a refund for the food that sat outside my house for hours. This time I ordered and it should have taken 30 minutes it’s been an hour and a half before I got my food. If they are going to guarantee business with Instacart then they need to step up. As far as I’m concerned DoorDash will never be my go to! Even if I get $10 off every order because of Instacart. At least they agree to the time and offer money off if they screw up.”

“DoorDash delivered a slice of Brooklyn nostalgia right to my door, thanks to Sensei Pizza and Restaurant at 645 Rossville Ave., Staten Island! As a Brooklyn native, I've been on a quest for that authentic, delicious pizza experience I grew up with – and Sensei delivered, big time. My friend Vito, hailing from Puglia, crafts pizza that is simply divine. You can taste the passion and tradition in every bite. And his wife, from Sicily, contributes to a menu that's truly exceptional. It's rare to find a place that captures the essence of classic Italian cuisine so perfectly. The pizza was absolutely amazing, just like the pies I remember from my old haunts in Bay Ridge. It brought back so many wonderful memories. I was genuinely thrilled to rediscover that kind of quality and taste. I'm incredibly grateful to DoorDash for making this delicious experience possible. They handled my order with care, ensuring my pizza arrived hot and fresh. I look forward to exploring the rest of Sensei's menu and continuing to enjoy the taste of Brooklyn through DoorDash. “Yesterday I ordered some groceries via doordash and the order never came. I am not getting the refund as well. They are unable to track the dasher, where I notice a huge error in their system. They should be able to track the dasher and check what happened to the order. Really disappointed and not recommending for anyone out there.”
