“Been a dashpass customer for over two years. I spend over 200$ a day. The driver claimed that my order was delivered but it was not. There was no call, no picture, no text. They denied my refund order…. TWICE! It’s not about the money because it was just 40$ but it’s how they investigated the situation quickly without doing a full real investigation. So I will NEVER use DoorDash again”

“Ordered food thru the restaurant app, doordash delivered food to the wrong address. When I called to let them know, he stated that he went where the GPS said to go. Luckily I recognized the house/door, which was a street over and went and got it myself.”

“9 times out of 10 the order is wrong and 1o out of 10 delivery instructions are not followed. It’s so important to me bc I can’t get out bc my dad has dementia and i literally cannot leave him alone. It’s so bad and disappointing every single time. I will never use DoorDash again. Tonight was my time so I’m going to bed hungry and depleted.”

“I placed an order from Dallas BBQ using a Buy One Get One Free promotion through DoorDash. I followed the instructions and added two items, but the discount was never applied, and I was charged an additional $28. I spoke with a customer service agent named Ann, who told me I needed to order two to get the promo—which I did—but the system still didn’t apply the discount. I called again and was told there was no resolution available, but then the additional order was canceled without a refund or further explanation. I’m requesting a refund of the $28 overcharge or at the very least, credit for the failed promotion. Please look into this and make it right.”

“My account was deactivated out of the blue and I have not used the app in months so not sure what the issue is. I called to find out what the problem was and was told it’s under investigation and after I get off the phone I get email saying it’s in violation of the terms. What terms? I’m so confused I honestly did nothing wrong and they won’t tell me anything. The only thing I can think of is a few month back I placed an order with Pizza Hut and they had door dash deliver it. The driver never dropped the food and my wife went to Pizza Hut to pick up the order ourselves and complained. The dasher attacked my wife on Facebook because Pizza Hut banned her from delivering for them.”

“I ordered through the subway app and they chose to delivery using door dash. The delivery took an extra 30-60 minutes and when calling to get some resolution because my husband left to go get the order himself, DoorDash blamed subway even though I called subway myself and they had our sandwiches sitting there getting cold. I saw that at least 2 drivers accepted and then got rid of our order. The door dasher ended up beating my husband to the store so I said they could just pick it up. Door dash said that’s all they could do and they refused to refund the delivery fee. I was fine with paying the tip because it wasn’t the drivers fault. HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t use this company.”

“My wife and I just got our 2nd doordash delivery. Order was from tropical grill in Clemson SC. Food was cold and driver only had half of the order. The driver said to call tropical grill and tropical grill said to call doordash”

“Irresponsible service provider. I reported that I suffered 12hours diarrhea due to food poisoning and this Abhishek from customer care simply ask for medical report. When I asked back, will I be reimbursed for hospital trip and medication costs, he didn't respond. Why working in customer service if you're not interested in attending to customer. Will never use DoorDash again!”

“My experience with their customer service was awful! They allow you to cancel an order with no notification of any kind that they will NOT refund your money! Their representatives were rude and not at all helpful. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor withing an hour that never happened. Very disappointed.”

“If I could give a ZERO I would!!!! I placed a 12.00 order and paid a 10.00 tip at 5:59pm at 8:17 pm I cancelled my order because it didn’t show up!!! I am at the hospital with my husband so I was kind of at the mercy of DoorDash this was my second order I didn’t receive NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!”

“First time making an order with door dash, They delivered the food to a different address, and refused to refund me when I called, They said first impression matters a lot, but trust me I was never impressed, I felt terrible I just wasted 32 dollars just for nothing, No food, no refund , Mean and awful customer care service Am giving them zero star.😢😢😢😢”
