Sunday morning we had just moved in to our new home. We were tired from all the unpacking and decided to order breakfast using DoorDash. We ended up having to place our order twice because the first order went to the wrong address. The dasher sent us a picture of the delivery but it wasn’t our house. DoorDash promptly gave us a refund and we reordered. This time we could see on the tracking that the dasher was going to the wrong address again. I called DoorDash and they were very sympathetic but didn’t have a solution to my problem. I tried calling the dasher several times but he didn’t answer his phone. When it went to voicemail the message was in Spanish, so maybe it wouldn’t have done any good because I don’t speak Spanish. DoorDash said they would review my case and make a decision about my refund. This time they decided not to give me a refund. There was no reason given for their decision. We have used DoorDash for 10 years and have always had good service.
