I placed an order for Freshpet dogfood from Petsmart which is refrigerated. I got my confirmation email for the time DoorDash would deliver my item. I watched the tracking and knew exactly when my item was "delivered to the front door." It was delivered, but NOT to my front door. My apt # is 311, they delivered it to 10311. You can see it in the picture. I'm disabled and can't go see if I can find it. Shouldn't need to. The driver noted on the delivery info with the pic of the door. " I left it at the frontdoor." I contacted Petsmart they gave me a refund, minus the drivers tip. Which is a crock of sh#t. Half azz the order, don't deliver to the correct customer, but still get a tip. Sure. Makes perfect sense to me. I did place another order, DoorDash did deliver this one to my address. Good thing, my boys were out of food.
