Ordered ribs from Chili’s and the ribs were completely burned and smoothed in BBQ sauce. Called Chili’s they said I need to call DoorDash. Called DoorDash and an agent named Ram answered the phone. He acted like he was processing a refund but never did. Called back 2-hours later because I had a feeling he didn’t process it. Sure enough no record of me calling and requesting a refund 2 hours earlier. The agent that answered the second time processed my refund and I immediately received an email confirmation. Very disappointing that he would play with me, my money and my time like that. I highly do not recommend DoorDash if this is how they treat their long term customers!

This is an ongoing issue with door dash , if they can’t read maps or listen to gps , why are they trying to deliver food , everytime I order food at night , it would seem it never gets delivered , or it’s delivered cold and DoorDash never likes to refund , they just grift the customer

The drivers are a bunch of thieves. I can't trust them to bring my food or to not tamper with it. Then doordash asks for pictures of missing items. Like how??? But fortunately I was able to get a full refund and my tip refunded. I will never use this service again. It's been too many times I've had problems with the drivers.

So many hidden fees. Ordered Chinese food and the family meal was $61. After door dash hidden fees the total came to $92.00. Complete rip off

I never received my food order, was reported damaged by the dasher. Doordash was advised and canceled the order, but refuses to give me my money back, that ws charged to my credit card. I have called doordash customer service 3 times, with no resolution. Each time left on hold for long periods of time. I will never order from them again not at all trustworthy or genuine to their customers Very disappointed to say the least !!

As an Executive Admin, I had the task of providing lunch for about 20 people attending a Virtual Team Lunch meeting. All of them in different states, and even two in Canada. I double checked to make sure that all of them lived in places with access to Doordash...check. I contacted Doordash Business to see if we could give them a corporate card and allow each person to order for themselves. I scheduled a "demo" and no one ever contacted me back. Just wait...this gets better... I was left with the option of placing each person's order individually. I collected the orders, and used the Doordash chat feature to make sure placing 20 different orders, to different places, all at the same time wasn't going to be a problem. They said there would be no problem. Next thing you know, my corporate card is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity. I called customer support, and talked to four different people, (most of whom I couldn't understand.) They told me that the card would only be flagged for 24 hours. NOT TRUE. I spent the entire WEEKEND trying to solve the problem. It NEVER got resolved! My corporate card is still flagged on my account, and we ended up using UberEats instead. Good job Doordash, you lost a customer for a full virtual team who would have used you frequently. If I could give zero stars, I would. Huge Headache! Huge!

Ordered from the line in Sacramento never got my order and the driver phone number said he did not have my order and it just went into space I guess

They are no longer trustworthy. Ordered groceries and my order never came, they refuse to give me a refund. $100 gone. Can't afford groceries this month now.

DoorDash has a bad habit of picking up more than one order at a time and you either don't get your order or it is very late if you going to pick up more than one order make sure it's in the same area. DoorDash drivers if you don't tip them through the app they won't deliver your food they conveniently forget some people like myself like to do cash tipping I'm done with DoorDash I'll no longer go through them I'll try my luck with GrubHub hopefully I'll get a better experience.

Trash! You can’t get anyone to help. 3/4 of time Your order will be wrong and not to mention cold. There’s no option to talk to anyone unless you spend money at which point it’s too late because the damage has been done. I cannot believe this company is still in business!

We ordered from Subway, Door dash driver was lost,we were tracking him and's trying to call him on phone but no answer. If use map app that needs to be updated so we don't have to wait an hour after we were told order left store.

There really needs to be a better screening process for drivers. My wife and I decided to order food as I am injured and on crutches. The first order, the driver dropped off at the wrong address. We opted for the refund, and the next driver left us a bag of her trash. We contacted her, but when the delivery was made it was obviously an acquaintance of the driver and not her as it was a large gentleman who seemed to think leaving us a bag of their trash that leaked on our counter when we opened it was humorous. No more. First of all this person was not subject to any background check, and was brought to my home. I'm not ok with that. Second, that just demonstrates a complete level of incompetence. Door Dash has now been deleted by both of us. Not only is the service bad, now it's unsafe.

Delivery time from restaurant 4 miles away placed at 7:30 pm with delivery est at 8:50 pm delayed until 9-9:10 and then cancelled at 8:50pm with excuse dasher had an "unexpected issue". Total BS.

If I could give no stars I would, I had ordered two large pizza's from Gino's Pizza, they do not have drivers so I had to use door dash, I had never used their service before and for a added fee they would deliver my Pizza directly to me. the address I work at is on the hwy and you are required to drive up the drive way. I waited for longer than an hour after the app had informed me they were on there way. they unfortunately never made it. I also have not seen the signature for the delivery. so I lost a total of $71.04, I contested it with my CC they automatically refunded my money until the door dash completed their investigation. It was concluded that the food was delivered by door dash and the money was once again removed from my account. I never got to see who signed for the delivery or shown any pictures of where it was delivered. I was left with no lunch for the day and a loss of $71.04. Buyer beware.

They brought me the wrong order I told them to take the food back and refund my money to my card. Thieves. They stole $33 from me and refused to refund me. I work very hard for my money i had to go without lunch that day. That’s theft. You should be shut down.

DoorDash is abysmal is every single way. Don't use them unless you want to sit around waiting hours for food that never shows up, and deal with customer service that clearly doesn't understand English at all and does nothing to help. What a horrible excuse for a company. As for the dashers, they hire people who have obviously never grocery shopped or driven in the area before. They can't find anything, if they happen to, it's the wrong size, wrong flavor, wrong everything. They get lost at least 4 times trying to make your delivery. It's a whole clown show. Stay away from DoorDash if you can help it.

EVERY SINGLE TIME. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I ORDER FOOD FOR A CERTAIN TIME, EVEN WHEN I USE EXPRESS, MY FOOD STILL IS LATE BECAUSE DOORDASH FEELS THE NEED TO ASSIGN DRIVERS MULTIPLE ORDERS AT ONCE. SO PEOPLE WHO HAVE A 30 MINUTE BREAK AND SCHEDULED FOR THEIR FOOD TO BE THERE AT SAID TIME STILL END UP WAITING. MY FOOD KEEPS SHOWING UP COLD.

If I order food one minute from me and the dasher picks up another order I don't understand how they get there food first being further away. I will not use door dash again. Take way to long to get anything. I'm better you drive myself. When a person pays for convenience it's not convenient that's what sucks
