I am absolutely furious. My order was not delivered completely — the driver only brought my drink and completely forgot the food. I tried calling the driver multiple times, but he refused to answer. After that, I called customer support, explained the situation, and was told I would be refunded $7.15 to my credit card and given a $5 credit on my DoorDash account as an apology.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid $21.26 for my order, and because of the incompetence of your driver, I didn’t even get my food. Not only was my entire experience ruined, but you didn’t even refund the full amount I paid. Why should I have to cover the cost of YOUR mistakes?
After this experience, I will never be ordering through DoorDash again. And you can keep your $5 — I don’t want it. I want my money back, and I want nothing to do with your service ever again.
