My daughter ordered dinner for me. Clearly stated my name delivery driver did not speak English and when someone at my work asked if they could help her she just left the food on the ground. Absolutely unacceptable! My food was cold and I ended up throwing it out as I don't have access to a microwave. MY daughter should get a full refund. Order ID AAAPGMT39QA3

This was a business order for a vendor who's phone recording said they were closed. There was no dasher who went to pick up my order. DoorDash customer service stated that they called, checked on the order, and to give the dasher 15 minutes. They kept saying that the order was complete. After hanging up with Door Dash customer service. I called the vendor and received the recording that their location was closed. I called DoorDash customer service again and was transferred twice. All the reps kept stating the same apology but couldn't fix the issue. I was transferred a third time to cancel my order. DoorDash needs to check these locations on their platform to make sure that they EXIST and if they are permanently closed.

Delivery never arrived. I waited outside for the ordered food but driver never came. Driver also never answered call to question where they were. Spoke to doordash customer support and stated they could not do anything as it was confirmed delivery even though I never received anything. Terrible service!

The Door Dash driver hit our mailbox and busted the wood post and dented the mailbox. Didn’t bother coming to tell us or anything; just drove off. Now we have to pay to replace the wood post and mailbox because of their bad driving.

I order 34 dollars worth of food and the delivery person delivered my food to someone else. And when I went to report it DoorDash customer service says that they can’t refund me. I most definitely want be ordering from this company again!!!

Door dash sucks my phone glitched one day and paid for 100 worth of food and they would only give back 8. When I should have only spent 50.

It's at a MINIMUM twice as expensive as going to the restaurant now. I understand an upcharge, but this is ridiculous. I can't use this service any longer. It's a shame, but no convenience is worth these prices. Plus the food is always ice cold by the time it's delivered.

This is the THIRD time our food hasn’t been delivered. Drivers don’t pick up, ignore your calls and come up with the worst excuses. I won’t use them again. I don’t want more credits I want my money back for a lack of service.

Ordered meal advised delivery time 7:33pm. After repeated attempts to contact Doordash as delivery did not arrive at stated time and their delivery tracker kept extending the delivery time we finally spoke to delivery driver who stated his car had broken down. This was approx 50minutes after scheduled original delivery time. No advices received from DoorDash advising this issue earlier and therefore giving opportunity for us to go collect meal. Their service is zero. This is the 2nd time an order through DoorDash has failed to arrive. Would never use this company again.

I ordered groceries at 1 in the afternoon, I paid and went on with my day then I got charged a second time at midnight. I was told about this by my bank the next morning. I called customer service where I was greeted by a women with a very heavy accent after a good ten mins of trying to understand this women I was informed there was nothing she could do and even though my bank and my eyes show me what they did she told me I was still wrong. With so many other services I would use one of them. Very let down by door dash 😡

I placed an order that was delivered to someone else and they only refunded me half of the total price. When I called customer service I also was told that I made the mistake when I asked for a refund and was told that I would get a call back within 24-48 hours and never did. My whole family has deleted the app.

Extended to a 2 hour delivery. Chat support took ages to respond. Finally offered credits (whatever that is) or cancellation. Was typing a reply and chat was ended after about 10 secs. Will never order with them again

My door dash experience was terrible I mean how could you just leave someone food on the porch... I'll never use them again in to be honest I had doubts so they'll never be a next time. Can't trust people

I wish I could leave negative stars. I have used doordash quite a bit. Since I moved to a new house, just about every delivery has been messed up by the drivers and the call center overseas could care less. They have scripted answers that lead nowhere. Try to get someone on the phone that can actually do something and you ste told the same script that it'll be 24-48 hours before someone calls you back. Guess what, that never happens either. If you like cold food that is set on the ground for bugs and such to get into, this is your place to order from. The dashers don't even knock, or ring your doorbell when they set it down. No idea food is out there when directions are clearly written to hang to me. This company does not care about you. Only taking your money!!!!

I was sick with the flu. I signed up for door dash used it for 4 days I was charged the 9.99 wich was expected. Then charged 96.00 also for a year. I did not sign up for a year! I canceled it and asked repeatedly about a refund of the 96.00 and was refused multiple times.
