Every time I order from door dash, there’s a problem with my order. Tonight, a missing sandwich. When I called the restaurant about it, he assured me that he had packed the bag himself and all items were there. The bag fell apart when I picked it up from where it was left by my door so what does that tell you? Time before, had groceries to be delivered and after spending over an hour on the phone going over the list with the person who was picking up my groceries and confirming substitutes, he canceled my delivery after he told me he was at checkout. If I have to starve , I will never allow door dash to do a delivery for me!

I've had several bad experiences with DD. I "cancelled" DD close to a year ago, but they informed me there would be no refund and account would be open until original expiration. So I kept on trying to use them. They frequently don't deliver to the right address or deliver at all because their drivers can't find me. The drivers often do not speak English. They often do not respond to text when I contact them. The CS dept takes forever to respond. Service stinks. Got refund ONCE

My order with Door Dash was cancelled immediately, I was billed over $20 and they will not under any circumstances refund my money. Now, their customer service department will not even accept my calls to discuss it. So, therefore, they will take your money, cancel any food you order, and keep your money. Buyer beware.

Customer service with Doordash is absolutely miserable and their policies are stacked 100% against customers. A restaurant can take all the time in the world to get your order ready despite the average delivery time on the app and, if you cancel, guess what? The restaurant gets paid, the driver gets paid, and Doordash gets paid but you never get your food. I ordered from a local restaurant this weekend and, after 65 minutes, when the order still wasnt' ready, I canceled, but Doordash refuses to issue a refund. Total fraudulent ripoff.

I ordered 2 Charlie's cheeseburgers a drink and chil fries on your 3/1/25. My driver delivered the wrong order to my door, he took a photo but it was the wrong order. I tried calling him but no answer. I called door dash to request a refund, but it was denied. Now, I'm out $26.00 and no food. I literally bought some else food and got NO refund. Thank you.

I ordered some Subway, and I found that half the sandwich was missing. Every single last time I try to pull up the order to tell them about it or get some kind of help, the website 'mysteriously' has problems. Normally I'd chalk this up to being circumstances, but these issues only appear when I'm trying to get help on an order and have happened about... I think about four or five times? It's just half a sub sandwich, but at this point this feels like they intentionally made it where I can't talk to them about a problem with an order, which just adds insult to injury.

Terrible service me and my girlfriend finally deleted the app. The they dont follow up in anyway to make sure the right order is being delivered. Sometimes you have missing items but most times your entire order is wrong, and their solution is to try and refund you less then 10% of what you paid on the order. You have to call in and deal with a rep to get a full refund and even then they make you jump through hoops to do so, then when they finally agree to a refund it takes like 3-5 days to get your money back. Terrible service.

I understand situations. But I am so tired of missing items!!! And I do appreciate getting refunded, but do not appreciate that if I really want what I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE that I again have to pay ANYTHING at all!! It's not okay. Door dash workers need to really take their time and make sure they have ALL of the order and stop just worrying about the pay and next delivery!! We pay for proper service! I expect nothing less!!

Last night I ordered dinner and they didn’t deliver the drink I ordered, today I ordered lunch from skyline and the coney was so soggy it actually fell apart when I picked it up, and the meat on my 4-way was black and looked like it was made a month ago. So I got a partial refund for my inedible food and doordashed another meal. I ordered a calzone from Larosas and didn’t get one of the ingredients in the calzone. You’re only allowed to have 2-3 ingredients and they forgot one. I use DoorDash on a regular basis and there seems to be no accountability from the restaurants to fulfill DoorDash orders correctly and with care because any repercussions like complaints or responsibility falls on DoorDash. The system is flawed and it’s a crapshoot if you’ll get what you ordered.

I ordered a meal for 43 bucks. Food got here and it was missing the whole main dish and what i did get was all over in the bag. They gave me back 20 bucks on a 43 dollar order. This is so sad. The restaurant I bought it from was closed and didn't open again for 4 days. Door dash must hire the worst people they can find

Last night after spending 45 minutes on the phone with Belle,she says wait an hour and we will email you Our food was smashed,a pop was missing the pop was poured over the food deeming it inedible Then call back this morning Shameel says a Supervisor will call me after my call with her still waiting..... Why should we pay for food that couldn't be eaten

Disgusting service that takes people money when they are the ones in the wrong. I just feel like the system is flawed. If you don’t have dashers just tell the people ordering so we won’t order. Not allow them to start the order and then deny a refund stating the order has been started. I think it needs more oversight. I should not be denied a refund for food or a service I never received. Just disgusting.

First time I use this service, I paid a ridiculous amount of $65 for pizza, the dasher told me to my face that she delivered it to the wrong address and DoorDash didn’t want to refund my money. I will never use this service again.

I had ordered general tso's chicken in 3 shrimp egg rolls. They only sent two; 1shrimp and 1 pork egg rolls. Mind you the shrimp egg rolls is $2.35 a piece. Doordash wanted to refund.79 cents I rejected that offer and they only refunded me $2.35 for 1. I don't understand these fast food delivery places that don't want to refund you when you don't get what you ordered even when you show proof .

Frowen Vera was great, he kept me updated on my order, that restaurant was just preparing my order and he would be running behind. I appreciate the updates on my order. The food was Caruso’s was delicious and food was hot.
