“I place an order on 6-2-25 at like 9:50 am . Tried caller the driver several times. Call the customer service for DoorDash and they tried calling the driver no answer. I went yo Starbucks due to it said the dasher was waiting on the ordered. In return no driver was there and they said several people has came for my order and one person picked it up. So I ended up canceling my ordered and was told it will take 5 to 10 business day to get my refund. This is crazy how I’m suppose to be ok with the passing around of my food. If I would have gotten a DoorDash credit it was immediately but back to my card is delayed. Very bad service and unsafe delivery I would not recommend using DoorDash to anyone .”

“My DINNER order was CANCELLED and DoorDash DID NOT NOTIFY ME! Too late to order from any other place. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that? BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE & STUPID. I always used DD for my order. NEVER AGAIN!”

“This was my last time using DoorDash. They either cancel your order after you wait a long time or they deliver only a portion of it and issue a refund for what you didn’t get. What good is the r to only get some or none of your food? I can’t believe any business partners with these clowns 😡”

“It’s my fourth time using DoorDash and I finally decided to go with Wendy’s and even though they got it wrong it was almost impossible to reach DoorDash itself. The driver told me to call Wendy’s. Wendy’s told me to call DoorDash. I got the runaround I will not deal with them again.”

“I ordered online grocery. The driver left every boxes at the main entrance. I live on the 10th floor. A neighbor called me to let me know that my grocery, worth 500,00 dollars, was left downstairs. That should not of happened.”

“I literally Hate Door Dash. They have a hard time finding the address and twice, we didn't receive our delivery from Papa John's. This second time tonight they didn't even bother calling or texting. They are going to cause places like Papa John's to lose business. Door Dash really needs to hire people that know what they're doing! Very Disappointing for me and my kids!”

“The dasher was adding different things to my order that I didn't ask for. I had a simple 6-item order yet there were three separate charges to my card, all different totals. I messaged him and told him he was getting my order wrong and he didn't reply. I contacted support and after explaining to 2 different reps, my order was finally cancelled but I won't get my refund for another 5-7 days.”

“I am tired of DoorDash showing up at my door with a order I didn’t order apparently they can’t read addresses I live in one apartment complex and the person who ordered with door dash lives in the apartment complex behind Us DoorDash teach your delivery drivers how to use google maps on their phones so they get the right address I don’t need them knocking on my door every time”

“Placed an order from Bagels Bread & Butter the order was completely wrong there was no cheese no bacon no salt pepper ketchup on a a plain bagel untoasted when the order was requested as BEC with add sausage on a toasted cragel. Driver Mikheil was rude and extremely disrespectful in the chat. I complained and even showed pictures and was denied a refund.”

“Honestly, F*ck doordash. they triple charged me for my order, and even tho my apple pay said i approved one charge, they went ahead and charged me 3 times more. refused it happened, insisted i ordered 3x the food i did on purpose. i will NEVER be using them again.”

“I've purchased a DoorDash membership 11 months ago and order through them a couple times a week. Out of those 100 or so orders, I recall 3 problems and I received a credit each time. This past weekend I ordered breakfast and received texts stating the driver was waiting for the food, on the way, and the food was delivered. The last text is normally accompanied by a photo of where the ood was left, but this driver didn't attach it. My food was nowhere to be found. DD said to text the driver but it did not reply. I honestly believe the driver stole my food. I eventually got my food after reordering (at no cost to me) but I had problems with my next 2 orders, as well. So I'm done with DoorDash.”

“I placed an order and the time kept getting pushed back for when I should expect my delivery. I finally decided to cancel the order because it was taking way too long long. DoorDash charged me the full amount and said no refunds or credit could be issued. So apparently they can just tell you your order will be here whenever they decide and that’s it.”
