“Order was not delivered, refund denied. Picture showed item in vehicle but not at location it was delivered which was just 3 doors down from place ordered from. Dasher name was William”

“DoorDash is awful. DO NOT use them. I order lunch for a work meeting and gave specific directions of where we needed the delivery to be delivered. The order was never received and I was charged $50.00. I called DoorDash numerous times and went through their escalation process. They refused to refund my $$ for the order. Such poor customer service.”

“I didn't know a door dash driver had the power to cancel an order without communication. After the fact, I got a message to state my order got cancelled with no explanation why. I called the store to ask and found out that I am not the first one this has happened to and they are having issues with Door dash. I told the store I would come pick up my order because they should not be penalized. Businesses need to stop using door dash. They either need to have own drivers or there has to be a more reputable company out there. Doordash fees/cost is outrageous and I really don't want to deal with them anymore. I guess I will just need to go pick things up myself because the alternative is too expensive and turning out to be more disappointing than helping save time. If I could put a negative star for doordash - I would”

“I ordered wine as a gift for my mother and grandmother, who were clearly of age, and gave their identification. The new delivery guy thought that I had to be there. Why would they offer a gift as an option if I had to be there? Later on he told me he realized he could’ve left it. But I didn’t get a refund or the wine. After giving a poor review, I was banned from the app.”

“DoorDash customer service is absolutely ridiculous! Orders take anywhere from an hour to 2.5 hours and then when you request a refund you literally have to go back and forth for over 30 minutes to get it. If the food is delivered it’s wrong and DoorDash acts as if it’s the customers fault. I cancelled my membership and have no interest in dealing with DoorDash ever again.”

“We ordered food that never arrived - despite the correct address and contact info and instructions to hand us the order. Doordash refuses to refund the > 70YSD order that we never received and the only explanation we are given is "based on your account review we decided to deny your request. This was my first and last time using this service.”

“I'm a driver and my experience with this company was bad. The customer service representative Marshall and he was rude. I called to ask about missing pay and he over talked me so my voice got loud. This man tells me so what now are you going to sue us because you didn't get your money. All I wanted to know is where is my money. That's all. NOW MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED BECAUSE THIS LITTLE MAN WAS ABLE TO BE RUDE TO ME BUT I WASN'T ABLE TO BE RUDE WITH HIM. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.”

“DoorDash sent my food to the wrong address, I asked for a refund, the denied it. They finally sent my food to my address, it was cold and unacceptable. They still denied a request for refund. I cancelled my door pass membership and will never do business with them again. Hello Uber eats!”
