Door Dash is the absolute worse! Run AWAY! They stole $130 from us, didn’t deliver food, offer a credit, or refund. They sent $5 and said that should be sufficient. Run away, now! Absolutely the WORST.

I don't know why I keep thinking it will be better but it never is. I ordered one simple sandwich from McDonald's and they sent me a completely different sandwich - and once I realized I was going to get compensated for the wrong order I took a closer look and it was not even cooked. This has always been my experience with doordash, even though I think it is this particular McDonald's that is poor quality and poor management, but when I ask for delivery I always get routed to this terrible store. I would never go in there in person.

My food was stolen by the driver. The only thing door dash told me that I would have to wait 3 to 4 business days before I can get my refund back. In the meantime that was food I ordered to feed my family for the night.

Completely wrong order received. I went through their process and sent the receipt. I got an email back in 5 minutes saying they were denying my request for a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. The delivery numbskull dropped the HOT food at the door and left. It's freezing out. MORON.

ERROR, THE food was good but did not appreciate the door drop. Could have knocked or rang the doorbell. I was sitting watching due to the weather so the delivery didn’t sit there. We are seniors and a knock or doorbell use would be considered a necessity

This app doesn't let the dashers add items or exchange items when they are shopping an order. I don't know what's the idea of blocking their shoppers like this. The app does not let exchange items and they keep refunding. What is the use of having such a crappy app if they can't do the job.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They constantly deliver orders to the wrong address. They have delivered, many times, someone else’s orders to my house. The orders I have made, get delivered to someone else’s address. This is insane!!! How do they stay in business? I will never use DoorDash again. I highly recommend to stay away from this business. GOOD RIDDANCE DoorDash!!!

I'm a former worker with Door Dash in Lincolnwood, IL. I have not received my W-2's. According to Illinois Law companies are to send out ALL W-2's by January 31st. Why haven't I received it,? This is now February.

I ordered a couple of things from Total wine and More, including some Seagram's coolers. When the Dasher handed me the box I grabbed it by the handles and they ripped, causing the box to drop onto my cement entryway. I called to let him know what happened and I sent them three different pictures. All I ask for is for that to be replaced. Just reorder it for me and send it to my house. They refused to do anything about it. I also spoke to a supervisor who refused to do anything. I don't understand why that's my fault when the box was obviously faulty.

First of all, I appreciate if you guys could act a little kind to the dashers who are trying! Doordash support system is very rude and unprofessional!! I was dashing and there was an emergency and I couldn't continue with delivery which I have not picked up yet. They deactivate my account and took my earnings back which was day before, not from that day! They should hold accountable! I was very on time no complaint on my delivery! They are bunch unethical support!! I will not stop until I see you follow the busyness ways and teach your support system to be ethical employees! If you are listen: please put my earnings back! I worked very hard and went through so much for those deliveries ! Thank you

Ordered our dinner from a well known Mexican restaurant at 6pm. Said our order will be here at 633. Then got a notice saying order will be here at 645. Then got a notice saying order would be here at 710. Finally at 715 got a text saying our order was being delayed 30 minutes and we will be getting a 10 dollar credit. We called the restaurant and our order was never picked up for delivery. Total BS. If this company can't hire competent drivers then they should not be in business.

Did not receive our food that was ordered, received someone elses... called door dash and provided proof of this.... was not issued a refund. Called again, was told they could appeal this, was issued a 50% refund. This is not the only time this has happened and I am appauled at this unethical practice. I do not trust door dash, and I don't think dashers that do a bad job should get tipped prior to the food delivery because it de-incentivises their tips. Will not be using door dash again, will be switching to another delivery service or picking it up (Because I have been having to after their mistakes anyway)
