“Seriously not worth it. Denying my ferfund because no one said anything about this new law. I take care of everything so I do all the ordering and when I don't have my ID due to someone (a door dasher) taking it. ( still haven't heard anything from that). My hubby has an ID so.why not use it it is for him anyways.had no problem until now! Make it know if u change things especially if it involves alcohol. Seriously considering not using anymore.😡”

“Unfortunately you can not give them a zero or half a star. Do not use this service. Food never delivered and credit card was charged. No help from Doordash customer service. Location: Bradford, Ontario Score should be zero.”

“Cold food! Only part of an order from same restaurant!! Took over a hour to receive cold food! Customer service is ridiculous and no full refund! Don’t waste your time or money! Ridiculous customer service”

“I ordered Pizza Shack in Madison Ms. and the app said delivered, I never received my pizza and the picture wasn't my door. Opened from wrong side pluse I keep the do not disturb sign on my door handle. They said my dispute wasn't eligible for refund. I didn't want a refund I wanted my pizza. I even tipped in advance, for them to skip on me.”

“I received an open bag from Apple Bee's and the order was incomplete. I called back the driver, he has a female partner. Both denied my request and both were laughing. The restaurant said the blame to Doordash, and Doordash blame Apple Bees. At the end of day both are responsible. Also Doordash required the customer credit card information to charge additional in order to provide additional customer service. And I stay without my food. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. ALL THE REVIEW ARE 1 STAR, BECAUSE 0 STAR IS NOT AN OPTION.”

“A lot went wrong. Not the restaurants but the dashers. I have videos and pictures of how the food was delivered. I have a pic of a guy holding the bag up and never received food. I have spent sooooo much money on DoorDash and never request lies about my food. I have cancelled them because depending who you talk to at support is how they treat you. I always tip good, am always polite with complaints and compliments. Look at my past ordering up and then tell me how they respond with a denial after they fixed it messed up order. Hateful customer service to do that! Site will not allow me to add video…..”

“food came in a bag that was not sealed properly and DoorDash would NOT REFUND MONEY. Don't use them, I paid close to $30 bucks for a burger I refuse to eat since the package was not sealed properly and they only wanted to refund $5....what a sad excuse for customer satisfaction!”

“This was a DoorDash issue as I scheduled a delivery for a specific time as I needed to be here for the delivery. The Dasher came very early and since no one was here, she marked it as Undeliverable and I was charged over $26.00 for 1 item and it was marked "Undeliverable Fee" DoorDash would not refund my money and I've been working on this for 3 days now. VERY poor customer service. I will be using GrubHub or InstaCart from now on.”

“Ordered some drinks that came out to $38.50 and the driver Marissa never came to my apartment the second I said I was coming she told DoorDash it was undeliverable. I mean $38.50 is a lot to for a couples that turned out to be on two being delivered. I will NEVER order from DoorDash again and they charge you a fee on top of that for “undeliverable items”.”

“I orderd some items from 7-eleven lol. Suprisingly they could not find a driver because of the snowy weather. I placed the order at 2am. Woke up at 3pm in the afternoon just to found out they still haven’t found a driver😂😂. I called customer service. In the end I was scammed and never received my $18.65 back.”

“I will never use DoorDash again. I ordered a pizza and canceled within 10 minutes $30 they won’t refund. There is no possible way the pizza parlor started making my pizza let alone the delivery driver pick it up”

“Door dash service is really poor! They are unprofessional, they eat out your food,they don’t follow directions, and it’s like it’s just a quick come up instead of a job. And when you complain the team only want to give back the bare minimum. I’m canceling my membership! And I know this may NOT be everyone but it has been the ones that I have encountered. I’m very disappointed. Please start checking yall food.”

“I ordered items that were delivered an hour late after I had already left for work and these items were perishable. Because doordash says they have given me refunds in the past they will not approve a refund even though the refunds in The past were for these exact same issues. Then I guess they became angry when I complained because four of the items when I got home were not even in the bag and they could only have been taken by one of their drivers because the bag was sealed with a DoorDash sticker.”
