“Zero I mean zero. This company I've used for a solid year because I had no other options afforded to me. Firstly, you call them it's only indians. Secondly, um they suck use them for a year and find out. Or come here and trust us.”

“dreadful delivery experience. Doordash tries to deliver packages, they don't read lables and "delivered" a package to a business address at 7:30 PM on Sat evening. I tried to alert them the day before that this would fail, cust service refused to do anything to solve the issue. Package was lost. DON'T USE Doordash for package delivery”

“This review is actually in support of those drivers in the Miami Area, they’re always mistreated, I know this because of friends and close family members, they are badly paid. Almost no tips. And on the top of that they have to deal with terrible traffic. DoorDash takes on badly on drivers bc of this. You as DoorDash should consider and be aware that traffic is not controlled by the drivers. Stop red flagging good drivers that takes longer than expected to their delivery destination. Also pay more and treat better your drivers.”

“DoorDash has messed up several times and refuses to give refunds. I placed an order for coffee, and there was no Dasher assigned to my order when I attempted to cancel it because my order would be cold and no good by the time it would have arrived to my residence they would not credit my money back. I have deleted the app and will never, use DoorDash again.”

“Not even one star. Customer service is trash. Most of the time you get the wrong order due to the incompetence of employees. Way over priced because of raised restaurant prices on app. Always late from expected time and when addressed with a refund you wait a week for it. Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE company.”

“I was an hour away from home and I ordered from Starbucks, they started preparing the order in the Starbucks close to my home instead of using a Starbucks store closer from where I was, I end up cancelling the order and they refused to give me a refund. These people steal your money so easy and then they want to keep in business. I don't recommend Door Dash to nobody, they are in to steal what they can, very unprofessional. Needless to say I erased the app and plan never to use it again.”

“I have a porch at street level. Door Dash has left our food (hot subs) just outside of the porch, in a pile of snow. What's worse is when they have brought it to my door, the food/pizza has never been in a food warmer bag. They said they are not required to use a bag. They and Grub Hub are the absolute worst! The company doesn't even care because if they did, this would not be happening anymore (after all the customers calling and complaining (including me). So disgusted.”

“This has happened twice now. The first time, a driver actually stole my food. I tracked him, he got to the restaurant and then his profile just disappeared. Called the restaurant and they said he came in and literally took it and left. I had to call 2 other drivers saying to not bother, since my food was stolen. Then, last night (2/27/2024) a driver picked up my food, I gave him SPECIFIC and so simple instructions to bring my order INSIDE where I worked and literally hand it to either me or my co-worker since we’re unable to leave where we work. It said “delivered”, no food. I asked where it was. He said he “gave it to an old lady standing OUTSIDE the restaurant and then she left with some other old ladies, claiming it was their order.” And that “no one would cheat someone else out of three pizzas”. Also that “they may have needed the pizzas more.” I was more shocked than upset at first. I know most if not all drivers will take a pic of the order before leaving the restaurant, but they’ll always take a pic of the food after delivery. He did not. So unprofessional and not only was I hungry, but so were my co-workers. If you want screenshots of this conversation I have them. He also said “shit I’m too kind”. Ridiculous.”

“Worst service ever! This is the third time I order and the order never gets a dasher and just does not get delivered. What exactly is the point of having a delivery app. Customer support is useless and is a waste of company money. I will not use this app again. Not even worth one star.”

“if i could give this company a -100 i would. this is the 3rd time i get food "delivered" by them. the first time food didn't even get to me at all MIA the second time they delivered my $80 worth of food to someone else and i got $10 worth of food delivered to me that belonged to someone else and they didn't want to redeliver it to me.driver lied saying the restaurant messed up but when i called they said the guy didnt check the order he just grabbed it and left 3rd time the door dasher didnt bring half my order, i ordered wingstop i only got the chicken. no drinks no veggies no dressings. same thing they didn't want to redeliver, driver said it wasn't his fault , lied that the soda machine was broken. the restaurant said the soda machine was always working... why doesn't Door dash take responsibility for their drivers? they always say to contact the merchant and they should be the ones to fix the issue when the issue was created by their drivers?? i hate door dash with a passion. customer service is a Joke. every time I chat they say they cant help me and leave the chat without asking if i need additional help...”

“if it could be a half star i would put that. I cannot even express what a garbage company this is. Poor customer service, poor policies, poor management. abuse the drivers for profit. how can these kids survive doing this for work? maybe thats why the service is lackluster.”
