The dasher ran off with my food they picked it up and never delivered the food to Mr after waiting 3 hours for my food this app needs a nteer way of securing people food or screening its dashers

Order a few items that cost me $40. Door dash I feel keeps just adding more and more fees. Take and take. Service fee, dasher fee, dasher tip. It’s horrible. When I recently ordered my last order. I got the milk I ordered but the bag of items had someone else’s items. Contacted support, and provided pictures and proof. They advised me that the refund request was denied on their end and had to be sent to special team to review which would take 3 hours. They told me they would also request for a reorder. Once I waited 3 hours for my refund and reorder email. They only refunded me which I now have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. They advised there is no reorder because they refunded me. Okay… so, I don’t get my food and have to wait until the end of next week for my money back? Door dash really needs to do more evaluation of their employees because this happens way too often. Additionally, why not just hold the funds until you know the order was successful so you can just give it back if there are any issues? The fees are rediculous. Are grocery stores going to start also charging service fees and tips?

How is the company still around messing up people’s deliveries ? Only used the company once for a little Caesar’s delivery and food never came due to issues with their driver not being able to be contacted due to his phone being out of service lol. What a waste of time and money.

The last few times the Dasher couldn't speak or understand English. Maybe you should make sure that they can before you hire them. Because of this we will not be using your service anymore.

Dasher could no find pets ..no refund. I BLAME DOORDASH NOT DASHER THERE GPS HORRIBLE

They do not care to reimburse you, they are not honest, they give dashers more sympathy then the people spending the money on food. You might as well never use this company for delivery because they hire people who do not care about the job or respecting your food they don't reprimand employees for not delivering food or stealing

The only thing DoorDash doesn’t fail in doing is to disappoint every time. It doesn’t look like the drivers use GPS to find the residence. I’m literally on the same road as the restaurant and I watch them drive miles away with my food, stop for 15-20 minutes at some random stop, then eventually get to my place 45+ minutes later with the food cold and soggy. I give them clear directions but I don’t think they can read. I call the cell given to me and they don’t pick up. Enrique, I hope you enjoy my burger and that $5:00 tip I left you. Never again.

Door dash customer service is the worst worst there supervisors I had an issue with my food being delivered to wrong address etc n there feed back was unprofessional telling on there system I can't get a redelivery or refund the agent idnt hv any manners ,supervisors did ntn to what I say ..kmt the worst

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for my order to start moving. Contacted support and agent Reyaz was rather rude and condescending. Food arrived cold and the only offer was a $6 refund on a $68 dollar cold order. Not at all pleased with Door Dash on this one.

Papa johns 2717 E beltline Carrollton, Tx Doordash #6065521740 this burnt potato couldn’t wait for reps to bake pizza so tried to extort more money from the customer. (From Doordash driver) ——-Hello, good afternoon, I'm waiting for your order. They tell me it will take 15 minutes to deliver it. I'm going to wait for it. I would really appreciate it if you would rate me well on the DoorDash app and if you can add something additional to the tip for the wait, I would really appreciate it. You were provided an adequate tip and now want more for waiting, especially when I ordered directly thru Restaurant app and not Doordash due to excessive fees…how dare you😡

I am A dasher in Pensacola and one of the top dashers. Doordash support do not communicate with you hang up on you and every agent got a different lie. I was picking up a dash at Wingstop and my card got charged $58.17 way in California I'm in Pensacola they can clearly see that I'm dashing in Pensacola with my location this was a month ago I having been calling doordash constantly and constantly getting lied to I haven't received my money back yet this is just sad how workers are treated when we have bills and things to do as well so dashers if you have a unauthorized action on your card they will give you the runaround and so rude nobody notes nothing in the system I have shots of it all just sad be careful u guys

My experience with Doordash was terrible. I used a $50 credit and Doordash charged my bank account $50. Attempted to talk to customer service and they would not help me nor call me back. I strongly recommend that no one use Doordash.

Day #2 Dealing with Door Dash 1-855-446-7008 order ID DE65F2DD So Yesterday A DD Driver came to my place of business and delivered my 2 sandwiches to another employee here. He has a totally different name than I do and my name is on the receipt. The driver told the employee it was a gift and the employee ate it. WTH People. It was 100% the drivers fault in this. He did not bother to ask for the name listed on the receipt at all and then he randomly gives the food to someone else. I called DD and they are only trying to give me the run around. I asked for a manager and the lady literally said that they are not available to come to the phone. Now, we all know these calls are outsourced and you can literally hear the people in the room in the background. DD will continue to get a daily review from me until they decide to contact me and bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.

Be careful if you live in an apartment complex, even if you give extra directions, like, 2nd floor, left. This is what I do every order. 5 times now the doordash delivery person didn't even enter my building. They left it outside the door in 20 degree weather. This tells me they have zero common sense. It's a gamble every time I order something. The delivery people are obviously not given good job descriptions. It's a very poor service.

Trash!! Every order delivered is wrong, every sheetz order never makes it, has to be refunded, investigation started, and we get screwed having to pay for the same damn order again and pray it comes... You allow ur dashers to do this. It's absolutely ridiculous!! Do better

I am still waiting for a dinner order that I placed 2 hours ago. I received updates that kept delaying the delivery. I called the dasher a few minutes ago and he just received the order and is coming from another town. Ridiculously bad service. I will never use them again. It’s a rainy night and we are seniors and did not want to go out after driving all day to get here. I just don’t have words to tell how disgusted I am with this service

I am in Nashville Tn. My mother is sick and lives Jacksonville, FL. So I ordered her some soup. I paid for the "express delivery" ($2.99) and delivery fee ($5.99) a tip of ($5.50) & a service fee of ($3.00) I was told it would be there in 28 - 35 minutes. I purchased it @ 6:51 pm and it arrived 7:53 pm. The purpose was for her to have HOT soup not like warm/cold soup. I contacted door dash and the "AI" I had to deal with was NO HELP whatsoever. It gave me a BS response. finally got in touch with a human (I think) the response was "we've already addressed a refund request on December 31st, 1969. A refund was not issued based on the results of our review"... 1969?? W.T.F.?!?!?Really!!! This is ABSOLUTELY pathetic. This is SORRY period.

They have worst costumer service ever, they admit my food was cold, so they offer me $5 credit on $30 cold order. When they don't get the response they want from me they ignore my messages and keep ending the chat. I waited 1.5 hours for some chicken and wedges that came soggy and cold.
