“To all who are using your money to order through doordash, please take your money elsewhere, someone had gave me money to buy things with that I really need and I ordered thru doordash on 11/27/2024, and I never received my items, and the order was marked as complete, and I talk to the doordash specialist, and they for some odd reason would not refund my money, and the lady that supposedly delivered my order, her name is Daria Dawkins, she either delivered my items to another home or kept them for herself, please yall be careful and don't trust doordash, they have crooked people doing doordash, and scamming at the same time, I shall be calling the Better Business Burea on these crooked folks”

“I didn’t place an order but apparently my neighbor did and your driver who clearly doesn’t know how to read house numbers, let alone, knows how to speak English. Where’s ICE?”

“I ordered food that was inedible, tried to chat with customer service, did not talk to me and ended chat. So I ordered food for somewhere, ended up being a 45 min wait and food came at 70 degrees. I tried to contact again, and was cut off. 60 dollars in food, and 6 dollar refund and told this was resolved. Door dash is an irresponsible company/app that needs to be held accountable.”

“DoorDash is terrible. You guys should not be featured on college game day. I don’t understand why vendors choose you as a delivery. Please hire your own delivery people and pay them. This service is not reliable. Why do you ask for reviews to get a star? Stop it! stop the madness! Why should I even give you other chances? I’m stupid for doing it. Food vendors no more hiring DoorDash delivery people please!!!!! I rate you a quarter star and that’s just for taking time out to listen to me Stop advertising save your money!!!!”

“I placed an order with a local place at 6:06pm and the dasher picked it up at 6:34. It was delivered to my home an hour and seventeen minutes later (I live 7 minutes away from the restaurant). The Doordash representative told me that it was my "hassle" and that I needed to call and get a refund from the restaurant. They took no ownership for their driver's delayed delivery. They tried to close chat windows often to avoid the conversation.”

“Ordered from Jersey Mikes and my food was suppose to be delivered at 6 and I tracked the driver and he went 30 miles the wrong way and was on the East side of the river and we are on the west side of the river and only 15 minutes from York Pa the tracker was showing delivery time of 7:10 then door dash called me as stated that the driver could not find my address and I told them I called the driver and told him he was going the wrong way but the driver did not speak English and hung up on me. The drivers name was Johnthan. V.”

“DoorDash is a trash app to get food from. I don't know how these driver's are traine, but it's clear they aren't. When placing an order, the app asks you how you would like it delivered, 1) handed to you or 2) left outside the door. I choose hand to me. He left it at the front desk and replied, "Had to keep moving." All I needed was 60 seconds to walk out the door and grab it. Why ask us if the driver does whatever he wants anyways. He could have called and said im here. After that, I was done with DoorDash. I wrote them an email on the situation, and they didn't reply. There are too many ghost kitchens to take the risk anymore. Doing your research before you order from a restaurant and make sure it's real is crazy to me.”

“Be Careful Who yall hire because these dashers are doing the most. I orderd $50 worth of food and my entire order vanished. The dasher got away with everything. I tried to email and call and still no one has helped me. I'm left without my money and food....Doordash I need my stuff”

“Their customer service is awful! They are rude and think nothing of lying. I ordered dinner from my hotel room and did not get the food I ordered. They delivered me someone else's order. I couldn't even eat the food they mixed up. The delivery ticket had someone else's name on it, so it was a simple job the driver couldn't do. However, DoorDash refused to give me my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“On November 20th I placed an order that was picked up by Dylan. This order was placed at around 11:45am. My order was picked up at around 12:00pm. I watched on the map as Dylan drove around with my order for an hour. When he finally arrived to my place of employment at 1:00pm I asked what took so long. He said he was delivering other orders. I expressed that I hoped my food wasn't cold. He then left. A few seconds later in the building walks a young girl who started yelling at me about how I questioned Dylan why it took so long to get my food. I explained to her that it took an hour, she told me I was rude and then left. This girl going by the name of Acacia Switzer then went onto my employment website and wrote a bad review about me trying to get me fired. I hired Dylan who was the dasher and gave a tip to, to do a job and he chose to have someone put his job in jeopardy. I truly hope door dash holds Dylan accountable for Acacia Switzers actions. I am very upset by these two young kids choices and do not think this is the right job for them as her attitude was rude. She needs to understand she works in the public and her money comes from tips. I will not being using door dash anymore because of this.”

I thought I was a Simon & Garfunkel aficionado but I, somehow, had missed that badass folk-rock song of theirs. I ran to our band, “We have to cover this song”

“I think everyone needs to stop using door dash there a bunch of ripe offs. They say if you have a problem to turn it in immediately which you do but never get your credit and they say it wasn't done in time. Not my problem your employee didn't do ther job. “We placed an order for KFC and even gave precious directions for the driver, my husband even called the driver who didn't speak a bit of English and went to go and have our neighbors translate and they hung up on him and delivered our order some where else. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us.”

“Zero is what they deserve! More and more businesses (app/3rd party) are nothing but frauds! Debit your account without excepting the pin. How ethical is that!?? Then say it will be 24 hours before the funds are back in your account. Fraudulent and unethical company”

“Doordash charged me $96 for the yearly fee when I only signed up for the monthly fee. Contacted their customer service representative, where they told me they were unable to refund me and "educated" me on how to choose properly (my eyesight and memory are fully functional fyi). Needless to say displeased with their customer service (or rather lack thereof) and going to dispute this charge with my bank .”

“I placed an order to be delivered by DoorDash. The delivery driver was fine. However there were two items missing from the food delivery totaling $18.75. I contacted “Help” and was told that my request for a refund was declined based on their policy and that there was nothing I could do about it. I obviously don’t have anything good to say about Door Dash and will never use them again.”
