I’ve been a DoorDash customer for many years. All of the sudden their app was giving me a card verification error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache of the app. Tried two additional cards, also Venmo and PayPal which are set up to debit via ACH. After FIVE chats and one phone call they still couldn’t help me resolve the issue. I suggested it was an app issue or payment processor issue and asked for it to be escalated, which never happened. I even went as far to create a brand new account and no avail. I still have two months of my annual DashPass subscription left that I cannot use. I opened a BBB and they refused to refund me the prorated amount of my subscription. Their customer support is horrendous and pathetic. They don’t care, I will never use this platform again

First order driver claims order was delivered to wrong room in hotel. Checked at front desk. No one staying in the room and no food in hall. Door dash tracker show driver at restaurant. I think he stole my food. Replace order with door dash. No driver will pick it up. Cancel order. Try to order at new rest. No driver will pick it up and door dash says i cant cancel because rest already prepared food. Even if it gets delivered the food will be over an hour old and cold. Door dash does not refund money... only give a credit. No wonder reviews are 1.9. NEVER NEVER USE DOOR DASH UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD STOLEN OR HOURS OLD!!!

If I could've rated a 0 I would! I pay every month to doordash whether I order or not. I did NOT enjoy my meal at all. I also got a diet pepsi when it was suppose to be regular. Very little cheese in my Mac n cheese and parts were burnt. The greens were completely different...not flavorful at all and I even sent a picture to show them. I always tip the dasher and usually pretty good if not fair. I give more than they suggest ALWAYS. But to tell me that my complaint wasn't enough is outrageous! My meal was over $30.00 and all they would honor for refund or credit is $10.02. What's the 2 cents about? I'm unable to pickup myself so I depend on the services offered. They also up the food prices and still add additional charges. They don't even offer anything for seniors or people with disabilities. Shame on you Doordash and the rest of your kind! This is no way a complaint about the dashers. I pay them more because I'm sure their job isn't always easy and I don't think I could do it if I was able. So kudos to the dashers. I'm seriously considering canceling my prepaid services with doordash.

I am a Dasher please do not work for them they will steal your money I had a customer tilt me $21 in cash I made $27 without that tip at the end of my dashing they subtracted that customer's tip and I was left with $5 they are no good they wouldn't even listen or tried to even rectify the problem they are scum

My mother ordered her medicine from walgreens, she paid to have it del. At a certain time. Your company took One and a half hours to drop it off. We contacted walgreens and you picked it up one and a half hours ago.....why would you drive around with medicine in your car for a hour and a half. You said it would be there at 4 pm? This is the second time this has happened. Last month the same thing......Do your homework and find our what is going on here.....I will be emailing walgreen and CVS since last months came frim there. If tou cant do better, then at least post it that it could take up to two hour delivery...Dont lie and have us pay extra for faster service and not deliver on it! Very unprofessional ! Your taking elderly peoples money! Shame on tou!

Their customer service is horrible. It takes a long time to reach anyone, they're not knowledgeable or helpful, and if there's a problem, they can't do anything. For some reason my account was blacklisted but they wouldn't say why. I order from Door Dash and Uber Eats all the time, but I'm actually glad because Uber Eats is by far easier, cheaper, and more timely. So compared to the competition, they're bad.

If I could give 0, I would. Never using them again. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. As you’re responding to the agent, Lea Rose, she ends the chat. This has been the 2nd time with this experience.

I tried ordering a charger for my girlfriend while she's at work. The store was out of stock and the app wouldn't show me the items that were available. This poor Driver Todd waited around at the store for an hour trying to figure it out. This app is atrocious and customer service is 90% non english speakers that are no help what so ever. I have never felt as disappointed in an experience with any other delivery apps...

Customer service is rude and not helpful, door dash charges all the extra fees and marks up the menu item prices. Literally robbing their customers. Avoid this app like it’s the plaque

Horrible customer service. There is not a single button for customers to cancel an order once is placed. You call for help and all they say is "we are sorry for the inconvenience , there is nothing we can do" Bad ,bad service and so convenient they keep your money!!!!

I am visiting NYC. I put in a bundled order for delivery to my hotel. The dashers were great but I did not have cash to tip them. The app would not let me tip pre-delivery because NY law prevents that. The app would not let me tip after delivery. I felt bad and contacted support and spent 45 minutes back and forth. The first one said my tip did not go through because there was not enough money on my PayPal; CARD???Then he just ended the chat. The second one was worse. I then tried to pay with my credit card and apple pay--they went through but then the app stopped it and I got an error message. Are they ok with NY dashers getting stiffed? Really awful.

We consistently have issues with dashers dropping off incorrect orders or dropping them off at the wrong address. Incompetency runs in the blood of this company.

I've had 4 issues with Door Dash in the last few weeks. The first three were late arrivals and not the correct food, annoying but not the end of the world. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered dinner at 5:40 pm and at 6:33 pm my order was cancelled. No call, no reason, nothing. I had been tracking it, the Dasher said he was at the restaurant waiting for the food and then the Dasher changed to a different person and then it was cancelled. I called Door Dash who said they didn't cancel it, then we called the restaurant who said they didn't cancel it, then we called the Dasher who said he didn't understand. So, no one wants to refund me, it's 7:21Pm and no one in my house has dinner. What a joke! Don't order from Kentucky Fried Chicken with Door Cash.

Jj fish and shrimp. Eaten there many times love the food. It's 3 blocks from my house. Dd insists on going to the 1 4 miles away for my order. Cold. Every time. Cold. It's 3 blocks away, how is that cold unless it's a pickup time frame issue? I can almost see the store from my house. How is that possible?

I made a huge order through doordash from McDonalds. A couple of my items were missing from my delivered order. The missing items was an entire large meal plus an extra order of fries. I was charged for over 15 dollars for these missing items (im not including the costs of sales tax, delivery fees, doordash fee, and tip for the driver). I notified doordash, hoping they could re-deliver the missing items (at no additional cost to me), but they refused. Giving me only the option of doordash credits. Worse, they credited me only $6.17. Since they refused to have my (missing) food items sent to me, and since they made me accept their credits as my only option, I would think they would have to reimburse me in full. $6.17 in credits for something that cost me over 15 dollars just doesn't suffice. I appealed, and made a complaint and they bumped up my credit from 6.17 to a couple cents over $9. This still isn't a full reimbursement. So, I kept on complaining to doordash, demanding they reimburse me in full. Their agents just would tell me things like they're kicking my complaint upstairs to their special team and/or it would take 24 hours for a resolution, things like that. But I never heard back, let alone got my credits properly increased to what I'm truly owed. After getting a run around from one of their agents, I'd re-apply my complaint with a new agent. After a few times of this and not getting any resolution (well, according to them, they resolved my issue. But not properly according to me.), I finally threw in the towel. They just dug in their heels and refused to properly compensate me without openly saying so. I'm sure multi-billion dollar door dash (10 billion annual revenue. market cap: 71 billion) needs the 6 extra dollars they still owe me more than I do. Lousy crooks.

Waiting for over an hour and a half for my food. Then canceled! Because of the items that I ordered! Hamburgers and fries from McDonald's! Unavailability! I totally disbelieve! WTF! Only was able to get a refund! No apologies, perks or extra credit etc.. What is wrong with Doordash? They make so many mistakes all the time and blame the restaurant that you ordered from! Very rude! Seriously! BTW if you don't like your job! Get a different job! Be kind to others!
