DPD failed to deliver my order to me yesterday and the same thing just happened now!!! As there is no way people can speak to an actual person when calling customer service, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot hoping that someone from DPD would look into this. I received an apology and confirmation that they would pass it on to their advisor, but clearly nothing was done! Their driver (this time it was Heera) failed to deliver it again!! On their website is only a picture of a closed road due to some road work, which is happening at the end of my street, but the other side of the street is OPEN! How do you think people get to and from work every day?? To me it just look like a lazy excuse!! The road work continues for 6 weeks. Does that mean that DPD incompetent drivers will not be able to deliver my order?? For some mysterious reason I`m also unable to reply to yesterday`s reply from DPD on Trust Pilot or to write a new review. So basically there is no way of speaking to someone. I`m contacting the seller and will recommend to look for a better courier company for them.

Paid extra for Saturday delivery. Get a text telling me it’ll be delivered within a certain timeframe. Then got a text telling me it had be delivered and signed for by me. Nope. Spoke to the Livechat ‘person’, they organised a call from the depot. Depot said they’d get the driver to rectify the mistake, phone me, and re-deliver. That never happened. Honestly impossible to get any kind of decent service from these people. Shockingly inept.

I was waiting on package for Wednesday morning they emailed me a time of when it would arrive .d package never came .it also said that the package was delivered and received by me even though I was at work so cudnt of received it ,god knows were my package is .absolute disgrace of a company never again .

You informed me by email that a delivery would be made to my home and later notified me that delivery had been made Don’t know where the parcel is now as it was delivered to Bristol and I live in Hertfordshire. Absolutely useless courier

The drivers attitude is disgraceful (DEAN , South Tyneside ) last parcel was a set of glasses , he made me sign for them before he handed me the parcel , once I took hold of the parcel I could tell the items were broken by the obvious rattling noise , I said I'm not accepting this , he laughed and said you signed for it now , nothing you can do ! This time it was a large glass fish tank , I said let me check it before I sign , he laughed and pressed accepted on his hand held device before I could open the parcel then climbed into the van and drove away laughing , horrible disgusting company and disgusting drivers

Worst company in the world. Disgusting company. I hope they fold. Driver went to my family's home, my daughter in law asked him to leave it outside as she's sterilising all mail and deliveries. He got irate, started effing and blinding, then SPAT AT THE WINDOWS. Then he forced open the gate the wrong way and broke it. DPD don't give a damn. The Police are dealing with this. The same delivery man -THE SAME ONE - IS TO RE ATTEND TO RE-DELIVER THE PARCEL. No employer I have ever known would do this. The worst company in the world. Don't give a damn about anything.

Extremely awful delivery! Yes Safdar, I'm talking to you! Knock at the door next time! This is the second time I am home and the delivery guy delivers my package somewhere else!!!! What is wrong with them? Can't they just knock at the door? I was literally looking at my phone saying he's 15 min away, then at stop 10 and I was 12 and I was waiting AT THE DOOR!!!!!! And he still misses me??? How on earth is that possible?

It's a terrible service. Drivers drive straight by. Never bother to stop to look for my house which is clearly named and on the roadside! I wanted outside today to flag the driver down as past experience tells me the service is shockingly bad. As usual, the driver went straight past me. Drivers consistently drive straight past, then take a photo of a random drive to evidence they have been to my house! When I knew it was dpd delivering my parcel I was very disappointed and knew there would be a problem.

The package and its contents with a device worth 1000 pounds were damaged. The courier left a valuable package requiring a signature upon delivery at the door and escaped. I will never use their services again. Never!!!!!

I bought next day delivery service and it said clearly the delivery will be on the day I needed it to be delivered. I would not have bought it if on a screen it said a different date. Next day was Saturday, but nowhere when I was ordering it said deliveries are only Monday to Friday. It said within 1 working day and no where near this misleading message it said that they only work Monday to Friday. I used other delivery companies and I know they do work Saturdays, so it did not cross my mind that DPD stating they will deliver on date I require (I saw that date on a screen) actually mean only week days. It was very misleading! They sold service telling me I will have my parcel delivered on a day I needed, but I had to guess that if next day is Saturday that they mean Monday then! The customer service is awful and make it sound as if I am stupid and don’t read their long policies, they even send smiley pointing to me to places you have to dig into meaning “you don’t read“! Very insulting! When I try to say well could you not write next to within 1 working day “Monday to Friday only!” I get cut off from the chat. I requested refund and return for misleading but the customer service argued making me feel that it was me being stupid not them misleading selling the service for a day I needed. She (Gabriela) made me feel as if I am blind and did not see the date I needed on a screen. She did test order and tells me I did not see what I saw on a screen. Anyway I said forget about refund just return my parcel then. They say even that is not possible and they don’t guarantee it! The receiver must refuse to get delivery for them to return! It’s a joke! My dad has stage 4 cancer and had items in the parcel that needed to be further sent to my homeland, but now I missed the window to send a parcel and now my dad has to wait another month for his necessities. Anyway avoid this delivery company! They mislead to sell their service and then can’t even guarantee the return of the parcel when it is no more needed to be delivered past the required date! Disgusting service!

The worst delivery experience ever.I waited all day for my package and was tracking it.It was 15 min away when I got a message that the driver missed me..they did not even called.Such a disrespectful service.

So I got my parcel delivered to as my partner opened the door the DPD Driver was taking a photo of the parcel then ran off back in his van as my partner’s surprise the parcel had all ready been opened and 2 of the items removed I really don’t no how they get away with it it’s lucky I was at work at the time

The worst 😫 company ever. I was due a parcel yesterday, and that was my doctor prescription, which they delivered to a wrong address, when I chat with the team, they weren't helpful at all, they said is my problem to contact the pharmacy to raise a investigation, when I just need to take my medication 💊. No help at all even if they seen that they done a mistake, more than this they closed the chat. I will take it further than a complaint

£550 of power tool dispatched by ffx.co.uk within 1 hour of ordering on a Monday afternoon on 24hr delivery. It landed with local dpd office at 10:07 the next morning. Did they deliver that day (Tuesday)? no. Did they put up a "Delivery day changed to Wednesday at your request" - Yes. Did I request that?- No. Did they deliver on the Thursday when Wednesday was not convenient for me when they said they would?- No. Did they deliver on Friday morning? No. Did their "outbound team" assure after me that they would deliver on Friday afternoon? - Yes. Did they? - No. Would they then upgrade to delivery over the w/e? No. Did anyone follow up with the registering of a complaint? No. Did I then cancel the order with FFx? - Yes.

DPD took 27 to deliver my parcel. It wasnt my parcel. Mine was lost!!!!! Besides that the other persons parcel was broken and damaged all round. Worst service out there. Dont use it unless you like stressful situations.

Do not use these idiots. They came to my building but didn’t come to my flat to pick up the packages. I waited all day from 9am to 7:40pm before calling DPD and told that the driver came to concierge and there was nothing to pick up. My concierge told the driver to go to my flat to pick it up but the driver didn’t want to. I didn’t receive a message or anything in regards to alternative pick up. I am really disappointed and I hope others read this before choosing DPD for any services.
