dpd have totally ruined our Christmas our parcel containing Christmas goose was dispatched monday 21st decemberto be delivered 22nd had Email on the morning of 22nd to say it had been delayed spent 30 mins on the phone on the morning of the 23rd to be told it wouldnt be delivered today so if it does arrive tomorrow will not be eating some thing that has been sitting unrefrigerated for four days . .thanks and merry christmas trothe totally useless delivery company DPD

Driver collected package 21/12/20 for delivery 22/12/20. The driver signed the manifest to accept package from ourselves and left tracking documentation. Went to check tracking of package 22/12/20 and tracking number was not recognised on DPD system. Immediately phoned DPD and met with automated response saying package delivered at 07:40am 22/12/20 and the package was confirmed as being accepted by a person not known to ourselves or the party due to receive the package. DPD have confirmed the package was delivered to an incorrect address and we are still awaiting a telephone call from the DPD manager to explain what has gone wrong and how they intend to remedy their error. The package was a family prepared presentation letter to our young 2 year old granddaughter introducing Father Christmas to her with a lovely message and colourful images of Santa, his reindeer and elves. The package did not contain any monetary value whatsoever but had sentimental value to us as her grandparents. We await further information from the DPD Manager!

Their email says they delivered my parcel at 1233. No they didn't. The photo they took of my delivery is a photo of my front door - no parcel included. This is the worst delivery firm - by a mile.

I hope they go out of business soon as they are a joke. Lost 3 days of work because the driver went to the wrong address and I kept receiving messages like "sorry we missed you"...

Incompetent, uncaring, intransigent and not fit for purpose. Could not be more unhelpful when trying to correct an error on the delivery address and then destroyed (so they say) my parcel as they possess neither common sense nor decency.

Waited in for an item to be delivered. Driver Says he attempted to deliver but no one was in. Then I rearranged for Thursday, Waited in all day and the same Thing happened. Now the item is on it way back to the retailer. What a joke

This is the worst parcel company that you can have the misfortune of being stuck with. I had ordered a gift for my son and the package was noted as lost the day it was supposed to be delivered. I ordered two other gifts for my daughter's, and those were also lost period this company has lost three completely separate parcels. I don't understand how such a terrible company even functions. You're much better off with DHL, Hermes, Deutsche Post or literally a PIGEON. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Parcel delivered today with box fully… Parcel delivered today with box fully opened to show entire contents? Why? Not good at all. Imagine if I had embarrassing items in the box.

Bothersome Extremely annoying. I phoned to cancel a delivery with customer services. I was assured that all had been cancelled, and that no one would deliver the unwanted package. That same day courier attempted to deliver and left card to redeliver the next day. I called specifically so that I would not have to be hassled. I called again so there would be no attempted delivery again. I was now told that I would have to tell the driver myself? Why? Why could customer services not put on the system that I do not want item delivered? Too much aggravation.

Promised a delivery (Mother’s 90th birthday hamper including her birthday tea for that day) within an hour window. Waited in and subsequently got a text “Sorry we missed you, your driver Noel won’t be back today” .Photo on website showed the road 100 yards away. DPD app showed our house as being there! Clearly driver couldn’t find house on a residential road. (Despite my app showing several previous deliveries) Called customer services - had to wait 20 mins until all the options blew themselves out and it went through to a human. He spoke to manager who said they would arrange for the driver to deliver at the end of his round that day as he finishes near us. Never arrived. Terrible service.

DPD said they would pick up my parcel Monday and they did! they also said my parcel would arrive at my address in France on Wednesday and it did, it was also the cheapest I could find on the internet! This on the 14 th of December! WOW HOWE CAN YOU GET BETTER THAN THAT. HO HO HO

Have you heard this one 'couldnt deliver as too dark' its winter 😱 text to say unable to deliver I telephoned depot and that was the reply it was between 4 and 5pm unbelievable - paid £10 extra for next day - promised now Saturday - so disappointing at this time of year how hard can it be

Avoid at all costs. We are waiting for a parcel to be collected for delivery to the UK. It was due to be collected on 10th December and it is now the 17th December. We have had no explanation or contact from DPD. This is a delivery company that does not know how to deliver. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely Awful. Especially for Glasgow/Paisley area, if you have a parcel that is slightly heavy and the driver is JORDAN, it will not be delivered. Every time we see him passing by, checking if the parcel is big, and if it is he sends a text that they could not find us in to sign, so another driver will bring it the next day. As a business owner who is waiting for stock especially during Christmas, I have now urged ALL our supplier to drop them as a customers and never send us anything with DPD again. P.S. On the phone, they pretend not to hear you and they just hang up as if "the line dropped because it was back"... When you call again, they just get you through an endless loop.

Payeto send parcel from uk to Cyprus now they are saying its in Cyprus but we don't know which courier we use they have had there money and said we don't care

I paid DPD to courier a parcel overseas. It was never delivered, although the tracking said that it had. DPD then tried to track the parcel, couldn't and closed my case. They re-opened it when I logged a complaint, and they agreed to refund me the courier cost and insurance, but instead gave me credit. As I have no intention of using their service again, I suppose that I have lost this money. Don't lose yours, rather choose a another courier.

I found the DPD driver reversing partly across my garden (turned my garden to a muddy mess) so I asked him to turn around. After a grumpy strop he did turn the van around then zoomed of at an outrageous speed. I continued to my post box at the end of my drive only to find the driver had tried to break it!! Repairs to restore my post box were £40. Sent the bill to DPD with drivers details and they will not reply to my emails!! These people are gangsters, suggest you avoid them, I am.
