I find DPD an awful courier company! Parcels constantly take an age to arrive and the tracking system just doesn't update! I find parcels do eventually turn up but I really despair when I see a company using DPD to deliver my purchases! If you need something urgently then your are going to be very disappointed if it's being delivered by this truly unprofessional outfit! The 1000's of dirt poor reviews tell you everything you need to know!

I recently ordered from khaadi, but the delivery experience was letdown.The package took longer than expected to arrive and the delivery person was so weird.When I contacted to dpd customer service,The staffs mostly from India were not professional.They didn’t listen to the customer properly.Really disappointing experience so far.

ZERO STARS! Appalling company and service. Had to chase my parcel for three days when paid for next day. On final attempt to deliver to locker I was told driver used wrong information so my parcel is stuck and now has to be sent back to sender- ludicrous! Customer service is shocking- pass the book. Told there will be no compensation for their failure- will never use again.

I'm waiting for the second day for delivery to pick up the point. The driver is probably too busy. I have used the chat system; someone from the warehouse facility called me to tell me they would try to chase a driver. In the end, nothing happened.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DPD has been, without exaggeration, the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with — and I’m 66 years old with decades of experience dealing with companies in every sector. This isn’t just poor service. It is a masterclass in how to frustrate, delay, and deflect until the customer gives up. They were tasked with collecting a package from a clearly labelled hospital pharmacy — the address was detailed and specific — yet they failed to find it. Worse still, they didn’t inform me or the sender that they hadn’t managed the collection. I only discovered the failure 24 hours later. What followed was a disgraceful five-hour ordeal of trying to get help via a useless chatbot and a series of circular, dead-end contact links. I was sent round and round with no accountability, no resolution, and no human communication. It was maddening. Eventually, I raised a complaint via PayPal (thankfully, I paid through them) and tracked down a direct email address for someone at DPD. Ironically, my complaint was forwarded right back to the very same person who had been bouncing me around from the beginning — Jodie — who then replied with the kind of cold, templated "apology" that completely misses the point. DPD doesn’t just fail at delivery. They fail at care, communication, accountability, and basic customer service. They have created a system that is deliberately difficult to navigate. It feels designed to discourage complaints and wear customers down. This company should be ashamed of how it operates. I will never use DPD again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them wherever possible. Although I eventually received a refund, I was not compensated in any way for the time wasted, the mental strain, or the consequences of the delay — which had serious medical implications. A refund does not erase the stress, disruption, and harm caused by their incompetence. Date of experience: 14 April 2025

So bad... from now on I shall be asking Internet sellers who they use as a courier and if it's DPD, I will shop elsewhere, even if it is more expensive. Issues too numerous to mention, they don't deserve to stay in business.

I would give 0 starts if I had that option. Every time I see DPD has my parcel I get depressed. Evey single time they will ring the door bell and magically disappear and text me saying I wasn't home. Today I was expecting important delivery and I got an email saying that Juan will attempt to deliver my parcel between 13 and 14 . When he rang the door bell It took me 3 seconds to open the door and he was already gone and here comes the email " sorry we missed you" you weren't home. Very frustrating, the worst delivery company ever

Will your drivers ever learn to knock on the door before redirecting parcels to the nearest DPD collection point? This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I was at home waiting for the delivery, only to receive a text saying the parcel would be taken to a shop because no one was in. Is this a joke? Do you plan to start properly monitoring your drivers, or is customer satisfaction simply not a priority for you?

Appalling service yet again from DPD Swansea hub. Second parcel not delivered in 5 weeks claiming I am never there to receive items but posting photos of random houses. Already one complaint to CEO who stated they have since received training. Its obviously not worked then!!

Extremely Unreliable Delivery Service - Avoid DPD My experience with DPD's delivery service has been thoroughly disappointing. I ordered furniture from IKEA and took a day off work specifically to receive the delivery on Friday. DPD sent a message confirming delivery for that day, but nobody showed up - no delivery, no call, no explanation. After contacting IKEA directly to resolve the issue, they rescheduled for the following Monday. Once again, DPD sent a confirmation message for Monday's delivery, and once again, they failed to deliver without any communication or explanation. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when customers arrange their schedules around promised delivery times. I would strongly recommend avoiding this delivery company if you value your time and expect basic communication standards.

Absolutely appalling service from DPD and their driver Parveen. I was expecting a delivery from SKY, but the driver named Parveen never turned up — yet falsely claimed twice that he attempted delivery. I have full CCTV coverage of my front door proving no delivery was ever attempted on either 27th February or 4th March 2025. I lodged a formal complaint with DPD, but no one even bothered to respond. Utterly unacceptable service and zero accountability. Would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on them for important deliveries.

They fail to deliver goods ordered and paid for then claim no one was in when we have waited in at the correct time slots given. They lie, they have not attempted delivery and to make things worse they ditch our packages at a shop in a near by town then expect us to collect them! The worst delivery service ever. We have received parcels in the past with battered packaging and damaged contents that have had to be replaced. We will not order anything again from any store that uses this delivery company.

Repeatedly claimed could not find address when clear instructions were provided. When I changed to a DPD drop off location, they delivered part of one consignment and the second (expensive) consignment had damaged packaging and item was water damaged.

booked a collection and delivery with DPD for an important parcel, providing all required details, including full addresses and contact numbers. The collection never happened. No explanation, no update, no apology. After wasting over 4 hour on their live chat being passed from one scripted response to another, I was eventually told the driver went to the general location but didn’t bother to go to the correct collection point or make a call to the numbers provided. The parcel was left behind, and I was then told I had to rebook and pay again—despite their failure to provide the service I’d already paid for. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it caused a serious delay to time-sensitive medication. The total lack of accountability and common sense is staggering. DPD clearly cannot be trusted with anything critical. Avoid at all costs

One star is one too many. They now deliver for Amazon. This has led me to close my account. Can't follow simple instructions and don't deliver when they say they will. Simply dreadful service.

DPD in our area our horrendous I don’t trust we will get our delivery. The postal address has been open all day since 830am until 6pm. And the tracking details says it couldn’t be delivered, that is incorrect, I was open for delivery, it is that DPD arePK not competent to deliver it.

I wish I could rate them lower! I live in a flat and everytime I have a delivery with DPD the drivers can never be bothered to get out of their van and ring the buzzer! I have been in all day waiting, checking on the app, how many stops I am until it is delivered. Next minute receive a text saying I missed the deliver! The drivers name in the case was Davinder, delivering in Slough area. LAZY.
