Never had a parcel on time, and often lost. I activly avoid companies that use DPD now as im sick to my back teeth of no parcels. Customer service cannot be badly scored when it simply doesnt exist. Do DPD even employ any customer service agents? Or just dis-organised warehouses and drivers that mistake hedges for houses?

Jared, the driver, claimed to have attempted delivery at 11.26. Sadly, that message was left for us at 10.30, so go figure. Also the image he took of our unattended front door was a shot of the road outside clearly through the windscreen. He was sitting, at that point, about four feet from a two foot high sign with our house name on it. It is just lying, pure and simple. And this isn't the only time it's happened. DPD are without doubt, the worst company providing this service in the country. I note as I complete this review that there are boxes to tick for what kind of customer service I received and of course the answer is none - it simply isn't possible to complain to DPD.

I booked a parcel with drop off but QR code was not generated so it will not be accepted by the drop off point. There is no number for DPD that I can call. I had 2 parcels that were supposed to be picked up on Tuesday, no one showed up or gave me a call; it was re-booked for today (by P2G) - no one showed up again. I cancelled that order through P2G and ordered directly through DPD website. Code was generated for one parcel but not for the second one. Now I have NO OPTION to switch to printing the label at home or to regenerate the QR code. None of the numbers for your customer service is working, I've been trying to get through since yesterday. The online chat is not working. Nothing is working - just the payment system to send money to DPD for the service that I failed to receive 3 times now! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. This is unacceptable and there is no excuse to failing the customer 3 times with the same parcel!!!

Apporling driver has just dumped 650 quids worth of stuff in my back yard and left it no common sense at all.

The worst service in the UK 3 missed deliveries, waited at home the whole day, no call or anything informing why. Driver just did not bother to try the address. Absolutely diabolical service!

It took me 4 weeks to send a parcel from the UK to mainland Europe. After the first attempt it was send back to my address with no explanation. It was picked up for the second time and it took 1 week to reach the final destination but two more weeks for the parcel to be actually delivered due to unprofessionalism and ignorance.

Very unhelpful driver, asked my name then literally ran away, leaving two large boxes at the bottom of my front steps. All he needed to do was lift them to the top of the steps but he couldn't be bothered. I will not order from companies that use dpd in the future.

I missed a day of work just for a useless driver not to bother and read properly my full address ( 148A) instead the driver put a stupid note on my neighbors door without even knocking on her door. Terrible service all around

1. They delivered pay parcels to different addresses. 2. They lost my laptop and spent a whole week lying to be that it will be delivered the next day when that didn't happen, they would say the day after and so on. I'm still waiting for my pc. 3. Customer service in the complaints department still hasn't contacted me yet.

High risk shielding category with sign on the door as per your company instructions..."Simply leave a signed note, attached to your front door, instructing our driver where your parcel should be left. He will take a photo of the signed note, along with a photo of where he has left your parcel as proof of delivery". Such a shame the stroppy driver hasnt read your companies instructions, threw a hissy fit when we refused to the open the door and refused to leave our parcel throwing it back onto his van and more than likely has broken the contents. Should be noted that this is not our usual driver, he is nice and helpful unlike the buffoon we had tonight

Two deliveries in a fortnight to NN10 6EE on behalf of the same retailer. The first was delivered to the neighbour despite the neighbour insisting it was the wrong address - the driver didn't give a monkeys. And today I waited in all afternoon before getting the "missed you" text. This time tried to deliver to the OTHER neighbour and gave up. Truly, truly awful company.

The messenger found me downstairs, carrying my twins upstairs, to the 3rd floorwhere we life. He said he will not carry the package as i was already there. Very little empathy, and very bad way to talk to a customer

Friday 4th Sep = "Great news, we have your parcel and it's on its way to you". Liars. Parcel hasn't arrived and will now probably be delivered on Monday now because they won't deliver over the weekend.

Absolutely pathetic Service!! Delivered my urgent parcel on wrong door number with image on delivery they provided as proof justifying my complaint, when I called CS they lied and refused to accept the error. No resolution offered to me. Waste to money and time !

I waited home all day. Dpd liar claimed he tried to deliver. He didn’t. I saw him drive past my apartment without stopping. 45 minutes I am informed he tried to deliver and left a note. He did neither of these things.

Why businesses use DPD is a wonder to me. They absolutely messed up the delivery of my item even when the seller advised them to deliver the item to my home address and following multiple phone calls from me to DPD to advise them to deliver to my home address. They still tried to deliver to the local store and when the item could not be scanned in by the store, they advised me that it would be delivered to my home address but told the seller they were sending the item back to them as it was undelivered. The seller then advised me of this and refunded my money immediately. Can you believe that when I got home, DPD had delivered the item to my neighbour and now the seller has to spend their money arranging another courier service to pick up the item as I had already placed an order with another seller as soon as my money was refunded. DPD is notorious for bad service and I truly wonder why businesses still use them, to their detriment.
