I would like to thank the DPD driver who threw my parcel into my garden over a 5 foot fence.

I’d give a zero if I could for DPD Germany. I was not home for the only delivery attempt; driver said the package was declined, didn’t leave a card, and returned the package to sender. I had been waiting for this internationally-sent package for almost a month.

The driver called Zhasmina has a habit of not ringing my bell, reporting that I am not home, and sending my parcel to a pick up store. This happened at least 5 times. One time, this person left a very expensive delivery outside in the main door and it got stolen. There was no way to complain about the driver and there was no easy way to complain to DPD (no email). The app is useless and so is the customer service by phone for any kind of meaningful feedback about the delivery. Believe me, if you are sending important deliveries, you absolutely do not want to take a chance and use DPD and ended up losing money. They won't listen to you and feedbacks are not taken seriously. Hence, this driver had managed to continue with being irresponsible and unprofessional. I have a small business and I changed my fulfilment from DPD to another company. I will never vouch for DPD for my family and friends.

Delivery driver kicked my dog (toy poodle) to the wall. Full cctv footage of this. rang customer service manager shaun who was not interested and hung up on me. Disgusting behaviour, not sure how you can work in customer services and treat customers in such a way. My dog was taken to the vets after passing blood from internal bruising. Upset and angry. Abuse from DPD.

C-ap app - Rainbow washing it seems to have broken it. QR sent codes to collect from local pick up point disappear to be told that it is on its way to...(nothing). Useless and unreliable.

Yet again I schedule a pick up & yet again I have the ‘package wasn’t available for the driver’, it wasn’t available because he didn’t bother to come. I have been in my studio all afternoon waiting, massive glass windows over look the drive so there’s no way to miss somone.

They have on ever since occasion, bar none, either destroyed my parcel or lied about not being in. Total shambles of a company. Never ever send anything with them.

DPD is the worst carrier. Please everyone avoid frustration and use another. Two of us waited for a delivery today. The lying driver sent a note that he missed us, probably because the parcel was heavy. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Very terrible delivery company. I was waiting for the parcel the whole morning without even sleeping even after our night shift. I was at house 18 and was waiting outsides of the front door since the driver is at house 15. Then, I went insides the house for about 1 min to drink water as he was still at house 16 on map. Driver popped up in front of my house suddenly, took a front door picture without knocking and drove away. When I saw him going away, I tried to call but he was gone. I saw other people have the same problem that drivers driving away by taking a picture of the door and left the note of "failed to deliver" without knocking. I was so angry and tried to contact customer service but they said there was nothing they could do and they would deliver my parcel tomorrow again. Then, they left the chat without letting me finish my complaint and blocked all access to contact them. It was very terrible as I put too much effort for waiting the parcel without having any sleep or going out but the put zero effort. This company deserves to fail their business sooner.

They used to be really good but have gone completely down the pan, twice now they have tried to deliver a parcel said we weren’t in when we were. I’ve also moved and can’t manually enter my address in there app (my house number won’t come up in the list of post codes) so frustrating, then you call customer service for help and they can never do anything

Parcel never arrived. Despite being sent to a drop off local shop. Ridiculous will avoid using anyone who uses them for delivery

I am absolutely seething at this useless mob - took a day off work and was tracking a package, I was slot 32 and the driver was at 29 THEN suddenly without warning and any attempt at delivery, "failed delivery"! NO ATTEMPT whatsoever to deliver the package, FINALLY managed to speak to someone at DPD (nearly every contact route is blocked by some really poor AI bot) - apparently there is NOTHING they can do about it, it's impossible for them to contact their Drivers, ONLY the Depot's can but they're forbidden from giving us the Tel nos, they can't even pass you to a Supervisor - the ONLY option, a Callback within 2 Hours! Complained several times before because they never ring the Bell, just dump the package in the Porch then run away - this package though needed a 4 digit PIN - still waiting for the Callbacks months later! they never happen because they don't care Attached to the FAKE delivery is a photo of our Door which basically means, the Driver was outside but because he'd have to wait for me to answer and give the PIN, he took a photo and just drove away! And I thought Evri were terrible! Businesses, avoid this lot like the plague

2 x keer toe met Vinted zendingen krijg je bericht dat het pakket gereed ligt op het afhaalpunt. Klopt niks van. DPD klantenservice vindt dit helemaal niet opmerkelijk en zegt pas na aandringen dat ze door zullen geven dat de emailmelding incorrect is. Het antwoord was doodleuk , wacht een paar dagen en dan is het er wel. Mijn eerste zending kwam uiteindelijk op het juist afhaalpunt, maar zending nummer 2 wordt ongevraagd gewoon naar een ander adres gestuurd aan de ander andere kant van Amsterdam. Ik ben klaar met DPD , wat een bedrijf.

Made an order for two 15kg bags of dog food they delivered one to my home and one to a dry cleaners 20 minute walk away when i contacted them they told me I had changed delivery when I said I had definitely did not they refused to except responsibility or do anything to help. Another occasion for a different order they said they had tried to deliver item which they had not even checked cctv no sign of them

Absolutely bloody useless, impossible to contact a PERSON, they don't knock they just dump the parcel and run, they damaged my parcel and didn't let me or the supplier know, their chat is a bloody robot no possible way to chat with a living being, their customer service number IS NOT customer service again a bloody robot, they simply DO NOT allow person to person contact by phone or app or chat, unfortunately i can't chose the courier if I did dpd WOULD NOT be on my list of options. An absolutely diabolically useless "courier / parcel delivery" company. Complaints option not available, they simply don't care about their customers!!!!!, it's all about MONEY, I couldn't leave zero stars as that options not possible

Drivers are very unprofessional, I was due a parcel few days ago the driver only comes for the pass few days , he takes a picture of the communal door then he leaves,he doesn't ring the intercom nor my phone then shortly after I get a message saying sorry I missed my delivery, your drivers are lazy and need to do better

total zero, even worse, apparently tired deliver my phone from repair twice, no email, no "sorry we missed you " total nothing, but they update in system 2 attemps has been made, and noone knows where is the phone, at the momnet 1.5 weeks, NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL, AVOID !!
