Pure laziness from 1 of your drivers they think taking a pic of my comunial door is a good enough reason to not knock ring or anything other then driving off. Im also down on a days wage as ive sat in all day. This is not good enough absoloute poor service

15503004195399- parcel reference number, Hadeep was supposed to deliver my parcel to my home address a few hours ago,and we've been home all day, however received picture of parcel being delivered through the letter box of a door that had no door number to identify,I have my house number next to my door but the small time criminal Hadeep obviously made sure that wasn't included in the pictures because it wasn't my door.what a small time crook working for crooked DPD. I have called DPD severally and Everytime, I was assured he will return to redeliver to right address, six hours later still waiting. Do not use this company!

If you’re attempting to live a stress free live, I strongly recommend never using DPD. The first warning you have of the service you are about to (not) receive is the message when you call their customer service number, it asks you not to be abusive towards their staff. Strange message, why would you ask that unless your service is so appalling bad that this is a common occurrence. I was arranging a collection from a shop in a main street in London, hardly a challenge for DPD but.. The first collection was arranged for a Tuesday, I got the lovely text telling me when they would be arriving, but no one turned up. I contacted DPD (after spending 20 minutes on hold, which I was to discover is about par for the customer service number) they apologised, and the collection was re-arranged for the following Tuesday. The happy day arrived, but once again DPD forgot to turn up. I once again contacted DPD, they apologised profusely and the collection was re-arranged for Thursday afternoon, but now as a “priority one” collection. The happy day arrived, and by now it was no surprise when they didn’t turn up. When I contacted customer service (oxymoron) they advised that they had attempted collection but we weren’t in. The shop was staffed and open for the whole day, so that wasn’t true. During this conversation they’d given up on apologising, didn’t seem to care that they had missed our collection three times and could only suggest I re-arrange the collection again. In summary, there are many companies that are happy to take your money, but reluctant to provide any type of service in return, DPD is an over achiever at this. Good luck and just use someone else.

F...ing useless liars waited in all morning for parcel & then get email to say sorry missed you 😡😡 Lying delivery man never even rang doorbell - just useless illiterate conmen drivers - caught one of them one day about to drive off with my parcel he hadn’t even bothered to try & deliver- was walking off up the street 🤨 with my parcel in his hand - thieves for sure & he took a picture of my front door without my permission which is illegal- def criminals - will be suing.rn

Driver hammered on my door extremely loudly only to find out the parcel wasn’t for me and he wasn’t even at my door when I opened it. I’m a disabled adult so I asked him if DPD could stop knocking at my door as I don’t get things delivered here and it causes me problems only for the driver to turn round and have a go at me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Terrible Service I ordered 2 items from 2 different major retailers (who both use DPD) on Monday for next day delivery. I was given a 1hr time slot on Tuesday. The driver (David) didn't show, with no reason. I was then given a 1hr timeslot on Wednesday. The same driver didn't show, with no reason. On Thursday, the items didn't even leave the depot. After a phone call to them, they rearranged another 1hr time slot for Friday. On Friday, Guess what? The same driver didn't show, with no reason. So it is now the weekend and with no explanation I still haven't received parcels I ordered last Monday! My advice to anyone is to think very carefully before using DPD or retailers who use DPD.

Absolutely useless. My parcel was delivered to the wrong house on the wrong street in the wrong village. The driver claimed he left it in a porch (my house doesn’t have a porch and neither does the houses on the street where he left it.) My parcel was actually left on the pavement outside a terraced house on a busy street and needless to say it has been stolen.

Advanced notice I wouldn't be in. 5 neighbours to choose from and still didn't deliver. These are the only courier I have problems with.

Was meant to receive an order through DPD, waited in all day for it and nothing. Expected to be notified of a 1 hour delivery time slot, no notification received, checked the parcel tracker which said address was being checked at 11, then 'returned to depot' at 11.04, and finally-at 5pm- 'held at depot'. No contact made, no delivery attempted, and no clear way to contact them to find out why. If you use this service to deliver customer orders just be aware you'll probably have annoyed customers chasing you up to find out what's going on. Utterly useless.

No contact information on their website. Twice delivered to wrong address. Very frustrating trying to get it sorted. I won't be using this supplier again if they continue to use DPD for attempted deliveries.

Booked a delierby with Curry's at least 2 weeks in advance and I even got a call from them to confirm the delivery date. Come delivery date, waited and apparently ONE of my parcel had gone to a wrong depot and will only be delivered the next day. I had made arrangements to be home because the item was large and I couldn't carry it home myself. And yet, DPD managed to screw it up. I am contacting Curry's to cancel the order because I am not wasting my time waiting around for them, and I am certainly not going to collect the item from the store when I paid for the delivery.

1 star doesn't even begin to express the level of disappointment I feel after dealing with their service. I would choose -10 if it was possible. I lost plenty of time waiting for this endless delivery and because I couldn't change anything (this was because seller didn't allow to change anything: address, time window, getting from depot, leaving neighbours etc.) every day I had to change the day because I was at work and my partner was leaving at 12:00. They've always set the window to around 14:00. Finally, after 1 week, after I asked for Monday delivery my partner had a day off and the parcel wasn't sent at all. They explained it by some delay or something. I had a chat with helpline (1 hour of waiting) and told them I want this as soon as possible next day, consultant didn't even show any intention to help scheduling for morning hours. Next day I stayed at home to work remotely which is not good for me and I see... 'your parcel is on the way back to seller'. What an awful, terrible, useless and obnoxious service. You'd better avoid this forever.

The delivery man sent a message ‘sorry we missed you’ without even attempting to deliver the parcel, also taken a picture of a black screen as proof, which wasn’t even of our door/house. He was given instructions to call us if he can’t find our location as it’s not the easiest but didn’t he bother. Untrustworthy!!! Had to leave work early just for this and then be on hold by customers services for around 20 minutes to be told they will have to call back the next day as they are closing!

I have waited for my parcel that was supposed to come between 12:50 and 13:50. I was in the house the whole time, I saw the van pull up outside my house but no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door and no delivery slip at the bottom of the door. I assumed then that the package was for one of my neighbours but it was in fact my package. I found the delivery slip stuffed in the letter box with nothing on it to say where my package was. This is just so unprofessional and time wasting for customers who wait their whole day for a package, and it turns out the drivers cannot be bothered to ring the door bell.

I ordered some Carbon brushes to be delivered to their designated shop which happened to be a habitat shop as I would be out for most of the day. I was told it would be ready about 12 anyway at 3pm I received an email saying oops something went wrong so I went onto their web site where I was told that it can't be delivered today (Saturday) because my package was too heavy. Now Carbon brushes are the size and weight of an egg but the driver had earlier in the day put my packet in his van and I no that because I was tracking it so how can it be light in the morning and heavy a few hours later!!! When I finally got through to DPD I was told that maybe the sender had put a 'HEAVY' sticker on it. It's the size of an egg 🤔. We agreed that something had gone wrong and it would now be delivered to my home address on the Monday, well at about 3.pm on the Monday I got another email saying that something had gone wrong so I phoned them up to find out exactly what has happened and I was told that they were too busy to deliver my packet even though once again it was on their van. Once again they told me they will deliver it the following day (Tuesday). At 11.15 today Tuesday I got an email saying that my packet will be delivered between 10.59 and 11.59 15 minutes after the 1 hour window opened.when I got home at 1pm my daughter who was waiting for them told me that they have not turned up so I went on line to track it, only to find that according to DPD they delivered my packet and had it signed by someone called Atif. There is no one with that name in my house or any of my neighbours so once again I phoned DPD to raise another complaint and to find out where my packet is, their excuse now is that they can't speak to the driver to find out what has happened until later today and when that has happened they will phone me, so that's another day lost and possibly a lost packet. I will be fair and give 1 star because one of the call centre guys was completely honest and said that he has no explanation for the 'HEAVY' statement and he has no excuse for the service that I've had, so well done to that guy.
