Dreadful company and will not be using them again. Can’t believe big company’s trust there orders to Dpd. We cancelled an order from BT because of Dpd service. We have told BT this and we would inform Dpd if we could get them to answer their phone. If I could of left zero stars I would

I wanted in all day for my parcel to be delivered, instead I’ve received a recipe saying sorry we’ll be back tomorrow, I know for a fact that the driver didn’t knock the door, this is not a isolated incident as I’ve had problems in the past when I’ve Watch him from the window just post the recipe through my letterbox, I wouldn’t recommend this company

DPD delivery driver walked to steps took photo of door then drove off. Even his wet foot prints stop well before the door. Was sat in waiting for my delivery slot. When you call they have a recorded message "please dont swear at our staff" you can you image how bad they must be. Wont buy from anyone that uses DPD delivery service again.

Paid for a Saturday delivery so I'm sat in waiting for it. Check the app and it still saying it's on the way to the depot at 13:30. I contact them and they say it's been delayed and wont know more untill Monday! Dont understand what the issue is, dpd delivered another item off this morning and there was no issue with that.

Very disappointed with the service, waiting in the house at the time slot they provided but it seems that driver just took a picture of my house and left. Didn't knock didn't ring nothing, my car was park on the driveway so obwiously someone is at home but no don't bother. How hard it is to give a customer a ring or text or at least give a proper knock? Never using the service again.

Paid for next day delivery. Did not receive time slot until 11:44am the next day. Rushed home for time slot, driver never turned up. Called DPD, did not get a call back for 5 hours. I was waiting in all day. DPD then sent a text saying driver couldn't deliver. No card left in letter box, no knock on door no second time slot. This company are an absolute disgrace, holding people hostage in their homes then not turning up. They also said the driver was not answering their phone. So next day delivery failed. No item received. This is theft.

Most untrustworthy parcel service ever! On numerous occasions, the driver just passed by my address and not made an attempt to deliver the item and just said "I was not home" On 2 occasions, the driver even faked my signature and took the item back to the depot, resulting in +3 days delay. DO NOT purchase the item if the carrier is DPD.

Delay after delay after delay. Utter shambles. I'm so annoyed, words alone can't express. If this was the first time, they'd be forgiven, but it's not. It's one of half a dozen experiences with DPD delivery. Never meet the delivery dates. Constant promise followed by delay. Retailers need to stop using this terrible company. Customer services is a joke. Tell you all the right things, how sorry they are. Actually never do anything to help you though. Avoid like the plague.

Possibly the worst courier service I have ever encountered- worse then Hermes and that s saying something. Uncontactable, useless communication partic with missing parcels ( no missed delivery slips, lazy drivers etc ) orders go missing. Orders sent back. Everyone pays apart from them. Absolutely awful

Their attitude stinks! Book a service with stated pick up and delivery dates, then when you've sat in all day waiting & query where they are, they copy and paste lines about there's "no guarantee" and "next day"only means 'the day after they [deign to] collect it," despite paying a premium for same day pickup & booking in good time.

Any chance you clowns could turn up during the alotted time ? I've been at home waiting 3 home 3 hours past the time slot and no sign. When I went to your website to track the parcel it said it couldnt trace the reference you texted me . Fat lot of good that was. And on top of that, you tell customers THEY are not allowed to change the allocated time slots - but it's fine for your drivers though not to adhere to them.

small business beware. your parcels are not automatically insured and if they deliver it to wrong place or lose it you may get a maximum of £12 back!!! pdp tracking showed parcel we sent was delivered to wrong address, 10 miles away from destination. Depot was suppose to send the driver to pick it up from wrong address and deliver it to correct person but this is not happen because they said "driver did not answer his phone" claim form was emailed to me 2 weeks later, filled it in and emailed it back. they emailed the customer and had no reply so my claim was dismissed!!! never mind that dpd tracking showed it was delivered to the wrong address, because dpd did not get an email back from the person they have failed to deliver to, we won't even get the £12 maximum compensation. So we lost £129 of sales and £81 of stock. Just wanted you all to be aware what you are risking. royal mail and parcelforce compensation for tracked service is £100 not saying they are any better but atleast you get something back.

Picked up a parcel at the dpd depot inside of Argos. The parcel which was handed out had been opened before and it was completely empty. So I notified Argos staff who confirmed the receipt of an empty parcel. Called dpd who promised to launch an inquiry. Got an email confirmation that I would receive an update within 24 hours. Have not received any update. After a week I called again and the same was promised. Did not receive any update. This has now happened three times. Avoid dpd by all means! For me dpd is a reason not to order from an online shop.

Looks like this is them business just to pass by the postcode and say, "the receiver wasn't home" I was sitting outside MY FLAT to receive my baby pram and I have taken a day off (LOSS OF PAY) just to receive it. I saw the driver outside my flat and I asked him that do u have parcel ? He refused straight away "A BIG NO ON MY FACE" and drive off. In my opinion DPD driver works as "SELF-EMPLOYED" and they don't want to work like an employee, if that make sense. They recorde it as receiver wasn't home so that we can go and pick up our parcel by our self. In fact the driver got paid for that job which he didn't even completed. DPD pls fix these issues. I have given 2 mobile number so if your driver can't reach me with one he can reach me on other. And I was waiting right outside my flat to receive it. Even after being soo much alert, still miss out my parcel. It's not right. Just think about the DISABLE, PREGNANT OR PEOPLE WITH LESS ABILITY TO WALK. EDUCATE YOUR DRIVER.

Not the first time when DPD reports on the system that a delivery was attempted and then they drop it to some store where I need to then take a cab or bus to go collect it. I have a smart bell that rings on my phone and that records 24h. DPD has never attempted any delivery. It happened so many times and their customer service never responds. If I realise the courrier is DPD I do not execute the order and go shop from another merchant. This happens only when I am not told who the courrier is when ordering. DPD never again. Soon it will be the next big UK company to file bankrupcy because that's how companies like this end up.

Paid for next day delivery, I was at home but got confirmation if I wasn’t home they would leave in safe place . I got a message with a picture of a door number 1 the email said it was delivered to number 11, I live at 63 not my neighbour and later found out not even on my road, deliverd to another road , since 11am yesterday when this parcel got delivered to wrong address I’ve had over 20 loan applications, you’ve breached data protection by giving my name and details to someone. I have informed DPD who assured me a manager would call me within 30 mins, also my parcel would be picked up from wrong address and delivered to me today... No parcel no managers call, they’re are aware of ID fraud, but obv don’t care. I’ve been to the police and reporting you to Ombudsman

I was given a delivery slot, for which I was in the house. I got a message 5 minutes after beginning of delivery slot saying that I wasn't in. Nonsense I specifically arranged to get out of work and be at home for the delivery. No ring on doorbell, photo taken off outside my house must have been taken at an earlier point in the day because I was sat in my living room so that I could see the road. Liar. Then customer service was completely useless, offering redelivery in 3 days time. Utterly useless.

I have just witnessed one of DPD's delivery drivers who I believe is called Andre dragging a medium sized rug I ordered all the way from his van across the pavement and all the way up to my door and unsurprisingly he has damaged the packaging and the rug inside. I pointed this out to him. He did not apologise for his incompetence and lack of professionalism not to mention the waste and inconvenience. He told me he'd tried to deliver it on Tuesday and that it was probably damaged by being in his van all week. No it was damaged by him DRAGGING it along the ground. I'd received an email from DPD on Monday cancelling the delivery so had not been expecting the rug on Tuesday. However, even if the missed delivery had been my responsibility I would still expect him to be professional and competent. I have complained to DPD and sincerely hope DPD don't think his actions are acceptable. I am appalled. A while ago now before last Christmas I had some terrible deliveries from him where he was rough with the goods and rude but as I had a young baby and nothing was very damaged I didn't complain. He clearly needs a massive attitude change or a different job.
