“Terrible service! The delivery driver was late so after waiting 40 minutes I put in a request to leave it with a neighbour which was accepted and changed on the app. I then, another 30 minutes later got a message saying they couldn’t make my delivery and it’s been rescheduled for two days later which is unacceptable. I won’t use DPD again and have asked Nike to cancel my order and refund my payment. I only placed the order in the knowledge that it would be delivered to me today at the latest. Unfortunately the items will no longer be of any use to me. The most frustrating part is I literally idiot proofed it and they still messed it up!”

“Driver didn't try to enter complex. Same driver, multiple incidents. No failed delivery dockets, because the driver never even made it to the mailbox. 3 different deliveries, stayed home specifically to receive the deliveries only to get a failure notice AFTER THE FACT.”

“I would have given them Zero if possible, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They delivered my package to an address that was not on any supplied delivery address, in fact the driver decided to change the delivery postcode to fit the address. DPD refused to inform me of the actual address they delivered the parcel too, said it was against freedom of information act, which is rubbish as it was my parcel. They also did not read the actual address which was Leicester and delivered my parcel to Luton, then denied that they were responsible for the delivery to the address. I suspect fraud might have been committed and have reported them and the whole incident which I have documentary evidence to the police. DO not use this company ever. The picture enclosed is of an unknown address as DPD would not reveal who they gave my parcel to but it was nobody that I know for sure as it was the wrong town and the wrong postal code”

“Abysmal Customer Service. This company are unable to update a post code. I was advised the only way that they could do this was for me to get the company I purchased goods from to contact them to do this. I did as instructed but DPD have still not updated their system and have sent the parcel to the same incorrect address again. Due to this inflexibility and incompetence I will have to throw away over £100 worth of perishable goods. Absolutely disgusting DPD. You need to to better!”

“Once again DPD attempted to deliver my new phone to the wrong address, and their customer service is atrocious. Every other delivery company delivers to our address without issue yet every time with them is just aggravation. Sky Mobile please stop using them as your courier!!!”

“I have waited 10 days for my delivery the first delivery I actually watched him take the photo from across the street , the 2nd my husband was at the door and she walked passed him, called dpd and was told it would be with me by end of day only to receive a message it would be delivered the next day”

“You’re Driver did not knock on my door put my parcel straight into my bin then when I opened the door he just said am to busy and left I had to call my daughter out to receive my parcel as am disable and unable to get my parcel out of a bin”

“I've a large delivery bin, everyone else, royal mail, amazon, all manage to leave parcels etc there but DPD NO !!! They take the parcel away.( an industrial extraction fan) due to be fitted tomorrow. And I was in as well...what a useless company and driver. An utter shambles. Clearly the drive cant read as delivery instruction are on the bin. Like. "PLEASE LEAVE ALL DELIVERIES HERE " how useless can they get..😡😡😡”

“If I could give this shoddy company zero stars I would! Each time I use DPD I always always get let down. My delivery was left with a neighbor but upon tracking I realised that this neighbor was over 45 minutes away! How is that even possible! Avoid this delivery company at all costs! All lazy liers! The management and customer services are just as bad!”

“Dpd didnt deliver as stated and im still waiting, i then get a message from them saying that a delivery reschedule has been done at my request, thats strange because i didnt request it. Today i get another message that says my delivery will be between 00.00 and 2200 what sort of time is this, just as bad as evri”

“I asked to leave parcel with neighbour left a note on door for DPD but they refused and just took a photo of my door with note on ?????? Rubbish customer service was intimidating and really not bothered...well you have a nice day now, was the response I got from them.”

“Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They lie, waste time, give excuses, and you end up taking time off work just to wait in for a Driver who doesn't want to lift a parcel up 1 flight of stairs. I have never had such a struggle receiving a parcel. DPD are a joke. AVOID. AV Audio - AVOID. Amazon should not be using these incompetent sellers who use infamous delivery companies. The time we all waste on these snake oil merchants.”

“Very bad, they always make excuses…. We missed your parcel and attach wrong picture. Mostly they click picture downstairs in flats… not afford to come upstairs. They just complete their job doesn’t matter they delivered or not.”

“Delivered out of the one hour time slot that were not aloud to change. Fresh food left in direct sunlight after tapping on the porch door, ignoring the sign that says please use the back door and also ignoring the doorbell. The food was there for 2 hours in direct sunlight and was only found because my wife opened the front door.”

“One star is too much for this disastrous company. They are getting as bad as Hermes with their delivery failures. I am given a delivery date but 9 times out of ten it is not met. When I pay for a 24 hour delivery I expect to get it in 24 hours and not 3 days later. Stear clear of DPD and do not telephone them as their call rate is premium plus.”
