A joke of a company. No knocks or door bell rings. Just a missed delivery notice

Once of the worse delivery companies. Had to wait twice at home for collection and the delivery driver didn’t call on flat using building intercom, just clicked picture of the main building door and left for 2 days. I had a premature baby and it was a travel system. I had to wait extra 3 days in the hospital because of this. They just don’t understand the seriousness of the situation.

The delivery service and the customer service the routed. Wasting of time and patience if u wanna use dpd service. Its been frustrating for me that I wanna sleep on the floor for a week just because of dpd failed to deliver my mattress and playing with me delivery game.

Driver in bethnal green coming taking a picture of me not being home an go within 10 seconds, although im home and waiting for my parcel. Catastrophic company, never go with dpd.

Disgusting service. They lie to customers, blame customers for their failures and play God with parcels which they don't own. Do not use this appalling company.

I've lost over £1000 due to DPD incompetent. I am a seller of perishable food items and they have consistently failed to deliver customers items resulting in DPD destroying those items. 80% of the time DPD refuse to refund me as they falsely claim that they do not refuse for service delays. I always refund my customers in full meaning I am losing money each time.

DPD sent an email to notify me of a delivery slot. The next minute, they cancelled my next-day delivery slot and postponed delivery the day after “based on my request”. I did not send any requests!!! I waited for the delivery till 4pm the next day, but nothing happened. I called up customer service and was told that they would deliver my parcel in a week. It was a shambled service. This is not the first time.

So bad. Never again. You spend hours on the phone in the waiting line because the packet is not delivered and marked delivered... All in Swiss german. Hard to understand. Very poor customer serice. Never again

All our other courier services come to our door except DPD you can quite clearly see we are home from lights on and movement in the house but they always drive off with the delivery. I would never use them and if Amazon chooses to we'll need to rethink using them.

Do you use DPD? You should not! Here's the timeline for a package I was expecting... Due Friday 17:29-18:29. Tracking updated 17:00 stating driver was running late but he'd be with me later. No further communication and no delivery. Saturday I contacted DPD, difficult as they hide their number and online chat, but I got through and the operator lied, stating adverse weather was the cause of the delay. This was a lie. I drove to Cardiff at 4.30 pm and the roads were clear and there was no adverse weather. I asked for the package to be delivered that day and they said no, it was a Saturday and a further fee was required and that needed to be paid by the seller. Did you get that? They didn't make their promised delivery, didn't keep me informed, and then said they wanted more cash to deliver the next day because it was a Saturday! I asked for a manager call back, which I got, and he apologised and sent an email to the Cardiff depot asking them to deliver that day. He said he was not allowed to telephone the Cardiff Depot. DPD will not compensate for late delivery. I had my wife stay in rather than accompany me to a job, which was our plan, and now I will have to wait in on another occasion. There has been no update in the online tracking and so that other occasion will be Monday, despite DPD having trucks out on both Saturday and Sunday. These businesses have us all over a barrel and I no of no one that is not fed up to the back teeth of missed delivers and near impossible to contact customer services.

If I could give zero I would. I ordered something a week ago and still not recieved it, so far DPD have sent it to me 3 times (I work and can only get parcels out of hours or weekends), they tell me I have to pay more for this. Instead of leaving with a neighbour, my local pick up or my safe place, they take it away, send it to the midlands, bring it back to Liverpool and repeat 3 times. I can't contact them by phone, if I want to real time message , I have to down load their app. I'm so frustrated with the whole process that I contacted the firm I bought the goods from to cancel my order. They were very good and paid for a Saturday pick up. Guess what??? I've been waiting all day with no updates, times etc. , their website says its in their depot and I can't get more than that from them, I need to go shopping etc. but I'm terrified I will miss them and the whole 'ORDEAL' will start again. I have decided if I see a product I want and find out DPD are the couriers, I will go elsewhere. Absolute rubbish deliveries, customer services don't exist and, 'no thank you , I don't want to download another app'.

Would give no stars if possible.Booked a return paid extra to insure the parcels. Email arrived giving 9 to 5 pickup time waited in all day husband sat in the living room watching the road for van (we live at the end of a dead end so no way we missed the pickup)On phoning the next day told the driver found no-one at home. Lies lies lies. We are both in our eighties we do not need this stress. Telephone call to number given person was of no help told to rebook uplift .Disgusted.

Not delivered as DPD driver cannot follow diversion signs as road is closed from the A158 and the diversion is through small village amazing other delivery drivers can manage to do it but not DPD took over hour to get delivery address changed on site so they don’t have to tax themselves. Always seem to have a problem with a DPD delivery !

Order sat at Liverpool depot 4 days,then told package was being sent back to sender, no explanation as to why, customer service are useless,chat bot is even worse, avoid at all costs.

No stars! Claimed they attempted delivery, no, they didn’t, then said they’d deliver the next day, no they didn’t. Told Amazon they have a photo of proof of delivery and then sent the parcel back to Amazon😡 This isn’t the first time they’ve done this! No telephone number to speak to anyone at DPD just automated messages. Rubbish delivery company!
