I've got 2 tries of getting my parcel at my door, but I was advices 10 minutes before it arrives, I was sleeping, since my schedule is completely different than I would like thanks to job purposes, they called me 2 times at 10:10am, I've had my telephone on silence, that day, I noticed this once I got woke up at 2pm, I re-scheduled the delivery to 2 days after, and I received 2 calls again the next day, that I didn't ask for it, later on I contacted the delivery man, he told me that in 1 hour he would go to my delivery point, he didn't showed up, the product got to the storehouse, I contacted support, they offered me to re-schedule the delivery, I provided the data, and nothing happened the next day, I didn't got a response either, I checked the status of the delivery and It got sent back to the original sender

I had a valentine surprise lined up for my partner . I managed to source it on ebay as it was sold out elsewhere . 13th February DPD arrive with the much anticipated parcel . Sneering contempt was employed to dismiss my protestations when informing the driver of the fact he had been supplied with an incorrect phone number and thus I had no pin number although as I was in my home I could supply even the details of the ebay transaction to verify it was indeed a valentine gift . 14th February rolls on and he returns even more mocking and aggressive than previously and subjected me to ridicule -"not my problem" when I asked who to contact to rectify the error . I attempted to schedule a re delivery but contrary to company protocol the driver had returned to sender . This is by far the worst treatment by any delivery person I have ever been subjected to .

I've been sitting at home all day for the past 2 days waiting for my parcel and all I get is an sms to say no one was home, I wonder which home they tried to deliver to because I was definitely there and received 3 other parcels from evri and royal mail. I'm very disappointed, this is the second time dpd has done this and I end up having the inconvenience of going to collect my parcel from them!

Keep saying for 2 days that they don’t find me home while I am taking days off work to get my parcel (which need signature). They don’t call, don’t buzz the doorbell, nothing. Absolutely miserable. Every single experience with them is the same. Not to mention their “WhatsApp” customer service, a robot that only knows to ask for post code and order number but nothing else.

Unhelpful customer service. Parcel delivered to wrong address. They just didn't seem to care. We were told to go and find parcel from neighbours.

Driver pretends we weren't in, and, despite us having a safe place logged in their system doesn't deliver and takes to a shop. Very bad service.

DPD stole my parcel on 2 separate occasions. Once a PS5 Christmas 2021. Once an expensive perfume worth £170. The customer service team just don’t care that their depot team steal from customers.

One star exclusively for their WhatsApp "service." I've sent three messages now on two separate occasions, and they don't even get acknowledged. Completely useless.

Second date for a pick up. Driver 1/4 mile from house and we were next. We stood by door waiting for him. Then he claimed he had missed us and our pick up wouldn’t happen again today. DPD have a less than 50% success on delivery in the past 12months . We are genuinely disgusted. This review fails to allow us to tick didn’t come, wasn’t delivered. So we keep being advised that DPD are reliable but it’s just a biased review process

Yet again appalling service from DPD. A supplier of mine used them to collect £000s worth of thermal camera gear from me, firstly they lied (again) to say that when they come to collect I was shut! (Was my home address) then when challenged they confirmed they went to a completely different address. THEN once they did collect the package, they delivered to a random unrelated company a few miles away in Redhill instead of Southampton! Thanks to the guys who did receiv it as they called to let me know. They also said that they were not asked for a signature or photo of the delivery!! This was £1000s worth and if lost would have cost me my livlihood. This is not the first time that problems like this have happend with DPD - I truely cant stress enough how BAD this company is! Never have any problems with all the other delivery companies.

Disgusting customer relations and incompetence. Driver stated he had called to collect parcel with no prior warning of time even though I was in. Left no calling card. Unable to make complaint as didn’t have a reference number. Waited for callback which never came. Advice is avoid and use a company that cares!

It seems like the DPD couriers drivers don’t know how to knock doors. How can they missed us if we are just in our house waiting for them as we paid extra cost for convenient time for to receive the item. This happened twice already and was very disappointed with the service. The next time I buy an item I make sure not to use DPD anymore. I even call customer service for help and Miss Ritika said that there’s nothing that she could do. I even asked her what happened to driver and she said theres nothing that she could see in the system what really happen to the driver and my item. She said that the item will be delivered next day and I explained to her that that’s the reason why we paid extra for the delivery so that we can be at our house receiving the items. I will attached proofs of my 2 items below that that is not delivered.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Had to call them to deal with repeated failed deliveries to an elderly customer who cannot leave her house. DPD driver consistently marks the parcel as delivered only to leave it at a pickup point regardless of delivery instructions stating not to. Called customer service to try and find a solution for the issue only to have the advisor raising her voice and interrupting me on the phone. Would give them 0 stars if possible

Absolute joke of a company, can’t deliver on time, and when you question it they say they’ll call back within 20 minutes and then don’t call, driver was off roaming around somewhere 2 miles away but was having “technical issues with his gps”

After reading through all the complaints in the past few weeks, there seems to be a colossal flaw with dpd, their customer service and their system. Like many others, I have been expecting a parcel which needs a pin for security for the past week. I've worked from home on all days when it was supposed to be delivered and each time there has been a 'sorry we missed you' message. No buzz on the doorbell. No ring on the phone. Just the same driver (Dario), playing the same tricks over and over again. When contacting dpd, you're put through to a chatbot which consistently repeats itself until you're put through to an adviser who is equally unhelpful, and if you need to switch apps while on your phone to get things like the order number, the chat disconnects. When talking to someone on the phone, they are argumentative, non-cooperative and insist the driver is in the right, rather than listen to your side of the story - maybe they should have a browse through all these reviews and see if that changes their mind. Why the driver would take photos of a block of flats to 'prove' he was there without attempting to deliver it is beyond me, but clearly there is a benefit/loophole for him to do this, like so many others. Really this is all just a sorry representation of how poor the UK customer service has become and how helpless they make their customers feel. Of course there will be no repercussions because yodel and others are all just as bad. I guess the only thing you can do is contact the supplier directly and report the item stolen

Driver never even bothered to contact me, or simply knock, he was outside of the house and we don’t have a doorbell in there! I was home all the time and from the middle of nowhere received email “Sorry we missed you”. I’m so angry, cause it’s look like that DPD doesn’t care about those customers and the fact of delivering those parcels. Literally ruined my day….

Am in a wheelchair and need extra time to get to the door. It took me 2 minutes to get in my chair and to the door. Driver had gone. Left my parcel where I cannot get it. And spelt my name wrong when they said it had been signed for. Contacted them to complain, no complaints department and nothing actually done about it. (Blanked out my address before posting picture)

Your driver was supposed to be delivering to me this afternoon. I waited in for them, they needed a pin number to be able to give the parcel to me. I suddenly got a picture of a hedge and "sorry our driver was unable to deliver". I went outside to see a white van pulling out of a housing estate over from the main road which I live on. I waved him down and eventually got him to stop. Of course he couldn't deliver because he was taking pictures a quarter of a mile away. Anyway he backed up to my house and got my parcel from the back of hospital van. Started to open it for the return slip asked for the pin, of course because he's failed to deliver the pin disappeares from the phone screen so he can't now give it to me, it's actually an internet hub for my computer, so he's buggered off promising he'll be back before 17.00 so I'll be waiting again. So I have no computer,no burglar alarm and no patience left with DPD. I have previously had to load my car up with a parcel and go to their Nottingham branch and deliver it to them after trying for almost 3 months waiting for them to pick it up. I know they are all a bit poor but DPD Nottingham are the pits. Bob Stephenson
