Your drivers are beyond lazy. Waiting for an important parcel today of course I’m going to be home as we’re in a pandemic so where else could I be. No attempt to even knock on or leave in safe place and won’t be back until tomorrow. I’m so unhappy with your company it’s unreal.

They have never deliverd my Orders right . Mostly they won't deliver even if you are at home . They will give it to someone else or put it in pickup shop . I had no good experience with DPD at all .

I sent a parcel on December, 30th. It still hasn't reached its destination and I was given a tracking number that is not recognised. When I tried to contact DPD for advice, there was no way to reach them. It's almost a month later and I still don't know where it's gone.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT MINUS 1000, SUCH A BAD EXEPERIENCE. Words fail me regarding this company. They are incompetent and unreliable. Guys DO NOT USE DpD they are such cowboys! My luggages did not arrive at my destination and has now been missing for TWO MONTHS. Absolute nightmare I am still thinking that I am dreaming, I never met a company in uk sucks as DpD. I have spoken to they Customer Service after numerous conversation times via emails since my miss-placed luggages and they has absolutely no information for me as to the whereabouts of my luggages! I find it completely unprofessional how in our world today with the security and technology available to you as a large shipping company can completely miss-place baggage. NEVER AGAIN 🤬 The total value of my belongings inside my luggages is more than the £100 that DpD are offering to pay out. Another word for theft is Dpd!

Waiting for delivery of a knife. The original driver wouldn’t leave the knife in my safe place as it was a knife - disappointing but fair enough. Rearranged for the following day at my place of work which is a small private hospital. Got my “you’re next” text from DPD. Then got a text saying sorry we missed you. Missed me?! You cant miss an open hospital with a car park and an obvious main entrance!! The guy even took a picture of a wall outside the hospital with a view of the car park entrance and a car coming out of it. NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER to deliver the parcel. Basically appalling. I’ve always rooted for DPD and always impressed with their delivery until now. I paid extra for the online knife store to get the item to me quickly - what a waste of money thanks to DPD. You cannot leave feedback on the DPD website either.

For 30 years we have opened at 10am. DPD always try to deliver at 8am meaning that anything sent to us is returned to the sender, we try to warn people not to ship to us using DPD, it causes everyone in our building so many problems, we open to a "Sorry We Missed You" card most mornings. We have made many compalints but will DPD try to deliver at 8am, the shocking this is, its the same driver. How they became such a big company is a mystery, its terrible service.

DPD failed to deliver a parcel. They allege that they did and that I signed for it. They posted a photo on their web site of a closed door - not ours - as justification. No house in our post code has a door of that type. I wonder where the parcel went..........?

We are in the middle if a pandemic and driver refuses to leave parcel unless i open the door. He had no mask and took the parcel once i refused to open the door to him. Spoke to someone on customer service who hung up on me. I have never had a good experience with DPD and this is just a long line of awful service from . From now on i will always make sure to use a competent delivery service.

FICTITIOUS / NEGLIGENT DELIVERY I got an email 18 Nov from DPD saying that they had delivered my parcel at 14:46hrs, which contained high value (£368) easily sellable items. I did not receive the parcel despite being at home all day. The e-mail stated that DPD had delivered it to someone called Claire, but there is nobody in my house called Claire and I have no neighbours within my postcode called Claire. The photo supplied of the doorway where DPD said they delivered my parcel is not mine nor any of my neighbours within my postcode; I live in a neighbourhood with few houses. In summary, there is no Claire nor front door (that resembles that featured in the drop-off photo) within my postcode. DPD's evidence of receipt is either fictitious or my parcel was delivered outside of my postcode. Either way this is negligent or dishonest. This is the worst delivery that I have experienced and of course there is no phone number on DPD's web site that you can contact them on and their web site appears designed to not want to interact with customers except to sell. I eventually found a number on the internet for DPD and of course ended up with some call centre the other side of the world in what appeared to be someones living-room given the background noise. I called DPD 19 Jan 09:15 hrs and was told that because I did not phone before 5pm (closing time) on the day of delivery (2hrs after they said they delivered - despite the absence of a number on their web-site), there is nothing that they can do as the driver will not remember the delivery the next day. I suggested that surely the photo of the front door that was taken will identify where the parcel was delivered, given that map location is common-place on all cameras & phones and if DPD are relying on this for proof of delivery they must have something similar. The response that I got was, there is nothing that can be done. I have since had a written reply to my original posting (Jan 18) from someone called Andy saying first-thing this morning that someone will be in contact with me, but of course nobody has called / emailed. Naturally, given that I can not trust DPD, I shall be advising all vendors that provide home deliveries that I will not accept those by DPD.

Absolutely diabolical!!! Was due a delivery between 11.55 and 12.55. At 11.56 received a text saying that they'd tried to deliver but no one was in...nobody knocked my door. I went to the door and there was noone to be seen. Rang customer services straight away but it was impossible to speak to a human being! I then began a chat with someone called Vineet who ended the chat without giving any help. I then emailed Make it right only to receive an email back saying that the mailbox was not being monitored. I then emailed someone else only to be given the same email response. It seems impossible to make a complaint to this company. Worst customer service that I have ever come across!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Where do I start. I live in London and because of the pandemic, I was unable to go back to Ireland for Christmas, so like 1000’s of people I decided to buy my family Christmas presents over here, box them all up and send them back to Ireland in time for Christmas. I dropped off my box at one of DPD’s drop off locations, on the 14th of December. When the lady in the shop scanned my DPD QR code on my phone, it didn’t recognize the code, so she entered it in manually. My app was updated to show that I had dropped off the parcel. This is when it gets really interesting. 2 days passed by and the app is still reading as “your parcel has been dropped off at a DPD store”. So, I call DPD and they tell me to “nip down to the shop and see if my parcel is still there”. Off I go down to the shop to see if my parcel is still there and the guy in the shop showed my all parcels that were waiting for DPD to be collected, which had been dropped off in the previous 24 hours. He told me that all other parcels had been collected by DPD. This meant that my parcel was gone. It had been collected. I call back DPD again (waiting on the phone for ages as their lines are “unusually busy!!!”) and the agent tells me that they can see that shop has scanned out my parcel but that the driver must have forgotten to scan it on his scanner, so they would need to start a “locate my parcel” process, which would take up to 7 working days (this was on the 17th of December) and that someone would call me back with an update. No one called me back and when I tried to call again, I was diverted to a machine telling me that their lines were busy and that no one could talk to me and I was cut off. This was the case every day for the week leading up to Christmas. When I tried contacting them online and entered in my parcel number they told me to contact the sender (which would have meant that I had to contact myself!) and that the sender would update me on when the parcel would be delivered. Here we are now, on the 19th of January. After many calls in which I was promised that I would be called back,(no one ever called me back) I spoke to a team supervisor this morning asking me to describe what kind of wrapping paper that the individual presents were wrapped in, so that they could check the lost & found (or something like that) department. I’ll be honest, I can’t remember the colour or design of the wrapping paper that I used, so that isn’t going to work. So now, we are processing a claim for my lost parcel. To be honest, the value that the contents were insured for, will come nowhere close to covering my time, energy and general disappointment that my family did not receive their Christmas presents for me, but I was told that they will not pay out any compensation for anything apart from the insured value. Anyway, the claim form came through this morning for me to complete and the first question was to enter in my parcel number, which I did and it told me that the number was not recognized, so I re entered it and it said that same thing. Now my online claim for has been locked and I am told to try again later….. So…… where do I go from here?? Do I call back again to be told that someone will call you back with more information???? And to top it all off, against my better judgement, I sent another parcel with DPD on Friday last week. Guess what?? Apparently it is still sitting at the drop off location, after 5 days. I called DPD and was told to nip down to the shop to see if it is still there….. You know the rest. Welcome to groundhog day. DO NOT USE DPD is my advice as they have no concept of caring for people, peoples mental well-being or upset during a pandemic and they will NEVER call you back EVER! Trust me!

The customer service does not exist, calling them puts you in automated response loop. I tried to use the chat, waited in a queue to talk to a bot! Then one response pasted from a person called "Mashaba" and you are put into the queue again. One person must be chatting to tens of customers.... Two iterations later they tell you they will respond in 24 hours. No way to ask an employee about why your package is in customs, while it should not be. Cutting cost to an extreme, I feel sorry for anyone working there. I gave 2 stars to delay removal of this review, as this is how this review business works now. Wasted money and time. Never again DPD.

Tim the delivery driver did attempt once to leave the parcel, photograph does show on the front door. However the second attempt is an otter lie, we have to go to another place to collect a parcel. I have had many dealings with DPD and find them very unprofessional. Not only did the sender have my telephone, DPD take simple basic instructions.
