Terrible company, not recommend to anyone. I have sent two parcels to Europe, in the next few days status shows they were delivered. In fact, they returned both the parcels to the hub (call center could not tell exactly where are the parcels- please, note I have opened the lost item case two weeks ago and they still didn’t provide me with the updates), as well as they can’t explain the reason. I was sure the parcels were delivered to my customers. As a result, I made refunds and didn’t get my parcels back. The worst client service I have ever met. This is obviously not the best company, rather the worst one.

Was tracking parcel on app telling me my parcel was 15 minutes away, refreshed and it tells me parcels has been missed ? DPD = don’t press doorbell? Ring to find out less than a minute from delivery time to be told driver has left and due to current circumstances can not return Sorry but just because your busy doesn’t make it right . And by the look of other reviews I’m not the only one . Hopefully will never need to rely on DPD ever again and if given a choice I would go elsewhere to another company that doesn’t use them

They made a mistake by returning my parcel from a drop off shop to the depot within one day of delivery. The parcel sat back at the depot so long it missed Christmas and I had to go out and buy a replacement present. The history of the parcel was horrendous and they keep fobbing me off with no proper apology.

Dpd is the worst courier company ever to disgrace the roads. I have no idea what these people are doing, but whatever it is, it has nothing to do with delivering parcels or customer service. I've had parcels not being delivered because i wasn't home (i work from home), or because the parcel could not be found and was considered lost. Right now i'm still waiting for a parcel whoses status keeps changing from 'out for delivery' to 'received at depot'. Probably another lost parcel.

Waited for parcel in my flat all day, checking the delivery updates constantly. Suddenly, it says that I missed the delivery. The driver had simply taken a photo of MY FLAT BUILDING and then left. Didn't knock, ring my flat, anything...just showed up and left without informing me at all. Now I have to schedule a re-delivery, but I will be working full-time/will not be home to pick up. Very frustrating and disappointing, will be avoiding DPD in the future.

THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF USING. I have continually experienced a incorrect delivery for an item after telling you that you had an incorrect post code. USELESS SERVICE

Absolutely AWFUL customer service! I can't get through to an agent, I am 49th in queue to speak to an agent online chat after repeated automated messages that are so frustrating on phone and online chat. I had a package I needed to be delivered today, and the email says the driver "missed me" and won't be back til Monday in 4 DAYS TIME but the photo shows he wasn't at my house and that is not my door - my door is white and the photo is of a red door! I want to speak to someone today and can't get through on any channel

I continuously pay for a 48 hour service. However they never show up to collect the parcels and I have to call to get them to come. It usually takes 4 days. About 6 of my last 8 shipments have not been 48 hours so why are they continuing to use false advertising.

Incompetence at best! Biggest rudest liars going never again will I order anything on line from Harvey Nichols! Parcel not delivered the shady guy even had the audacity to say I wasn’t in, then he was lost but managed to take a photo from across the road!

Very poor service, DO NOT USE. I posted 2 packages on 20/12/2020 they weren't collected for ages and were finally delivered on 30/12/2020 after 10 days! Christmas was understandably ruined. To add insult to injury I addressed my parcel to Mum, Dad and Honor and they were refused delivery unless they paid £3.00 for some reason, when checked it wasn't on the list of surcharge reasons. NOT ACCEPTABLE DO NOT USE

I'm typing this on 3 hours sleep and fuming - I was expecting a few parcels this week and added on each of them a specific instruction "no knocking please, I work nights, leave behind back gate". Lo and behold a driver called Mike bangs loudly SIX times between the front window, front door and back gate. I open the door and he sheepishly says "I thought I'd try knocking anyway". They couldn't spare me ONE incident of being rudely knocked up on my front window because they wouldn't follow a simple instruction.

Yesterday I even saw the man driving off, I waved him to stop but he ignored me and decided more delay on my parcel. I rang the to dpd, and the lier man on the phone said that he's messaged the driver to come back but he never did it, he said it just to stop me keep calling. LIER LIER LIER Although I don't need it anymore because its too late, but unfortunately only if I didn't pay for it. As much as you can AVOID. they don't care about you.

I’m waiting all day today I’m waiting… Rating ZERO(Parcel: my son iPhone 12 and wall mount bracket tv ) My son waiting all day for nothing and the driver delivered to the wrong address (to the street next to my street) and the depot said they would redeliver it @ 6pm to 6:15pm my son stood outside so that he could watch out for the DPD delivery man and no one turned up. He rang customer service and they said the driver turned up but no one was home which is not true, no delivery man turned up. We don’t deserved this kind of stress during the pandemic . This DPD company should be closed . The driver take picture but you will recieved a confirmation that you have parcel even a wrong address this a joke .

Parcel delivered to wrong address and when I eventually got through to Leicester depot to inform them that I believed it had been delivered to a disabled persons property and may be blocking their access I was told ‘Not DPD’s problem contact the people who had sent it’

i wish i could put a lower rating. I am fuming I am paying for next day delivery with asos and with driver called Florin skips my house every single delivery. I have missed 3 deliveries from this driver now. I even went outside my house and watched them drive past as they declined to deliver to me. I wish I could use another delivery service because this is ridiculous.

I am getting a parcel with dpd I have to wait another week or two because their support and management is the worst from all delivery companies. You cannot change address, cannot change timeslot, cannot contact driver, cannot pick your parcel yourself even if you offer to drive by yourself at the depot. Stay away from dpd especially if you are a business and do care about customer service.

Bought a laptop on ebay. Poor guy sent it by this peace of art company. Guess what - it had stuck on collected from pickup shop... 20 days already - no item, no money back, no refund, no investigation outcome. If you want similar experience - you are welcome to join this great company. Just go to dpd online and you're one item less. Great! And I like these fake reviews on trustpilot. Great job if you pay a coin ...

If I could assign 0 stars, I would. The delivery from Italy was supposed to arrive to Poland on 22.12 (with extra fee paid that it would arrive on time). Package arrived to Poland on 28.12. Unfortunately I could no longer stay where I was on Christmas, had to go back to another city than the destination address of the package. Lady on the infoline assured me that I could change the delivery address as soon as the package would arrive to Poland. I was misinformed because as soon as the package turned up in Poland, I called the infoline to change the delivery address, a very rude man informed me that the package can be moved only within the county. No word of apology, nothing, just a huge f... up from DPD side...
