“Shockingly bad service. Inaccurate information via their app, which is a useless piece of promo sh*t run on chat gtp. Support team that doesn't speak English. Parcels either don't arrive, are re-directed or are delivered to the wrong address. Oh I forgot – they are improving their carbon footprint by making people pick up their own parcels 'on foot or by bike' (their words)! What moron writes this stuff? Any company hiring DPD are risking permanently tarnishing their business by relying on this lot to deliver their produce.”

“I am absolutely appalled. We have to entrances to our building and the courier refused to use the second entrance which can clearly be seen from the photo they took. Veselin (name of the courier) is absolutely awful at delivering our parcels. He willingly holds onto with any cause ans I have complained about this before and the same thing is still occurring. DPD you need to sort this out. What an awful courier company!!!”

“From stepping on my property to leaving my property the driver was on my property for 16 seconds not giving me any chance of getting to the door, says he came next day and didn’t even step foot on my property as I have 5 motion detection cameras to prove, customer services are very poor and unprofessional,”

“Non delivery despite them saying they delivered. We were in at the time "delivery" took place and no note to say left with neighbour or similar.”

“Absolute waste of space say delivery on a certain day and time . Never ring the door bell never knock the door take picturecof the house says redilivery next day same happens. Then end up colkecting from shop over a mile away.”

“Absolutely the worst of the worst. Some very incompetent people that wouldn't want to help even if they messed things up not once but twice. First of all the driver mixed up the street completely sending a picture of a house with the same number as mine but on a different street. Second I received a phonecall from the local depot saying that the driver would be back later on but never showed up. Now if this was something minor wouldnt bother me too much but I explained this to lady who called me that it contains an engagement ring and I was supposed to leave Austria today. At least they could of offered me the option to go pick it up myself but no, they had to mess it up even more. If you are looking for a reliable company DO NOT USE DPD UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE DELAYS AND ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS. And no DPD I don't want your excuses. You will be contacted by our solicitors to reimburse all payments/plans that you messed up. You should dissolve the company if you have no idea of what are you doing,”

“DPD have been dreadful almost every time. This last time, we were expecting an IKEA delivery on the 12th of December. We were duly notified on the 11th, and no one showed up. Same notice the next day, and the next, four days in a row. All unanswerable and no phone number. We were at home the entire days with other visits and package deliveries. No doorbell ever rang from DPD. Today, the last day, we got a note saying they'd 'missed us' (???) and the package was being returned to IKEA. It sounds as though they misrepresent their role in the 'missing'.”

“Terrible service, also customer service is appalling. First lot of bother I had with them. They dropped my parcel off at a depo 40 Minutes round trip from me there's one 5 minutes away I paid £6 delivery they wouldn't redeliver and it clearly states they try a second time. Now this one I need my parcel for work tomorrow my delivery slot was 9:30 to 10:30 it's now 3:30 they just keep changing time Ive rang customer services wow I couldn't understand a word she was saying she was rude and unhelpful just passed the book and I'm waiting for a phone call that's not coming. Appalling service they want shutting down. Won't be long with that kind of service anyway”

“Ordered an item for a Christmas present from Poland on 27th november. Dpd had the parcel at hinckley from 1st December. It took myself and the sender a weeks pestering to get them to respond. On 15th December they said the item was being returned to Poland. I suspect they have damaged it. No problem there but why wait until 15th to admit it. The sender now has to wait until 18th December to resend with no guarantee I will get it for Christmas. Thanks DPD. My 11 year old daughter will be overjoyed that no present is there on Christmas day!!!!”

“I've just had dpd complete messup ,first dpd driver attempted deliver to WRONG ADDRESS then leave me calling card A BLURED PHOTO, then say I was not in ,then admit their wrong tell me delivery tonight 14th Dec, also tell me tomorrow fri 15th, so incompetent worst delivery experiance ever, I would not even give 1*. I am disabled ex soldier ,dpd messed up my whole day, in future if seller uses dpd I won't buy from them. I will hope these idiots find correct address tomorrow.”

“Never had a good service from them they say your parcel will be delivered such and such a time you wait in and then another email saying we are to busy to deliver till next day!! I wouldn't have chosen this company at all !! But it was a returned item i bought from who chose dpd ..our definite choice would have been evri !!”

“I was riding a horse through country lanes and signalled to a DPD driver to slow down. He ignored me. I repeated the request verbally as he drove past and he stuck his middle finger up at me. The highway code says to pass at 10mph and to comply with rider signals. He passed in a dangerous manner and was then abusive to me.”

“If its hard to deliver they won't bother. If its late in the day they won't bother. Tonight my driver took a photo of black to show I apparently wasn't home and sent the parcel to pick up location after I paid express shipping. They didn't even take it to my local pick up point that is 3 minutes from my house. Instead I must drive 15 minutes. Customer Service centre is even worse and completely unhelpful and not an ounce of empathy.”

“The worst courier company I've ever experienced, if you are using for business I strongly recommend to avoid like a disease as they WILL effect your customer experience. There is no support and the biggest problem is their drivers, a complete lack of care. I understand we all make mistakes and companies do too, that's fine, that's why we have support. When something does go wrong you are completely left alone in most cases absorbing the loss of package to re send. I've gone back to Royal Mail UK and FedEx for international. As you can probably tell, extremely unhappy. I will never touch DPD again.”

“I wish there was an option to give no stars. For the second time the Milton Keynes driver said nobody was in, not true. Took a photo of a house that is 150 metres away. I tried to call customer service and they are as useless as the drivers. The house has its own postcode.”
