“I bought a product and unfortunately the only package delivery service was dpd. The package was delivered by dpd on time but after four days my order is still in the Netherlands. If you look at Google Maps, if someone brought the package on foot, it would have arrived in four days. My order should have been delivered at least on Friday and at most on Saturday. It was my worst experience and I wrote on all platforms that even if a seller worked with dpd, don't buy from it. I hope that with this, the companies will not work with you again so that the buyers will be in trouble. I needed this purchase until Saturday, because I am traveling tomorrow and I had to take this product with me. dpd company should be ashamed of this service. I will write about the awful service of dpd company wherever possible.”

“Bought lap top paid extra for next day service. Got an email saying sorry we missed you lol what a joke We have a business address and dpd driver takes a picture and sends a residential address what nonsense. Looks like he just couldn’t be bothered or the laptops gone missing. Now I got to do the whole process of getting a refund. I think even a 0 is too good for dpd’s service.”

“Paid these vultures £4.99 for their re delivery upgrade service for next day, which they failed to fulfil. Now I'm having to go through PayPal resolution for a refund because there is no way you can contact these robbing bar stuwerds. The up is useless. I know the value is nominal but it's the principle. Because of DPD poor service the poor retailer has lost out on a £300 order as I decided to cancel my order as I'm limited to picking a delivery day which suits me due to work commitments. I'm not even given the option of picking up my parcel from my local depot.”

“I don’t go out now. The had my new TV from Curry’s. The put a card in my letter Box saying we’ve left it with your neighbour. Well they didn’t it was left in the stairwell for the upstairs Flats. I’m on the ground floor what prompts them to do this. Shocking Service I don’t under stand why they do this I had to ring the door Bell of a flat upstairs for one of the residents to bring it to my flat I’m Disabled!”

“Just got a message advising "sorry we missed you and we will deliver the parcel on Monday" They supplied a photo of the next street. They cannot even arrive ate the correct address. I raised the issue with their chat facility and got a call back within 5 minutes which I thought was great but they did not speak and hung up. What a shambles of a company”

“DPD is the only courier company that does not honor its delivery appointment. 4 out 5 times we receive a message saying we were not home - especially if our delivery is later in the day. We adjust our schedule to be home and after latest attempted delivery I was on call with customer care minutes after the so-called delivery attempt. The call center driver confirmed that Christopher, the driver did not follow protocol as there was no photographic evidence of attempted delivery. Clearly the driver, like most other DPD drivers would rather get home by reporting a failed delivery attempt. To make matters worse, the parcel was delivered to a pick up location and we are now expected to fetch a 10kg parcel ourselves. I will personally not be using DPD and will instruct suppliers/vendors to do the same if they want to make a sale.”

“Sent me a collection number with a photo of someone else's parcel (when parcel was never even collected). Eventually had to arrange a new waybill and new collection after numerous requests (which they again didnt collect). Disaster from start to finish. Spent over 20 hrs with dozens of queries telephonically, through online help and on email (repeating same story over and over again without ever being resolved). Like a loop nightmare on repeat. Eventually gave up dealing with their utterly incompetent staff and got DHL to collect and ship parcel (due to DPD being so useless). Thanks DHL for your great service. Would give DPD 0/10 if this option was avail. Dont waste your time with this company - rather use a reputable company like DHL and save yourself a great deal of stess and frustation. Worst service i have ever received in my entire life. Wish i had used DHL in the 1st place and saved myself a lot of stress.”

“Incompetent delivery driver whom has been at my address on more than one occasion still can't deliver to my address correctly which has resulted in my delivery for the 3rd time of not being delivered to the correct building but yet I get a notification to saying that they missed me but the driver made no attempt to push my number on the intercom system bloody idiot .”

“Terrible. I ordered Lacoste online. It was not delivered instead the delivery person put a card through the front door. They did not knock. When I scanned the barcode, the advice was to walk or cycle (to save the environment) to a pick-up centre in another town, 80 mins walk away whereas there is one 10 mins away from my house. I do not have bicycle. I called Lacoste since DPD don’t have an actual customer service. Lacoste staff promised to contact DPD and get back to me. He emailed with the reason and advised my delivery was marked as “a can't wait service”. Can’t wait for a person like me to come to the door. There were 5 of us in the house and no one was sleeping yet no one heard a knock.”

“Dpd advertised that a printer is not required. This is true, but Dpd assistance could not tell me how to get the required "drop off paff" which is different from a label. After 3 hours online and driving to 3 different drop off points, I paid extra to use Parcelforce.”

“Rubbish Comany, said i was not in , checked my cameras after the message and the driver did not stop or attempt delivery. Looked at the web site and the photo was outside a differant house with a different name, just the same postcode. Rubbish Company avoid”

“Today the courier should pick up my package (I'm doing a return). I'm at home all day, someone knocked on the door (at a different time than the DPD courier was supposed to arrive), I put the baby down and went downstairs, when I opened the door I only saw a white van driving away!! Seriously, couriers knock on the door and leave right away??? What incompetence!!!”

“Given delivery time of 12.57 to1.57 3.30 said parcel had been delivered to Lane.My surname is Wild.I had stayed in all afternoon and nobody called Lane here. Despicable, avoid like the plague. AMAZON DELIVERED ON TIME. What are customer services doing. Cannot recommend.”

“I have since discovered my parcel was delivered by ANGILO to the wrong address and was not advised of this.The delivery information is false and I did NOT receive the item as reported by the driver.I would suggest never to use this service. Roger R.”
