All the innovation, all the technology and employ people who can't use a technological innovation that's been around for years called a doorbell. A device that alerts the homeowner someone is at the front door. A picture taken is not proof of an attempted delivery if the driver fails to knock or ring a doorbell. Then they take your goods to a shop for pickup. If I wanted to go to a shop I wouldn't have ordered online. And apparently when you request it be redelivered to your address DPD state they aren't allowed to change the address!!!!!!

What a waste of time this company is, was sent a next day delivery from sky for a Thursday, driver said I wasn’t in a provided a photo ( shame it was my neighbours house and car ) the told it would be delivered on Friday however my parcel was 90 miles away in Nottingham??? Was told it would arrive on Saturday but didn’t receive it until Monday.

I placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery; however DPD seem to have lost my item as it never got delivered. The item I ordered was medication for my pet and I needed it urgently as my cat's health deteriorates massively without the medication. As the item never arrived, I had to order an emergency supply from my vets and paid more for it! Then I placed another order for DPD delivery. It was supposed to arrive the next day and I was given an hour slot between 14.04 and 15.04. I took an hour off from work to ensure I'm home when the order arrives; however it never arrived! I called DPD and by the time someone answered, he said he will put me on hold to check with the driver, but he ended the call instead! I called again and I was told the driver had to skip deliveries and now my parcel will be delivered between 6-7pm!!! I tried to reach DPD to resolve this for me and for a refund/compensation for all this mess. Their website showed various ways of contact; live chat, call or what's app chat. I tried to connect with them via the live chat and didn't get anywhere. I sent them a message on Whats'app, they never answered until today! I tired calling them and every time I call, I was told a manager will call me back in 2 hours. After many days of calling and keeping requesting to speak to a manager, the manager called me back after 10 days, when I was told the call will be within 2 hours of my request each time I called! The manager refused to give a refund or compensation for all that happened! This is extremely terrible and poor customer service. I will never use DPD again and I recommend that others don't use it so they don't get disappointed!

Driver Fanel (in Peterborough) does not deliver. He takes pictures of the front doors and marks them as "missed". Not even at the right address. Don't use drivers like Fanel. You'd better tell us where we can get our parcels. It was important to me to get my delivery TODAY. DPD DO NOT DELIVER Parcell - 1550 1542 122 440 D

3 failed collections and leadership team have no accountability, they seem to lack professional and integrity. Compensation for service not received is something that is not considered. Do not use let’s make them sit up and listen

DPD Supposedly posted my neighbours parcel through my letterbox yesterday.we do have a photo of the drivers hand with the parcel and it is definately my front door but it was obviously not pushed through.the driver came back today and said the police would have to be informed because it is theft.call the police DPD i have nothing to hide we do not have the parcel.

Waited In all afternoon for delivery. Sent it to wrong address. Phoned DPD they said they would get the driver to deliver later that day. The time is 21.48. still no delivery. Perhaps the driver can't find his way back to the depot. Waste of time.

DPD are the WORST in my area. My home is down a little drive off the high street. This morning I stood in the high street to flag down the driver. Today DPD didn’t use a marked van so I didn’t know to flag down a white van. There were a lot of white vans going past. Unknown to me my next door neighbour was also due a delivery from DPD. He got the same “sorry I missed you” text as me. So he jumped on his bicycle and drove to the DPD van. The driver made an excuse about having put his 4 packages to the back and said he will deliver them at 5.30pm today. I know from experience, he won’t. We both needed our parcels today and neither of us received them. EVERY TIME DPD has a delivery to my home this happens. I’ve put my 3 words and written instructions about where the drive is but, as others have said, the drivers are lazy and happy to take a lot of their load back to the depot each day. I personally LOATHE seeing DPD come up as the courier when I buy stuff. Customer service is just lip service. The drivers are a law unto themselves.

I expected a delivery from DPD and took time off from work to be in at delivery time but driver never attempt to deliver it. He uploaded a picture from a different address and when I get in touch with customer service they were totally unhelpful saying the driver would try to redelivery except he never did. Drivers run the company and do whatever they do. Awful experience and even worst customer service. 0 star for DPD

First time I ordered expensive thing, and my package was “lost”. On app I had no notification about my delivery about nothing. So I don’t recommend. If package it’s “lost” you should let the client know.

Awful service, been trying to get hold of my parcel all week. Driver arrives, takes photo of block of flats from across the street and write 'delivery attempted'. I've taken time off work waiting for this to arrive losing out on time and money.

DPD - Daily Problematic Delivery Deze firma kan nu eenmaal geen enkele keer een pakket heelhuids of tijdig leveren. Verschillende keren krijg je melding dat ze niet konden leveren wegens "niemand thuis" terwijl je bij wijzen van spreken voor de raam zit te wachten! Bestel je een waterpomp voor in de tuin die dus breekbaar is en best zwaar... word deze over de tuinpoort heen gegooid op de oprit. Oprit stuk, pomp stuk... top bedrijf! Ik krijg al een koude rilling als er een webshop vermeldt dat ze met DPD leveren...

rubbish, I always get a message unable to deliver a few menaces before the delivery time, with a Sorry we missed you, liars! I was at home waiting and wasting my time once again, what load of rubbish.

Driver went to the wrong block of flats, all the blocks of flats have their names on which was included in the address. Having to wait until tomorrow to pick up my package from a drop off point as I don't trust the utterly useless drivers

Driver refused to leave my parcel despite me being in and speaking on my Ring. Parcel contains medicines. When I got to the door, Driver simply got into his van and drove off. This is theft. Reg number YE20FMY

Useless. Constantly lie about delivery being attempted. Yesterday however ie 11th July, I received an email FIVE mins before the expected delivery stating: "Your driver won't be able to come back today as they cover a wide area on a tight schedule, but we'll be back with your parcel TOMORROW". My response is that if it's logistically not possible to deliver, don't make false promises & then send an email at the 11th hour to say a delivery won't be made when I have WAITED for my package. I also tried contacting their Customer Service using various methods ie calling them (initially 17th in queue, then they disconnected the call as they'd closed) & via WhatsApp, as chat is bot-operated, was unable to make any headway.

I don't remember I have ever received a delivery from dpd, it either goes back or I have to pick up from a point, completely useless courier company and useless dumb drivers....
