“Absolutely rubbish service. And this is an euphemism. I had the misfortune to get them as delivery drivers-had I known, I would have not bothered to order from that place at all. I received the text about my delivery in the morning and obviously, knowing their history, I stayed home waiting for them. The driver rang my neighbour and then left. I received a text saying I wasn't home and they will try on Tuesday after the bank holiday. I was literally looking at him from my living room window, I even heard the door bell from my neighbour's but by the time I got to the window he had already got into his car and couldn't hear me. I placed the order as I needed it for my son in time for Easter. I cancelled appointments to stay home that morning and half afternoon. And their drivers are absolutely rubbish. It is the third time I get this kind of service from them. I can only and fairly assume it is the company to blame for having so relaxed rules..Don't you have SLAs?KPIs? How do they work out for managers? Is your motto the client is never right? Do your drivers ever get penalised for doing this? How can you say your driver is in the area but will not return when he clearly and deliberately took the decision to just walk away insteadof paying attention to the number he has to deliver to? Was he in a hurry or late to other deliveries? It is absolutely disgusting the way your system does not work. You chase your drivers to deliver that they end up providing a low service. Bad! Shameful”

“Shocking. Liars. Past 3 parcels were 1. Left at someone else's house a mile away with a similar house name 2. Took 3 days to get to me, and 5 phone calls 3. Didnt bother trying, left at a parcel shop 3 miles away”

“Paid for next day delivery and was quoted a time between 2-3pm. Stayed in all day and at 13:50pm I received a text/email saying that I wasn’t in and they’ll have to deliver it on the 19/4/22. Looked through the recording on my Ring doorbell camera incase I missed the driver and I can see those no one turned up. Adrian (the driver) obviously couldn’t be bothered to deliver the parcel to me or wanted to get off early. After calling their helpline, they said there’s nothing they can do but just for me to wait till the 19th April. Absolutely furious as it’s something I need for Saturday hence why I paid for next day delivery.”

“They do not even ring the bell or knock. It is an absolute joke of an organisation! Delivery drivers are absolutely useless these days, they simply do not care and this company I'm sorry to say is just not fit for purpose!”

“I was waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Kamal then I get a message saying as I wasn't in its been taken to the nearest collection point I haven't been out as I'm disabled no delivery person has been near my house I'm disgusted with this service”

“Absolutely appalling delivery service. I paid for next day delivery. I was in but they said they attempted delivery but will now redeliver (after taking it back to the depot 6 miles away) to a local store approx 100 yds from where I live in 2 days later. Where is the common sense and ecological thinking.”

“Your driver didn’t bothered to knock the door. We got cctv and driver only opened van doors then scanned barcode and made picture of our house and drive off. Twice in two days row.”

“Simply shocking, gone from being the best to the worst carrier. Can't get hold a human, everything is automated. Sent me a message I have requested a change in delivery date, which was a lie. I did no such thing. I was expecting delivery as planned. they have just before so bad.”

“Paid £9.99 for VIP delivery time slot and they still came 2 hrs after that when I was at work. No way to contact a complain department, no way to speak to a human over the phone or chat online. Where is my money???”

“I’ve had a few orders from DPD and every single one there has been an issue. They always say there is an issue in my area but when contacting them they let me know they made a mistake with either not collecting the parcel or forgetting to put it on the plane. Instead of saying they made a mistake they keep passing it on to my area even tho I’m getting other deliveries on the same day. Knowing companies deliver with DPD it puts me off ordering from them.”

“3 separate deliveries from different suppliers. No card left as never attempted delivery. Infuriating when a company lies to you like this!!!! I will ask suppliers not to use dpd in future had enough of waiting in for parcels from them and not even attempting to deliver. I have even installed an expensive loud milti point door bell which works well when used. Sort your drivers out!”

“They were supposed to deliver my parcel today. They didn't even bother taking it to the correct driveway, wjich is all open. They simply stood outside a locked gate, took a picture and left. Totally useless and unreliable.”

“I would give less than one star if i could, the delivery service of DPD ist not satisfying. The parcel is supposed to be delivered to the house but they sent it to a pick-up shop, for no reason”

“Today the Delivery company DPD text drive was coming. I waited. Nothing. Next I get a text saying my parcel should be collected to my next coop shop on Thursday. We have CCTV and driver never came out of his car, just reversed back to send a text. Contacted customer service all she could say in her French English accent was to log a complaint and that I should contact the parcel sender to send it to me again. What is the point? This company should not be allowed to operate in UK. I have cctv footage to prove it.”

“I waited outside for almost an hour with my newborn baby. The driver just passed me and in the system missed. Very lazy they don’t want to deliver high rise buildings. Complained my item is sent back to the sender. Never use dpd again.”
